My maid of honor and I came here to get our nails done before my wedding and they were AMAZING! The acrylics I got were perfect and exactly what I wanted. Same with my maid of honor. They were very professional and efficient, but they were also very sweet and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend anyone to stop by and enjoy their services.

I went with my niece and they did a good job on her. I called to make sure they could do nail designs but when I got there the lady was very new to nail designs. I think I will wait a year and see how much better she will be. The owner or manager was not friendly and made me feel like I was a nuisance and for $165 for two mani and pedicures and a hair braid, it wasn’t worth it. I’ve gotten just as good a job and better for less elsewhere. If you need a quick mani pedi and not too detailed, this will be a good place.

For a first time customer I was very pleased with the service I was given. I chose French tips for the very first time I have had them. I will definitely use her again.

Delmy is wonderful! Shes so kind and welcoming. I am self conscious about my feet, so I avoid having pedicures even though I enjoy them. She made me feel so comfortable and I really enjoyed myself. Her prices are very reasonable and she does a beautiful job. She also makes all of her own spa products from organic ingredients. They smell great and make your skin feel absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

People and shop are lovely, however they do not know how to do dip nails. She didnt remove my old color properly, broke a nail and left half of it on before dipping again. Now my nail surfaces are uneven and lumpy. Very poor filing, they are misshapen and jagged. Horrible job!

She was late to the appointment yes I made an appointment and she then got an attitude when I asked how much for a soak off which I had told her we needed she told me 45 to soak off nails and she said 60 for a fill because a fill if I change my color is a full set that doesn’t make any sense and wanted to argue mind you this was the WHOLE OWNER very unprofessional and not worth the business!

I love coming to Delmys for pedicures. She does a fantastic job of taking off all of my callouses and is so thorough in preparing your nails for polish that my pedicures last 8 weeks!! Very rushed and sloppy!! I had a set of acrylics put on and I was planning on getting a solid nail polish color and gems added and she told me polish chips and convinced me to just get glitter acrylic. She applied the tips EXTREMELY crooked, so crooked I laughed. She mumbled something and kind of ignored me when I mentioned it. Major slop job through out the entire process, all my gems are uneven, all my edges are rough and uneven as well as the lengths. I also wanted more crystals added and she was just too lazy to add more like it was pulling teeth or something. I did have an apt @ 4pm so maybe she had plans after closing at 6? Hence why polish drying would have been longer, adding more crystals creatively would have also taken longer...But still no way to conduct business!! Unsure if I will be returning to give a second chance.. Pro: The salon was clean, good music, and cute for its size.

I made a appointment for three full sets on short notice for a girls day, since my mother in law was coming into town and Delmy was so professional and made time for us out of her busy schedule. She scheduled us for a 3 hour appointment, she did all of our nails and she was done before the 3 hours! Our nails came out BEAUTIFUL. Delmy is very kind and she made sure we got what we wanted and that we loved our nails before we left. Great looking, lasted 3 weeks dip nails

Nails broke off after 1 week of having them. When I said I wanted a refund, she said there were no refunds . Mind you, there is no sign in her shop or online that says no refunds.

I love my nails . however I felt that one nail was a little tilted down and I said it on the first step but she didnt fix it. But I think Im going to try somewhere else .next time !

I was absolutely unimpressed with Delmys. She was the rudest nail technician I have ever encountered. I had to go back three times within the same day because she never finished the job correctly. She told me that it was my fault that she cut me and refused to take money off. She also said it took her twice as long to do my nails because of the shape and that I couldnt hold still. (I was as still as a statue) I told her that usually if a nail tech cuts you they take off money because it means they didnt do their job correctly. She said if I didnt like what she did I shouldnt return because she works too hard to take off money. The first time I went back was because she didnt finish putting gems on my nails. After she finished them I went to lunch and by the end of my meal half of the gems she just put on fell off already. When I returned for the third time she was absolutely unprofessional and extremely aggressive. She yelled at me and told me I had a lot of growing up to do simply because she didnt do my nails correctly. I would never go back to this salon. Her assistants were lovely and my pedicure did turn out nice. However, the owner herself is unforgettably discourteous and I would advise others to stay away from Delmys Glamour Nails.

I made an appointment with Delmy, but when I got there, she had some young girl do it. I thought she was just filling the water and helping, she almost over flowed the water in the basin, and didnt trim nails or cuticles like Delmy did the last time I was there. I asked how long shes been doing pedicures and she said not long. I was there for an hour and forty minutes, Delmy had to leave her manicure client to come apply a third coat of polish because they were spotty. I could have done that, without my reading glasses! I rescheduled for June, and told Delmy I want her to do it. I got home and after talking to friends, decided to text her that I wasnt happy with nail length/cuticles, but thanked her for finishing them. She replied and said that she I is sorry that Im not happy, Im the first person to complain, she will talk to Jessica, and refund my money. I gave her my address and waited for a refund, but it never came. I texted her asking if she forgot to send the refund. She texted me saying she sent it the next day. I said I never received it and asked if it was refunded to my debit card or by check, then she sent a picture text of the check and a message that said you got your service for free, a refund, and now you want more money? Dont you have any shame? I texted her back and said that wasnt my last name on the check and I didnt get it, or cash it. She didnt respond, so my husband had to drive me to her shop to show her my drivers license to prove it. She first ignored us, then argued and was very condescending, in front of many people, saying I cashed the check. I finally had to tell her that she better call the cops if shes accusing me of stealing and check fraud! She ended up giving me a refund, but Ive never been treated like this from any business owner and will NOT recommend her services to anyone, ever!
