Great customer service and everyone who works there is so nice. I have been trying to find a nail salon close to where I live and I’m so happy I found this place. This will be my go to nail salon from now on. My nail tech was gentle with my cuticle issue. I have thin nails and they suggested the perfect solution and my nails are getting more healthy. Def. recommend this place! No matter who you go to, you will be happy. ( also I’m not picky I just was looking for someone to help me out as my nails aren’t the greatest and they were wonderful about it) not to mention def recommend the milk and honey pedi!!

Worst Manicure I’ve ever gotten!! I got gel and the lady left bumps all over my nails. She didn’t care about actually putting the nail polish on my nails she just globbed them on. I have nail polish all over my fingers and she didn’t have the courtesy to even clean them!!I told her there was a thred on my nail and instead of taking it out she just put more coats to cover it up. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Take 5 more minutes out of your day and drive somewhere else.

This is my go-to place for the best pedicure in town. It’s clean and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I never feel rushed. Tammy is very gentle and gives an awesome leg massage. The pedicures always last a long time without chipping. I also get occasional manicures, which also last at least two weeks. Highly recommend.

Ive been a client of Johns at Les Nail Salon and Spa for the past two, almost three years. John is highly professional, courteous, pleasant and friendly to all customers. He is an outstanding technician as well. His work always meets my expectations. I enjoy the relaxing, professional environment of the salon. It is incredibly clean and well-organized. I have recommended the salon to several friends and family members.

Ive tried soo many places in town and no one gives a pedicure like John. I’ve been coming for a year and each time it’s as good as the last: his foots messages are the best. He’s super friendly and accommodating. Ive sent many friends and each one had the same great experience. Check it out!

I have been recieving and recommending services at this salon for almost a decade. In recent years I have noticed a change in the salon for the worse. The prices have increased, but the quality of service has decreased. The nail techs are great, but you can tell there has been a management change. The salon is not as well kept as it used to be, and the manager is not friendly. I recently found a new salon, and now remember what a quality environment looks and feels like.

My gel manicures and pedicures last longer when done at Le’s. The women who have done the work are lovely and hard working. They did a wonderful job of making my 13 year old daughter feel special during her pedicure treat. I love the atmosphere and recommend this establishment to anyone who wants high quality nail work in a relaxing environment.

As far as the comment a few back, i must disagree in its entirety. Vicky is actually one of the very best artists at this place. As far as i know, April the comment regarding Vicki, is untrue. You do know that this manicure place is and has been under new ownership/management for close to a year. Sorry you had such a misunderstanding with Vicky and only hope you try it out again or don’t. Just writing this because, i rarely read these reviews, and wanted to set the record straight. Very sorry, again, your visit was so horrible,.

First time and my experience was wonderful. I was a walk-in and was serviced within 10mins. The ladies was very friendly and attentive. The organic pedicure was amazing, nail tech took her time, gave great customer service and all the nail instruments came directly out the pack. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

As a licensed cosmetologist I know what a basic pedicure is. For 28 dollars I’m at least entitled for a clean cuticle clean up. My tech tells me that he will go over it once and that’s included. Nothing else! As I sit here we’re going back and forth about what needs to be done. I will not ever again!

I will never get my nails done here again. The woman that started my nails cut me with her cuticle nipper, ripped the cut open more with the drill and then when she was applying the nails, she couldnt get them to stick so she pressed down so hard that they were stuck to my skin. As shes filing my nails I noticed they werent even. I spoke up and nicely told her to make them even. She then got mad at me for her own wrong doing. I had to ask for someone else to finish. That person didnt even ask what length nails I wanted, he just filed and filed until he couldnt file anymore and they still were not even. He got polish all over my cuticles and didnt even clean it up. Worst place I have ever gotten my nails done and I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Small space, Service isnt the best, but most nail techs are very skilled and on top of trends.

I have been a customer for many years. I have never encountered such despicable rudeness from any individual in my entire life. The half hearted manicure looked worse after she did my nails than before. I was told there would be a 15 min wait, an hour later I was still waiting. The treatment towards me was beyond disgusting and humiliating!!!!! I sincerely hope you read and acknowledge every single review!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. The “manager” Vicki is scam artist. She will change the price at her personal discretion. Hardly a way to run a business. Do not recommend.

Disgusting place it’s so dirty, and they don’t know how to do nails, they left my fingers dry and cut up until they bled I had to stop her in the middle of a manicure and they had the nerve to try and charge me a full price for a manicure I never received. I will never go there again and non of you should either !

Always have had a great experience in getting a manicure and pedicure. Relaxing and clean. Instruments are always sterile.

Awful waste of time. Be prepared to wait wait wait. Most disorganized place. If you make a reservation they dont honor it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I got acrylic nails done somewhere else and I wanted to take them off. I did a lot of research on taking them off and I realized they needed to be filed off with an electric file. So I went to les nails to get them filed off since I didnt have one at home. Instead of doing what I asked for he sandwiched a fake nail in between my natural nails and the acrylic and pried them off . This was excruciatingly painful and after I asked him a second time to do the electric file as opposed to this painful method he continued to do it . My nails are now completely ruined and extremely thin and I fear they will begin to crack along the center which will be very painful . I highly encourage you to not go to this salon, they do not know the correct methods of a nail technician .

Nice people, clean establishment but poor quality products. Im unsure if they are diluting the gel polish but for the last 6 days I have gone back nearly every day to repair a nail where the gel has peeled completely off of my acrylic set. My entire right hand was redone. Now the left is messing up. The pedicure was subpar also.

Great product never smell of product wonderful exhaust system

It is labor day. I arrived at 2:15 PM. Was told there was going to be a 30 minute wait and to leave my phone number next to my name on the sign-in sheet. After sitting in the parking lot because the waiting area is too small for more than 4 people, and watching multiple groups of people go in, I went in and was told another 10-15 mins. I went back to my car-no call but people were disappearing from my view into the salon. I called and asked if they were ready for me and was told that they tried to call me and ultimately it would be another 10-15 mins. In all we waited over an hour and a half for a fill. Not to mention everyone that waited in the crowded waiting area was getting serviced. 2 hours later...I guess if you dont wait in the salon your money isnt as good.

Worst manicure/pedicure I have ever had. Did not remove all of my previous polish-painted over it so it left my nails looking bumpy, filed my nails down so much she cut my skin, tried to convince me to get a different color because the white I picked out showed up against my skin when she got it all over, and then when I said I wanted to stick with it she proceeded to paint of all over my skin. In reality, I should not have paid for the manicure nor have left a tip.

Terrible service! I would give negative stars if I could. I think the guys name was david. He did the powder manicure charged me a second time because I asked him to change the color! $70 for nails! and then they didnt even last 2 weeks! never going back

The guy doing my nails cut them so short, the shape is wonky it my thumb hurts because it was so painful not worth 45$.

I make an appointmentwith the same person akl the time. I never have to wait more than five minutes.
