We got his information through our home warranty service. He said he would show up around 1 and didnt get there until 7 pm. Imagine trying to deal with that on a school night. He took a $1000 deposit and and we never heard from him again. We called the warranty company and they said they heard several similar stories and sent someone else. The new guy did a great job and told us the owner of this company has a horrible reputation and steals from customers to gamble and drink.

Scheduled through a home warranty. Repair person was supposed to show up between 11 am - 3 pm, but never showed up. Nobody even called to say that they would be late or that they wont make it that day. Tried calling them 3 times and nobody answered. Left a message and still nobody called me back. Would not recommend

Came out on a Home Warranty repair, took my money, never turned in report to Home Warranty company and didnt return my calls. Nice! Thanks a lot!
