My daughter treated me to a pedicure today for my birthday. VERY disappointing. The nails were cut at all different lengths, not smooth, and the big toe is already chipped - chipped walking to the car?

My daughter got her nails done here, they didnt honor her appointment time, didnt let her pick her own design said they only had 10 colors to choose from and that was it, but she really wanted to get her nails done so she went with it! When she was done they were not the same size the polish was uneven and not covering the whole nail and they were still frayed on the side from the acrylic, went in to talk with Jimmy about it and he immediately ran to his drawer to grab nail clipper a from his desk and ran at my 14 year old daughter yelling that if I didnt like he would take them off! I made her leave the store because he threatened her and made her cry and then proceeded to get in my face and yell obscenities in front of his child in the salon who looked about 7 or 8. Would not recommend EVER, AND WATCH OUT FOR JIMMY!!!

Wonderful experience! Took my granddaughter and we already scheduled manicures! Great time and fabulous job!

I wrote a review for this place on Saturday about my daughter being chased out of the salon by Jimmy a man that did her nails that she was unhappy with, Received a reply from the owner of this company to call and she would make it right, but Jimmy answered the phone multiple times and told me the owner wasnt there then that he was the owner then threatened to call the police on me, so thanks but no thanks I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER! JIMMY IS NUTS!!!!!!!!!! To chase a 14 year old with nail clippers is unacceptable! Maybe I should have called the police on him!

My daughter and I went in today 03-17-21 to get our nails done(fill and polish change which cost as much as it did the first time we had them done). I am not pleased with the results. They were not busy when we got there (had an appointment) and a few others came in while we were getting ours done and I could tell they were trying to hurry along. We felt rushed and my nails turned out all different shapes, my daughters nails ended up with a few bumps. Mine don’t look well done. And I’m very displeased. The paint on the nails are bulky and they look very fake. He didn’t converse with anyone but the other employees. I couldn’t say that I didnt like them because of being rushed out. Terrible experience. I want my money back. Will never go there again.

I couldn’t say that i didn’t like it because of the atmosphere in the shop and the fact that I was being rushed. Terrible experience. I want my money back. Will never go there again. It’s going to cost me more money to get them fixed then it did to get them on.

I just got my nails done and they look great.The service is great. The man did a great job at his job. I will be back soon.

First time at Hollywood Nails this afternoon. I was impressed. The young girl (I didnt catch her name) took pride in her work. She took her time and didnt treat me like a number. She did an excellent job too.Thank you young lady at Hollywood Nails. I will be back soon

They refused to do a fill on my nails and said that I had to remove the entire set and do a new set. This is the second fill I had done after getting a full set. One of my nails was lifting after playing sports. Other than that all of my nails were perfectly fine. I didn’t want to remove all my nails because my real nail had broken under the acrylic and that why I had just gotten a new set. Refused to do my nails after I told them that they were trying to remove my nails just to get more money. They started yelling and said I needed to get out of the salon. Would not come back. They also had me leave with the polish removed on three of my nails after refusing to do the fill.

This is my go-to nail place whenever I need to get my nails done. They really know how to make their clients feel welcomed. Nothing is as great as good customer service. I just love you guys.

If I could do zero stars, I would. Came in to have a girls day with my daughter and mother in law. I had a pedicure and had acrylic French tips done as well. The guy was moving so fast (could clearly tell he was in a hurry as he stood while doing my nails in a rush) my tips are way too small for my nails and when I left I had acrylic all over the tips of my fingers and along the edges causing sores on my skin.My daughters nail polish chipped shortly after leaving.Me and my mother in law started our services at the same time. She was done with her pedicure AND manicure before my pedicure was even finished. The man doing her manicure and pedicure’s only topic of discussion was “throat punching people” and saying inappropriate things. Her nail polish also started to chip and peal completely off the same day. So much disappointment in one visit. We will not return. I would not recommend this place at all!!!!

$55 manicure/pedicure packageI cant say for sure if Ill go here again. Its alright for the price, and I was happy that they were able to fit me in for an appointment the day I called, but attention to detail was definitely lacking. I loved my oval nails, but my manicurist filed some of my nails straight, so there was a bit of inconsistency from nail to nail (as not all were done in the same way). Again, it was a $20 manicure.Im also not confident the nail equipment is thoroughly cleaned before or after a service, as I watched my nail technician rinse the tools she used on my feet with hot water before using them on my hands. It was fine for me this way, having the same tools used on the same body, but it leaves me skeptical of their other practices.I will say, the pedicure was absolutely phenomenal. I got to sit in a lovely massage chair during the entirety of my pedicure. I was also given a bit of a leg and foot rub and had warm towels (a bit too warm, actually) wrapped around my calves after a bit of exfoliation.If I do choose to return, it would probably just be for the pedicure service.

