It was an awesome experience! I really enjoyed my self love time. The service was great and they were so friendly. Im sorry that I didnt take a picture two weeks ago when I first got my nails done. Now that I am going back for my refill, I had to share the simple elegance of the freestyled yet unique hand paint design.

I have been a few times and the owner is really nice. However I went one day after work around 415pm and nobody would buzz the door to let me in. Despite the store closing at 6pm per the posted hours and the open sign outside lighting up. I waited at the door for five minutes thinking they were busy and not a person let me in or said anything to me. I feel like its customer service friendly to atleast inform a customer they you are no longer taking people. I liked the shop but I dont intend to return where customer service is not a priority.

I love it there they take their time to understand what you want down to Earth. No nasty attitudes ..their great an they offer wine 🍷 if you would like it . ❤️❤️❤️❤️💕💕🥰 Great energy filled place

Today was first day coming to this nail salon! I enjoyed my experience with Suzan, she did my nails and eyebrows wonderfully. I did hear that they give out wine but I thought it was only when they did a grand opening but they still ask if you’d like some. I will say this is somewhere I’ll be going to more often!

Went in for a pedicure, They were clean & attentive. It was very quiet and i enjoyed it very much.

Omg i am in love! I recently moved to Baltimore and have had bad experiences with nail techs out here. 😔. Sue did my nails and let me say she is AMAZING. Personality and work was on point! I wont be goin anywhere else. Shes gonna get tired of seeing me lol.

Great vibe and atmosphere. My nail tech made me feel comfortable and had good conversation.However, my pedicure didn’t go so well. Somehow she drew blood (after she gave foot advice) which was uncomfortable for what I actually came there for. A few months after, I took the polish off and my toe had tried up blood and I lost a good piece of my toe nail. This was done by the owner 😔. It could be one isolated incident but still left an uneasy feeling.

I was determined to find a nail shop close to me as I just moved to this area and was driving 45 minutes to my previous nail salon. I called and the price was right. I got there and was told a 30-45 minute wait. I was ok with that. Im so glad I waited. The service was great, she shaped my nails just how I like and didnt rush and they offer you wine. I found my new nail salon! I will be back!

I love going to them!!! Im usually really self conscious of going to nail salons, because i have a disability. But from the moment i walked in they were so polite and didnt stare at me, they made feel very comfortable. And Susanna makes sure of it each time i come in. Now i bring all my friends and family their.

So in May of 2018 me & my family stopped in this nails salon and it was one of the best experience we have ever had. The owner is so sweet and a beast at what she does. Also doesn’t take long might I add. I never leave there salon unhappy or disappointed. Everyone there is like one big family and make u feel so welcomed. I’ve find my new nail salon and wouldn’t trade them for the world. Keep up the great work & many more years to come.

Ive been coming to Certified since they opened. Such a nice, relaxed, clean and face paced atmosphere. I dont let anybody in Baltimore city touch my nails but Sue. She is so sweet and down to earth. She moves very fast! I feel like some ppl come to salons and expect to sit right down, but you have to be realistic ppl!!!! GO GET CERTIFIED!!

Wish Id remembered to go get my eyebrows done yesterday, theyre closed today 😪 I dont want anyone else touching my eyebrows again. Sue does an amazing job and always consistent with the outcome.

I love certified nails they are ALL very nice ladies, always smiling, great conversation and you can actually relax they doesn’t make you feel like they are trying to hurry to get the next person. They all know how to do all types of style of nails anyway you want and make new feet with the pedicures. I highly recommended them!

First time, but not my last time. I wasnt sure on what service to do but, Susanna access my nails and gave me options. Autumn, who was my nail tech was nice and good conversationalist. I was basic, but did a great job on my nails. The establishment was clean and I like how they knew the other clients by name( they have not been opened that long) thats good rapport. The only thing i liked was they give wine and everyone is nice, however my nails looked horrible under the bottom and i had to take my own nails off for fresh overlay, my gel polish was bubbly and started to chip the same day because Sue was rushing, got an overlay on my toenail and one cracked after a week, never going back! Dont let these good reviews fool ya, theyre a hot mess

I love coming here for several reasons. One it’s down the street from my house and the other salons around here can be not so inviting lol but also It’s a very laid back salon where the women can actually talk to each other and relax. I always enjoy some moscato while one of the nail techs slay my nails. It doesn’t matter which staff member they are all talented and pleasant. This is the type of shop I like.

The 1st time I went there I had a pretty good experience but the stylist put acrylic over my real nails and I didnt want that. My manicure was still nice but it hurt. The 2nd time I went I asked for a gel manicure/ pedicure I went in in 08/06/2018 after 3 days my nails started chipping they arent painted all the way down like I like it but I was ok with that. The chipping is what makes me upset I went to a lot of other places and never had this issue. For pedicures they are ok but I think I will take my business else where. Im trying to add a picture but I dont know how to on this thing lol

Very unprofessional, they were supposed to open at 11:00 am, it’s now 11:30 and nobody is here . I’ve been standing outside waiting for somebody to open the shop for 30 minutes, how are y’all late opening your own shop ? A few people have already came and left because they didn’t want to wait .
