I love a neat tapered “Instagram” nail so if your looking for that DO NOT GO HERE! I came in for a fill in, my usual nail artist was booked up so I tried this local place. I should have turned right around bc the place was empty on a Friday! I posted three pictures below. The first is my usual nail tech the second is their work which was a fill in over the first. The third is after I reshape over their work. So how did I go from tapered square to bubble fat nails!? I was highly upset at this place as the woman who did my nails caught an attitude when I asked her if she could shape my nails more and she started tugging at my hand aggressively. I could have acted a fool, however that would haven’t solved anything. There’s no reason a woman should go to the nail salon and walk out feeling ugly. I paid 55 bucks for this and to come home to file and reshape my own nails. I would have done better with press ons. These ladies need to learn a new technique bc these nails are sloppy, shapeless, hideous and I’m speaking on others who posted pictures as well. I can see why they have an id policy to use your debit card. The owner knew her tech work was horrible and she did nothing to accommodate. Those ladies did right by disputing their transactions with them! Poor artistry! I truly hope I saved some ladies their money. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews first, this is pure CHOP SHOP WORK! The pictures speak for themselves. You all deserve better!! Please save your hard working money this place is not it.

They do an amazing job but they can be a little rude and un friendly at times but the young lady who did my nails made me feel comfortable and took her sweet time making sure I left feeling like a queen

Went here before sitting down showed the tech station 3 doing my nails exactly what I wanted she even helped me match the color in the picture I showed her assured me she could do the design 🤦🏾‍♀️ got down to it couldnt do it I even showed her 2 easier designs I was so disappointed she couldnt do any of them...had to opt for just a gel coat with the color and the price was ridiculous especially being I have absolutely no designs 😒

I had the best time! I got my nails done for graduation for the first time in 9 years! Jessica was very gentle and i felt no pain. She also did my nails the correct way as shown in the pic but even better, very great energy! keep up the great work!💚😁

Im happy with my nails

This place is very close and convenient to my house So I go here very often about every two weeks to get my eyebrows done . I never get my nails done because the nail techs arent that great and the only girl who does nails correctly and designs beautifully is always busy and always has a long line but Ive never had major issues with my eyebrows until recently The owner Lily always does my eyebrows but the past couple of times Ive went to her she does them sloppy and quick but today I decided to give her another chance and she completely made both of my eyebrows uneven, round and so thin one goes into a point at the end and the other is bald missing all of its hair! Im so upset Im in tears when I went in there this afternoon I had beautiful full eyebrows but not anymore! Im so disappointed in the way she treated me after I brought it to her attention that she screwed up my eyebrows when shes the only person who has touched my eyebrows in over a year she displayed poor customer service I dont care what your opinion is if you see that Im upset with your work you should try to make me happy anyway that you can or at least try to fix it but she didnt I was a loyal customer to her but not anymore Ive given her one too many chances and this will be my last visit to her !!

Terrible customer service. They typically do good work although i have left there with a few crooked eyebrows smh. BT is my personal favorite but Lily has a terrible attitude and as time passes it seems to be spreading to everyone else. Even BT doesnt seem to like her job anymore (based off her attitude)

Please dont ask for another coat of polish... they act as if theyre paying for it. Theyre not very clean at all. I will never ever think about revisiting this nail salon again!!!

I usually only get my eyebrows done by Ms Lily and Ive never had an issue, however, this time I requested a pedi for myself and my sister. The lady rushed through the pedi. I paid for the #4 package. I requested that she used a new pumice Stone and brush. She made it so uncomfortable for me as if I asked for something that I wasnt suppose to ask for. I expressed to her that they carry bacteria and I wouldnt allow her to use used items on me. She went to retrieve a new pumice Stone but informed me that they didnt have any new brushes. I shook my head. I would think that a nail shop would have an abundance of brushes for their customers. Well needless to say I will not be returning to this nail shop.

Horrible service the lady completely rushed thru doing my nails. They are super uneven and crooked and not fully painted. Didnt do any of the designs I wanted just painted and thats it dont waste your money here!!!

I think the owner is rude to her technicians. Most of her technicians come but dont stay long because she is rude and she fuses at her technicians in front of the client. There are only a few technicians there that can really do nails. My motto is do what I ask for. I dont understand why she charges $5 to take nail polish off. What am I suppose to do wear new polish over the old?

My normal salon was crowded so I decided to go here and I regret it majorly! They overcharged me for everything and the service was terrible! 15 for gel 15 Fillin 4 each nail repair 10 to shape 20 pedicure that the lady did a horrible job on! I will never go back here ever again! The lady also lied and said I had gel polish taken off when I can in with no polish on my nails! These people scammed me!! And the work was not good the place is dirty and they are rude! I ended up paying 65 dollars for a fillin and a pedicure smh horrible experience do not go to this place the one around the corner in the shopping center on Hollis ferry rd does a way better job for a better price.

This place is aweful. Lily, the woman who runs the shop is very nasty! That s y they cant keep any of the AA nail techs on board . She treats her employees and her costomers like crap. I came there to get a gel fill in. I had 2 nails repaired and the price was $28. Then when I asked questions about the pricing she pointed to her price board. I didnt want gel polish so she told me that the work would not last . Since when are u forced to get gel polish or any service/product that YOU PAY FOR???? Black women need to stop giving our money away to ppl who dont respect us ! I will not be waiting my time or money at this over priced low quality establishment again!
