IF I could give this company a minus, I would give you a negative zeros.I just bought a house, I’m just getting around to leave a comment. They were hired by my son to clean a EMPTY house that was not that dirty..but had areas like the kitchen needed to be wiped down(oven, stove, counter tops), 3 bathrooms need to be clean and light fixtures, ceiling fans throughout the house. Vacuuming 3 bedrooms and sweeping the floors. When I say empty house. Moving is stressful enough, but when you pay $485 dollars and people and such a poor ___ job, SHAME ON YOU…Even the movers saw how nasty the bathroom was and floors was not swept…If you have a business take pride in your business name, and don’t give all these lame excuses on the CDC guidelines on the virus, because your employees did not do their job. I’ve read all the reviews and the replies shows POOR LEADERSHIP. I will NEVER refer this company and will report you to the BBB. SHAME ON YOU..

I have been using this service for many months now and can highly recommend them. They are always prompt and very conscientious about doing a great job. They are quick to rectify any issues if you have them. My professional cleaner this week was Karen and she went over and beyond to get some stubborn spots cleaned in my tile shower. My house was practically sparkling. I love it when I come in and everything smells so nice and fresh. They are also always very accommodating if you need to make a change in your schedule when things arise. This is very important to me so I never have to miss a cleaning. I simply cant say enough about the good job they all do.

Sam is rude and not the best cleaner. When asked to touch up some furniture she missed she acted as if I had no right she rolled her eyes and walked off. If I’m paying for the service I expect her to do her best. She had her phone out with the radio playing loudly while I was trying to watch tv. I will be looking for another cleaning service and I DO NOT recommend SAM!!!!

I called on a Tuesday for a full home (approx 2500 sq ft) move out clean on the following Thursday as we were closing on Friday and we wanted to leave the buyers a clean home. CottageCare was able to get people into our home on Thursday morning and do the cleaning just as we were hoping. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job; even more thorough than we were expecting. The price was quite reasonable. We are definitely fans of CottageCare and were happy to do this Google Review.

This is based on my first cleaning experience on February 7, 2017. I was delighted with the cleaning of my home which included my kitchen cabinets which I had never seemed to get to. Also, my master bath which is now cleaner than ever. I would definitely recommend these two ladies to clean your home and want them back again to care for my home..

Waste of time! I completed an “instant” quote online and was told I would receive a call. The company called the next day and I missed the call, so I called them right back. A gentleman answered in what sounded like a call center and told me that all of “representatives were busy assisting other customers but someone would call back soon.” This is ridiculous. One of the reasons people hire home cleaning services is for TIME SAVINGS. If I was the franchise owner I would be concerned with how this foolishness is impacting my business. As a customer, I would much prefer to speak with someone local, not a robotic call center agent who asks me the zip code I’m calling from. I will be sticking with my current company that somehow finds the time to answer their business phone locally. I would avoid this operation.

Horrible, horrible service! Where to even begin?First the lady showed up & disclosed that she has gained 75 pounds since her sobriety. Thats great; youre sober, but I dont know you. Should I hide the medicine or alcohol? I dont mind her background, but it wasnt very professional to start off with that. Then she tells me that they do not clean toilets. According to this cleaning crew feces & vomit are considered a hazard. Well my 91 y/o grandfather does not have E. coli. This is absurd. You are a maid, paid to clean. Wear gloves. Do your job.My aunt calls the manager to complain about this. The manager says they do not clean toilets then texts the cleaning lady right away saying something about her sobriety comment. Well now Im in an awkward position. The cleaning lady asks to speak with me then breaks down saying she was homeless & proud of her sobriety & that if she makes me feel uncomfortable she can just leave. Well now Im totally uncomfortable in my own home.I got back from work to see that:1. The bed was not made. The sheets were still in the dryer. Oh, with this company you have to wash your own sheets in order for them to make the bed, so I was told.2. Plastic bags were not replaced in the emptied out bathroom garbage cans.3. EVERYTHING was out of place. You could tell where they touched. Most of the stuff wasnt lifted up to be cleaned. It was cleaned around items.4. Toilets were not cleaned since thats considered a hazard.5. The kitchen counter had sticky spots all over it.6. Peanuts were found on the tv console.7. The microwave was not cleaned.8. The trash was not taken out.9. I had a dirty towel on the floor that I used to wipe up the water from the shower. The lady hung up my dirty towel, found on the floor next to my toilet, right over my clean robe.10. The empty box next to my trashcan (because it couldnt fit in my trashcan) was left there & not thrown out.This place is a joke. I would not recommend their service by any means.