Walked in around 945 am on a Wednesday & was welcomed promptly & with a smile. Got a manicure with a gel french polish. Very happy with the service & my nails.

This place is the biggest joke. This “nail salon” was filthy, unprofessional and overall a horrible experience. I have been to many nail salons and had acrylic nails done and I have never had such a bad set. Every nail looks different in the shape, the man doing the set burned or cut every one of my fingers and didn’t seem to mind. I was also told the set was $30 plus nail art but when I went to pay it was $55 for a color and a little bit of glitter, which looked nothing like I wanted. All of the nails are crooked and look like a 5th grader had done them. I would not recommend anyone to go into this salon if you want professional looking nails.

Always been very satisfied. My nails have never chipped or broke. The polish always looks great and lasts a long time. It doesnt fade or chip off.

I went with my friend to get our nails done and left the shop completely unhappy. While getting my acrylics done, the tech was extremely sloppy and did an absolute terrible job. There was acrylic and glue all over my fingers and half of my tips are crooked. Not to mention, but the customer service was very sketchy. I was forced to pay while my nails were being worked on instead of after when everything was finished. Is that normal? Leaving the shop with bleeding, bruised, wet nails, my friend and I agreed to never return.

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Its overpriced and they add more money to your bill then needed. Acrilic nails are done with no effort. They are always shaped funny and uneven. The employees dont even have a conversation with you only with other employees and its not English. They just point and expect you to know what to do. I could go on and on with how poor of a job these people do.

They did such a good job! The lasy was fast and good! She did everything that I wanted her to do. She did the length good also. Before I left, I messed up one of the nails and they helped right away on that! Such a great place (: I would go back again!

Usually this place is the best pedi in town but I just recently went and I had a middle aged man work on my feet and it was terrible! He didnt exfoliate at all which is the only reason I dont do my nails myself. The water was also cold and the polish chipped after 3 days. Save your money and do it yourself or go to Allure.

What did I like about Hollywood nails? Nothing. They were rude, and a rip off. The man who did my nails didnt know what he was doing and talked on the phone for about 10 minutes ignoring what I was saying. He sized all my nails differently and they were too simple. After I left it took my friend and I 2 hours to fix them and make them look better. I will never ever go back here and I wouldnt even step foot in there if I was you.

Walk-ins are welcome. There will be a lot if Vietnamese language spoken around you. Very nice thrones for pedis. If you ask for something special during your mani, you may not get it. Such as, no drill for polish/shellac removal, or double primer coat. They will make your nails rounded if you dont immefu as rely declare you want them square. They may count your tip out in front of you. So, get your nails done quickly but forget about special requests.

I was very disappointed today. I wish I would have said something, but I dont like to speak up. My acrylic manicure is bumpy, bubbly, and uneven in length from right hand to left hand. Im really bummed since I got them done for my wedding. The price was high and there was no listing so I have no idea if the business charges each person the same. Its my mistake for not asking the mistakes to be fixed, but I only hope to prevent someone else from having the same experience I had.

I went to have my nails done for prom Yesterday, and I already had the gel polish come off of one of my nails. They over charged me for a paint job I could have easily done at home, the woman who painted them left the polish on my fingers where she had gotten it onto my fingers, the base color was barley applied, and she didnt even paint all the way to the tips. If I could get the money back for the job she did I would. I do not suggest going here.

For 55 dollars I would like my nails to be straight. All my nails are uneven and flat.

Apparently the owners dont realize that others speak their language. Nasty comments are made about customers when they think you dont know what they are sayingSurprise!!!! I do!!!

Worst pedi I have ever had. Seriously! Employee was very nice but my friend and I were in and out in less than 30 minutes. My polish was already chipping the next day. We were busy chatting and catching up so i dont even know if she put a secind coat on, but i am certain no top coat used. Absolutely disappointed. There were no others waiting, so no reason to br rushed. I will spend my $35 at a location that puts a little more time and quality into their work.

Got a mani and pedi and it was not very good at all especially the shellac Mani. The woman rushed through it and it did not look very nice at all. Ive had many shellac manis in my life and this was by far the worst.

Theyre rude and not even good at what they do. My nails never ever looked like what I asked them to do. I always had pictures and they just never listened or cared. Very disappointing.

Worst nail place I have ever been to EVER!!! I went in last week to get a fill and my nails were lifting on the sides. I asked them to fix it and the guy ended up taking the set off and charging me for a new full set and the take off. They wouldnt of had to replace them if they were done right the first time. When I questioned the price they starting joking about it in their language and laughing at me. This place is a rip off, they do a horrible job on the nails, and were beyond unprofessional. I will only go to Kims Nails in Baraboo now. Not to mention every time a new customer came in they rolled their eyes as if it was inconvenient for them.
