Beautiful apartment and very nice amenities. The staff is all very accommodating and responsive when it comes to maintenance and inquiries. The only gripe is the heat turning on too soon and some of the outdoor amenities- gas out on the grill, lights out, pool closes early in the season. However, I highly recommend it. It has been a great place to live especially in midst of remote learning.
Place is fantastic. Lisa is incredibly helpful and cares about the tenants. Easily the best housing
Thank you Lisa, for help with swift and smooth completion of rental process, that too over phone and sitting across continents. For us parents, it is a relief to secure a place to stay for our child within a day of talking to you. Thanks again!
My tour at the Social North Charles was wonderful! It is very close to the school and the amenities are fantastic! Spacious gym and very welcoming model apartment. Adrian was so helpful and knowledgeable as well as the team being really responsive. Highly recommend.
Everything about this place has been great so far. The staff is very nice especially, Adrian. He was able to answer all my questions and made my visit worth while. I definitely recommend going here and if you need anything Ask For Adrian.
Wonderful community! The amenities are super up to date and the staff is extremely helpful. We had Adrian answer all of our questions and he was super cool about it. No complaints to give :)
Great Place. My tour with Mercedes was very informative. Beautiful areas and looks promising. I’m looking forward to applying for an apartment soon this year
The Social is such a great place! Adrian and Mercedes were very helpful and lovely to work with. I took a tour with them and were very knowledgeable :)
I have lived at the Social for coming up on 2 years. Despite its positives, it is not worth it to live here at all. Within the past week alone we have lost hot water on 4 different days for 12+ hours at a time, and have just been informed that we will have no water AT ALL for 7 hours at a time for 2 days this week. This is not unusual for the apartment. Along with the constant issues with utilities, management is dishonest in their communication about issues and takes no responsibility for the problems. They also frequently close the office and almost never provide solutions to issues you are having. I do not recommend living here.
The staff, especially Lisa, are very helpful and respond much quicker than other apartment complexes. The renting process was very simple and quick!
Adrian was helpful. Nice property !!
This place is the best! Im sad Im graduating this year and wont be able to stay another year. The events they have make me feel appreciated and give me a good reason to get out of the apartment and see friendly faces. I really liked the free smoothies event. Lisa helped me renew my lease last year, and Im glad she did. Definitely going to miss this place.
I felt like the office was great on matching me with roommates the year before (seriously, couldn’t have asked for a better matchup) as well as accommodating my moving into a different apartment in the midst of the pandemic. My apartment has plenty of space, great for working from home, and I appreciate the convenience of having the utilities taken care of by the building instead of having to do it all individually. I’m really glad that I picked this apartment building to live in for my time in Baltimore; I have plenty of space in my apartment and to walk around, and more importantly I feel safe walking around.
Ive enjoyed living at The Social for the past 3 years. The amenities are great - gym, pool, lounge. The staff are friendly and make an effort to get to know residents and help out. The location is great for Johns Hopkins students. The Social has been a fantastic place to live.
Love this place! I took a virtual tour with Stephanie and fell in love with The Social. My mom was on the call during the tour as well and even though it was virtual, we both felt safe and welcome already. A lot of my friends live in the building or are looking at it for next year, and I cant wait to live here!
The staff are exceptional! They handle the operations of the apartment very well. I truly appreciate the front desk team, they handle any and all emergencies with swiftness and provide clear communication. I also enjoy the monthly events like cookies or making crafts. And during the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire staff has taken extra precautions and have done a great job communicating the precautions, apartment, rules and health recommendations to the residents.
Beautiful place to live. The staff is super helpful and answers my questions in a timely manner. A major upgrade from my previous living situation. Highly recommend!
I toured the Social North Charles with Adrian, very helpful. The model apartment looked so nice and welcoming, the gym was so spacious. highly recommend.
My daughter and I could not have had a better experience with Lisa at The Social North Charles!!!Her charming manner and knowledge put me at ease as I spoke with her about leasing an apartment for my daughter. She really went out of her way to speak with us about the lease and was quick to answer any questions that we had.She is a pleasure to work with and a credit to her organization. I wish everyone I speak to on a daily basis were as knowledgeable and helpful as Lisa!
It’s been a wonderful time here so far! The apartments are great, there’s lots of room, and my two cats love it. Any questions that I come up with are always promptly answered by the helpful office staff!
I’m Moving to Baltimore soon and I stopped by the Social North Charles to see what they have to offer. I took a tour with Mercedes and she was an absolute delight. Very friendly, knowledgeable and had answers for all my questions. They have a gym, coutyard, movie theater room, game room and WiFi is included in the rent.
I love these apartments! They’re so nice inside & spacious. I love how I can make the space my own and decorate. The management is also always helpful. I definitely recommend!
Great apartment building staff is amazing, everyone in the front office is awesome and will help you with anything. The building itself has awesome amenities with everything from an rooftop pool to a movie theatre. The building has 24 hour Secuirty and is a safe place to live. Overall would love here again. 5 stars.
