Bought a bed cover for my truck. It came with a free installation. I waited there two and a half hours for them to complete the 20 minute installation. Went out to check it out and realized it wasn’t level. Someone who I assume was a manager came out and pushed on it. Two of the three clamps on that side fell off. They sent someone over to fix it again. When I got home I decided to check it again. I ended up redoing all of the clamps as two of the six total were still on wrong and none of them were tight. I also realized that neither of the latches near the cab had been latched. In the future I would not trust them to put air in a tire. Horrible job.

TBA is the best and the Cheapest place to get Tires. The older gentleman and the younger one who has brownish/reddish kind of hair he works at the front desk they both are really nice men.

So these people are rude, I confirmed my appointment last week. Then they call Me very rudely, ran out of the product they promised me. I made the appointment months ago. I have to take off an entire day of work for this to pay them a lot of money and they wouldnt offer any compensation or even apologize for ruining my day or having an effect on my work week. I do t recommend them and Im calling Bbb

I recently purchased a FLOE aluminum ramp, dock and steps from TBA to replace our wooden dock and crib on a nearby pond. FLOE dock products are first class and maintenance free. Everything went perfectly and as promised from start to finish. The team that installed it, including Al (the boss), took the time and effort to made sure it was completely level and the fit was perfect. They are absolute professionals, and it was clear to me that customer satisfaction is very important to them. If youre looking for a new dock, you cant go wrong shopping at TBA.

The buying of the trailer was hands down the easiest task that day. The employees are very professional. They assisted with helping connect the trailer up to my tow vehicle and answered every question i had. They checked over all of the towing components and helped me correct any issues i was having.

I never have any complaints with this company. I brought in my tractor battery that needed to be replaced. Knew exactly what I needed without needing any other information. No to mention any odd ball tire I need, they have them.

Waiting in line while workers talk on the phone about personal things. And qhen you actually get to talk to them they have no information. Not sure how this place stays in business.

I brought my truck in for wheel balancing. I was impressed with the fact that they used a torque wrench To tighten the lug nuts. Beyond that, they have a second guy come around and re-torque the lug nuts. The staff was friendly.

They installed a new Borla Atak exaust system on my 2019 RAM. Now it sounds like it has 400 horses.Very pleased with the Installation.

John made me feel welcome and comfortable...I ask a lot of questions and other places I went to to get quotes on a hitch made me feel rushed, or that they were annoyed.Not at TBA!!! Got a hitch installed and was happy with the product and turn around. One of the best prices around to get a hitch installed!

Traveling from PA to ME, I encountered a flat on the 40 travel trailer. Changed the tire during rush hour on a curved on ramp in NJ. Driving all night now without a spare. First thing Friday morning, I was referred here by an RV dealer. The service was amazing. They had to call the warehouse to get the 10 ply tires I needed. I had the put a new tire on the trailer and I bought a rim and another new tire to have a second spare. I was in and out of there in under an hour. Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.

Would have given them five-star as if I didnt wait over 3 hours to get my 4 studded snow tires studded and on my vehicle but I do understand that this is a busy time of year.

Got the underside of our cars sprayed for our 1st Northeast winter. They were extremely helpful in explaining what we needed and completing the service for us in a timely manner! Highly recommend for undercoating in Maine!

Great service...........and, yes like some other reviews there can be a wait............but good things are worth waiting for. Have good experience each time I have been there with help for items on the shelf or special order. Most recently I had an older vehicle worked on and they did just as I asked and came in under estimate. Cody, the service desk person was great and the mechanic took time to explain the work done to my young daughter, since it is her car. Thanks to all at TBA!

Friendly knowledge service and a clean waiting area. Many products on display. Tire changes take a little longer than I expected, but I discovered the reason is they adjusted each tire to minimize the weights needed to balance the tire. It looks like they actually care about the quality of service. Also unexpectedly, the charge for four mount and balance BYOT was $30 cheaper than some other important tire changing chain. Will be back!

Did a great job on my bed liner but the customer service was poor. The guy that took my keys acted like he hated his job and didnt want to be there.

