Had a leak caused by a clogged drain line. It was saturating the yard. Called River City and they came right out. Also, Britton was very helpful in educating us on the best way to prolong the life of our unit.

Met with Bobby to discuss replacing my current ac/heating system. His inspection of the situation was through. The explanation of my options and his proposal were easy to understand and professional without any pressure on me. All of my questions were clearly answered (and he was also a nice guy.) I received my quote promptly. It was professionally done and it clearly covered what was to be done, including all equipment to be installed and costs . I interviewed other companies, and found the costs competitive. The whole experience was by far the best of all of the companies I interviewed. I will use One Hour to purchase and install my new system.

Another great experience with them! They came about an hour and a half after called. They were not at all judgmental when seeing my issue could’ve been avoided with routine maintenance. DJ arrived within roughly an hour of my call and worked with me to diagnose the problem - he listened patiently to everything I had done thus far and discussed the repair solutions in a clear, concise and precise manner. He respected the fact that I did not want to replace the unit and made solid recommendations of a few general maintenance things that needed to be done to my AC in addition to clearing the line (I had him do these things as well). I was impressed that he had a smile on his face while braving my hot attic. After he repaired the line, he came and told me that he wanted to do it again with some parts he did not have on hand because it would hold better - and he came back the next day to finish to his satisfaction at no extra charge. I was very happy with this and will be using them again.

I called today, a Sunday am.Initially they said someone could come between 3-6pm. When I told them Id call another place to get service quickly they immediately sent a tech! My husband is on oxygen so we NEED AC!! Then they sent a text with the techs picture and bio! Very professional and security minded!!! Michael was very professional knowledgeable and HONEST. Did NOT try to oversell! We spent a considerable amount but feel the value is well worth it!! Looking forward to seeing Michael for our regular service/maintenance. Great service on a Sunday! Was there when promised and worked in my attic under extreme heat conditions. Fixed quickly. I became a member I was so impressed from the time I booked my appointment until they were finished with the service.

Jason M of River City One Hour AC and Heating saved my bacon. On a very hot/humid day our AC went out and we had a very tight timeline for some long term visitors coming to the house. And to make it even more stressful, we were physically out of town when the housesitter called and said we had a problem....a 92 degree one inside the house. One phone call and they sent someone right over (2 hours tops) to check out the unit. His inspection and detailed report over the phone made the repair decision easy and Jason M is a pro who was responsive in every phone call (and there were at least 3). 5 Star rating, professional, courteous and responsive are easy words to use with this company and their staff. I am satisfied with one hour’s response time (12 hours after first contact) and their technician’s (Brandon Hobgood) thoroughness. He was able to diagnose my problem (a coil leak, which I suspected) quickly. He presented multiple options and I feel like he was honest and direct about what my options were.He also explained in detail the technical benefits and challenges of each option, which was valuable to me because I am a technical professional (trust me, I’m an engineer!) and interested in that type of information. It helped me gain confidence in his expertise because he was able to explain a complicated system that I’m not familiar with in terms that I could understand, which is a clear indicator that he is an expert.I would recommend this company and this technician.

My mom have them repair the ac, but instead all the freon leaked the very next day. they were just like the machine is old, anything can happen. When there is a problem, the knee jerk reaction of them is denial without any investigation. Never written any negative review in my life. This is the worst repair experience of anything.Thank u.

The repair person was professional and knowledgeable, but repairs were overpriced. They try to get you to sign up for a membership which then makes the repair estimate comparable to other companies but you are still paying an extra $23 per month for a yearly membership.

As usual One Hour A/C responded quickly, had a tech respond on time, and was thorough in their inspection. They have earned their place as my preferred option for A/C and heating needs.

AC capacitor went out in the middle of the night. Called their service hotline and they had Cody Rogers come out first thing in the morning. Had it fixed in 15min. Good companies are good because they hire good people. Cody is a professional.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He came to give us a quote for duct cleaning but upon evaluating the system found it was too old to be done without damage. He gave much good information and advice. The information and evaluation were free of charge.
