This is my second visit here and I have been BLOWN away both times!!! My first set I had hand painted bees and now my second set I am just in awe!!! They are so quick and efficient with everything they do!!! I will definitely be coming back and wont be going anywhere else for my nails!!! They have a forever customer!!

My daughters and I went here for a girls night and they got gel nails and I got dip powder nails with a design on one nail. They were friendly with me and my girls. Very professional and they did a wonderful job on all of them! Even my 5 year old had a good time.

I’m very happy and will definately be coming back. I used to go to Diamond Nails in Madison, they’re great too. But Baraboo Nail Spa is less crowded and consistent results.

I used to be a nail tech, and Ive had my nails done by many places all over the country.Leo, Mary, & Co are true professionals.I have been going to them for over 5 years (started in Reedsburg) and now patronizing their convenient salon here in Baraboo.It is, by far, the best place I have ever been to.I see a few negative reviews which lead me to believe some people cant be pleased, regardless of what you do for them.Do you sometimes have to wait? Of course.But their friendliness, and great service, is well worth the wait.

I have been to this place many times. Ive recommended this place to family and friends even. This past Saturday morning I called and booked 3 pedicures for 11:00 a.m. They put everyones feet in water soaking at 11:25. They started the fist pedicure at 12:05. The same girl did all three pedicures. Three pedicures in cold water from 12:05-12:35. Remind you we had an 11:00 a.m apt. They were not sorry at all. They did not say sorry one time or acknowledge that this wasnt good. We were not the only people this happened to this past Saturday. When you open at 10:00 and make/take three appointments for 11:00 a.m how can you run that far behind right off the bat? Stop over booking for one nail tech doing pedicures. So many people were saying this place screwed up their Saturday plans, as it did ours. Its unfortunate because they do good work, but then over book. Often you get moved from nail tech to nail tech as well. Then you dont know who to tip.

Leo is very talented which is why I continue to go to this salon.Otherwise, they never allow for enough time in between appointments. He’s always over booked and trying to handle too many clients at the same time. I have had several times that due to him being overbooked they have tried to hand me off to someone else even though I specifically scheduled with Leo. This is frustrating because it makes you feel rushed with less individual attention. Unfortunately my mom and one of my best friends (the night before her wedding) have both had similar experiences. My mom no longer goes here and has found a new nail salon.Also, if you have a nail design that is more complicated there is never enough time and it feels like an inconvenience to ask for. It is over priced for gel polish and very basic designs.

Well first one only one person spoke English... and then the women that was doing my feet was ruff and rude and in top of that she didnt even do my feet the way a normal nail shop would like scrape the bottom of your foot to get the dead skin off... and didnt clean out underneath my toe nails the whole point in going smh sad .... but the positive thing was the younger guy that did my nails did a great job even though he spoke no English... definitely wont go there again oh and they charge u extra 15$ on top of the package you want done sorry but not sorry!!

By far the worst pedicure I have ever had. She never scrubbed my feet, prepped the nail and she completely hacked my toe nails. Then someone else just kept trying to repaint my toe nails instead of trying to fix the issue. When I said it wasn’t any better, still was charged full price.Not to mention the dirty files they were using.

The staff is very friendly and actually did what I wanted.Love this place and will definitely keep coming back. Thank you so much

Why make an appointment if your not gonna follow it. My appointment was for 6 and because someone else came in with out an appointment and before me I was told to wait. Not professional al all wont be returning.

Very relaxing. Professional. Clean. I felt very covid safe. Felt good after so many months of avoiding salons. ♡

I will not be going back, they did a good job on my nails the few times I went but unfortunately they were rarely on time. My final straw was when I made an appointment to get my acrylic nails removed and was 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited for over and hour and was not helped. Staff kept saying they were going to be with me soon but nobody was anywhere near done with their current client. After going home to take off my own nails I quickly discovered that they used MMA (methyl methacrylate monomer) which is illegal. Due to their use of this product I spent several hours trying to remove the produced in hopes of keeping the damage to my nails to a minimum.

I’ve been getting my nails done (acrylic/fill) for over 5 years now and have been to MANY salons. This is the worst I’ve been to. Overpriced for a fill, not even the full service, they take short cuts and rush through. Will not be going back nor recommend them.

I just moved to the area and was on the hunt for a new nail salon that I could go to regularly. Baraboo Nail Spa will definitely be my go-to nail salon from now on! The staff were very pleasant, and the atmosphere was calm, and relaxing. I definitely recommend this business for anyone who is looking for a quality manicure, at a reasonable price.

Absolutely loved this place. My husband and I had the specialty top of the line pedicures I think it was called Heaven Gate it had everything from mud bath to paraffin wax to a wonderful massage. This is top of the line 5 star quality pedicure. We are new to Baraboo and are happy to have found this place! We will be back, next time we will include manicures too. Thank you Baraboo Nail Spa. Clean and very friendly. Service was great. They took their time. You can tell they take pride in what they do.Update 8/5/2020A very disappointing visit. I made an appointment over a week ago for 3 of us to get pedicures. When we got there they didnt communicate to us that they only had 2 staff and planned on doing 2 then 1. Female employee told me that it would be fine wed still get done at same time. Not sure how! Either mine would be a 15 min service or the other 2 would wait same 45 min I was. Just wish we would have been told something when we checked in. It wouldve been a better situation. When you book 3 appointments at same time, you expect 3 staff.

I booked on line. Website said Gel manicure $30.00. Charged me $35.00. Was a very basic manicure. Did a decent job, but technician never said a word to me. There was no music or TV on. A road crew was working out front on street and one of them came in and asked if he could use the restroom and they told him no. I was the only customer there. I won’t go back.

Ive been to a few nail spas around the area & this is definitely my favorite place!

Staff is friendly and the pedicures were good. However, I made reservations and when we showed up there was no one available to help us. Our pedicures started 30 minutes late. Then when I went to pay I showed them a text I received from them with a 10% discount - a we miss you and want you back so if you come in the next 10 days get 10% off your service type of text with their name and phone number in the text. They told me they didn’t know what it was and would not honor it. I won’t be going back.