Great staff, reasonable rates, trustworthy business!

I went in there looking for a tire tube, waited a good 15 minutes to be helped let me mind you, watched 2 customers walk out because they had waited more than 10 minutes. When I was finally waited on, they did not have the size i needed which is fine. I get it that happens. But not to offer to see if it wasnt something that could be ordered, referral elsewhere, nothing. That is poor training and salesmanship. You need to really invest in employees willing to take the extra step.

I took my car into TBA for a front end alignment, I was waited on right away and had my car back in no time. Great service from John Maguire. I will be doing business with them in the future! Thank you!

They advertised one price on their website for a 6 x 10 trailer but when i went to the store the trailer was more expensive than advertised. I asked why and was told that their website is out of date. These were their advertised July specials - I was there in July. And, they are still advertised at their sale price in August. I went to Harvey trailer instead to buy the trailer. Which was slightly more expensive, and a better quality. I will not go back to TBA

Walked in for winter tire change over.Was in and out in under an hour. The staff was polite and professional.

Dropped my truck off at 8 am only need muffler put on with few reducers an clamps old muffler all ready removed an I had the new muffler all ready to go on. Got call at 3 pm saying that there was no way to install the muffler they are not equipped to do what I needed. I picked my truck up drove straight across the street to B&L auto parts the guys there sold me 3 reducers an clamps 45 minutes later I had my muffler on my truck. So TBA not the best place to have work done dont waste your time going there

Had battery problems with the camper house batteries while in Epping for nationals. Okay maybe after the first day, I didnt get them recharged. Stopped at TBA in Bangor on the way home to have them checked because thats where I bought them. They checked them and said they were fine. Came home, and plugged them in.Went to Winterport last weekend with the same problem and took one of them out Sunday night to put on trickle charger until full. Left it a couple of days, no load. These are only a year old and were not cheap.Went to advanced auto today and had them check the batteries. They came out with CCA 89, and its supposed to be 990 CCA.Never again will I buy an Exide battery as it seems they havent improved since I tried them in the early 70s in a GTO. I also will never return to TBA. The commercials seem to be the best part of that business.

I called TBA three times regarding trailer accessories... Twice the call was terminated by TBA after holding for a very long time. On the third attempt; the guy who answered never identified himself... He flat out told me that my request would be too expensive with a $75 an hour fabrication rate and terminated the call... It had to be the most insulting response I have ever received from a business!!! I was requesting a 2x3 hatch door with a piano style hinge be installed on my 2011 diesel box truck.. Im obviously expecting to pay for the installation. TBA you just lost a long time supporting customer and business!

My husband ordered a Leer Truck Cap and gave the year/model/and dimensions of his truck. TBA called and said the cap was in and had him set up an appointment.The appointment was for Friday April18th and noon. I took his truck up and went to front desk and talked to Christy and she asked me if I would be waiting at TBA while they put the cap on and I said Yes. I sat there for over 20 minutes then Christy came over and said oh I apologize but the cap is not here, but we can put the wiring in today. We live in Trenton so it is an hour trip one way to TBA. They put in the wiring and I left, we were not very happy she said they would give us a 200 dollar credit for our trouble.After I left a message came up on dash board saying Left Indicator Light Malfunction.My stepson had to take it up to Varneys on Tuesday to get it fixed. Apparently, whoever did the wiring at TBA butchered the wiring. Was given a bill for 60 dollarsfor the repair from Varneys.TBA called my stepson on Monday and set up an appointment for April 25 for 11:00 am to have the cap put on. He arrived at TBA and it was 11:40am before they took him in. They came back out 20 minutes later and said the cap was 1 1/2 feet too long. That Leer didnt make a cap for that truck in in that model. They credited my husbands card for price of cap and the 60.00 for repair of the wiring they butchered but we never received the 200 dollars they said they would give us for their mistake on the first trip up there.So after 3 trips to Bangor from Trenton at our expense and time, we never got the cap.I would say they really need to train their help a little better especially in the orderingdepartment and the wiring department.Would never do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
