I had a very unprofessional experience With Rose at Quirk Auto group. I originally reached out about a vehicle that was available on the website. Originally i had reached out vie their messaging system on their website. I had asked a couple of questions and gave Rose my phone number to get back to me on some maintenance questions. I didnt hear back for a few hours. So i called and asked for Rose and left a voicemail because she was on another call. I then call back 45 minutes later to find out that she left for the day and the vehicle i was interested in was sold. Now i am not sure if that vehicle had sold before i had originally reached out and she did not tell me, but if it did, then she should have told me it is no longer available. If it had sold after i reached out, she was not responding fast enough to give me the opportunity to make the purchase prior to someone else buying it. I am very disappointed that she not only did not get back to me in time, but she also just left for the day without even notifying me that the vehicle was sold. i will not be doing business with them in the future, nor will i recomend them to anyone!

Was disappointed with the service when i ordered parts. They never told me when they came in like I was told they would as well as being told they would ship to me but never did and I had to drive an hour and a half to get the part. While there I felt as if I was not important and was given an attitude..

The quick lube service team is great. Good service, quick and professional. They do alot more services than change oil...just wait and no appointment needed.

From my recent past experience with their excellent service, parts, and oil change service...it led me to purchase a used 2015 Tahoe in near new condition from Quirk. You would be hard pressed to find a better detailed vehicle then buying one from Quirk Auto group. From the absolute ease of dealing with Judah Isgro and George Masnyk in sales to Tina Williams in finance. The whole team made the vehicle buying experience as easy as buying an item online. To final delivery at my home to top off the purchase. The vehicle buying process is changing...nice to see a dealership such as Quirk that is changing with the times and actually embracing it.

Making an appointment there was easy,the service advisor frequently kept me posted on the status of maintenance being performed,making me aware of any further problems they may have detected,like my brakes going bad and an abs light going off,and allowing me room to make a decision on my own without any pressure.I did end up spending more time there in the lobby than anticipated but I wanted them to take the time to do it right and I was prepared for any unexpected situations.I am an airplane mechanic myself and I know quality work cant be rushed.Definitely feel like I would go back to Quirk Chevrolet Cadillac again in Bangor, Maine for any future service needs based on the friendliness and professionalism of my service advisor.

Been dealing with Quirk for about a year now. My salesman Chris Coyle is excellent I have bought 2 vehicles through him this year and as long as hes still working there I will buy through him again. The service department is awesome they take very good care of their customers, they offer a shuttle service if you need to run around Bangor or their satellite locations, and if your vehicle has to stay they offer loaners at no cost to the customer. This is a top notch dealership.

I purchased a used trade-in car from these guys about a year ago. They agreed to my price (matching a similar model available at another dealership), then came back three times with paperwork that had raised the price, hoping I wouldnt notice. I corrected them three times telling them that Id noticed they upped the price on the paperwork before they finally caved and wrote it up with the agreed upon price.The car selection is decent. The people that work there are extremely sketchy. Watch the paperwork like a hawk every step of the way if you deal with them. Rural towns come with some extremely low quality people, and they all work for Quirk.

Cars are a lot higher than least year

The service team at Quirk-Chrysler-Jeep, led by Wayne King and his wonderful staff, is absolutely the best around. They give the most competent, efficient, and absolutely customer oriented service. It certainly appears to me that this is the best Chrysler dealership in the entire New England because of their service.

Told me I needed a new ecm ($1600) diagnosis it myself to find it was a bad fuse. Either there terribly incompetent or just out to get as much money as they can. Steer clear of these guys. Bunch of rude crooked people.

I really wanted to do business with you. The sales man told me I would be able to roll my loan over into another car. It wasnt until after I gave him all of my information, him helping me shop for a car and me picking a car did he tell me that he wouldnt be able to help me. He told me that my credit was good but my loan is worth more than my car. That shouldnt matter. People roll loans over all the time. I shouldnt be an exception. He also told me hed call me back with more options. Its been a week and I havent heard back. Im very disappointed.

Once they have an established relationship with you, they will bend over backwards to help you and make sure that they give you all the discounts and rebates that are available. They are professional and offer courtesy vehicles and in emergencies will offer a loaner vehicle. Its generally a very professional dealership and service department.

After ruining the starter on my wifes car, { which we have never had a single issue with until they had it} They said it was very convenient that it broke there like I planned it and set them up to get a new starter out of them. They rolled the car outside and said there you go. Because we didnt want to pay them $590 to put in a new starter. Horrible people at QUIRK HYUNDAI SERVICE !!!