I love living here, the amenities are great. The apartments are very spacious and if you ever have any issues, the staff is quick to help. They also often organize fun events for the community members.
I love my three bedroom apartment at the Social North Charles! The amenities are great with a beautiful, spacious gym and a rooftop pool. The apartments have great natural light and are in a great section of Baltimore. Maintenance and leasing staff are friendly and helpful.
Of the apartments I looked at this was one of the most economical and the floor plans and amenities were great. The rooms are spacious which was also a concern for me as I dont like being cramped. Also with the utilities included, it was almost a no brainer for me. Only downside is the walk to campus but the positives outweigh the benefits.
The Social is a clean, bright and convenient apartment living option close to Loyola and JHU. We found management to be attentive and responsive to move-in and minor maintenance issues. The amenities are an added bonus! We love the gym and game room. Thanks for a great experience, The Social!
This place is simply amazing: super clean and with awesome spaces for all residents (gym and game room!!) Danilo and Stephanie are the best. My school is down the road and the neighborhood is great!
The Social is a pretty nice place to live in. Fairly close to JHU too so it’s convenient for students. The gym and other amenities are solid. Stephanie is especially nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are also taken care of pretty quickly and the apartments are really spacious.
Everything about the Social is amazing! The staff and maintenance workers are extremely attentive and kind. The amenities are great and my apartment has so much space.
I’ve loved living here! Management & maintenance are both awesome and quick to address any concerns. Definitely recommend living here.
I did a tour with Ms. Mercedes Robinson, very personable and honest about the housing, the environment and the down payments. I looking to apply for an apartment this year and she was loads of help
Management at The Social is terrible. They will tell you one thing but later on they will claim that they never said that. Its as if they purposely seek to deceive the residents. Make sure to clarify everything and get it in writing, because management will try to go back on what they told you at face value. They also get worked up if you do ask for clarification on things, as if youre being a nuisance. I wouldnt recommend living here at all, dealing with the management is absolutely not worth it.
I had a great experience finding an apartment here, and Lisa made me feel welcomed when I was moving in. The Social has great amenities and a warm staff that cares for their residents! After almost a year of living here I’m glad I moved in, and I feel safe and at home :)
Cleaned room. Asked inspection before moved out. There is nothing wrong with my room, inspector said my room is nice and clean, and I double checked with inspector that I would get fully refund of my deposit. When the check was issued there was nearly 300 short. But my roommate who did not clean his room and leave room with trash got fully refunded, actually got 50 dollars more than deposit. I asked for the reason. Manager just told me my room was dirty and messy, so funny. Once you moved out, they can choose to refund you what they want with whatever reason they can made up.That’s my experience. You make your own choice tho.
An excellent location for a student and even better staff. Love living at the Social.
I have lived in this building for 15 years, through four owners and six property management companies. The current team is the best I have experienced by far. Roxana, the building manager, is so nice, always professional and responsive. She diligently follows up on any requests, no matter how large or small. She and Lisa are friendly to everyone and set a wonderful tone for the rest of the staff. Anyone thinking about renting here will see that from the first time you walk in the building. The maintenance team, led by Eduardo, responds to all requests in hours, not days, and makes sure the problems are fixed. The apartments are spacious and bright, especially the end units that have floor to ceiling windows. The view from the roof top pool is amazing and has one of the best views of the city. There are many great amenities such as the gym, library, movie theater, and recently added game room. The neighborhood is safe and has several wonderful restaurants within a block or two. The somewhat eclectic mix of tenants, from students, to families, to seniors, works really well. If you are looking for an apartment, it’s worth checking out in person.
We moved our daughter and her boyfriend there from California. Didnt exactly know what to expect when we arrived. The kids did all the research and comparison with other appartments on amenities and the surrounding areas before they made the final commitment with the Social. The staff were very responsive with their questions and concerns. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised of the location of the apartment. It was beautiful, clean and quaint. Felt safe for the kids and puts me at ease! We thoroughly enjoyed the guided tour of the complex before getting the keys to their unit. The staff were all very warm and welcoming. The 2 bedroom unit was very spacous, large windows and a beautiful view of JHU. Love all the amenities that the Social has to offer to their residents. It is a very good fit for everyone. Our kids are loving their new home away from home! So happy they chose the Social!
Such a wonderful living experience here! Great staff, top notch amenities, and truly huge apartments with plenty of closet space!
The Social North Charles has been a fabulous upgrade from the luxury building in D/T Bmore I moved from. The amenities are clean, well kept and plentiful. I am in a 1bedroom which is spacious with a TON of closet space. Many windows with gorgeous views. The staff at The Social are top notch, especially Roxy. She is one of the many reasons I chose to move here. All utilities AND Wi-Fi are included in the rent which makes the rent reasonable. Definitely take a look at The Social for your next apartment!
Staff was super helpful and friendly. I’m excited to live here next year!
Well-maintained apartment building with friendly and knowledgeable staff. My experience with Stephanie at the office was lovely.
Wow! This place is so great. I love all the amenities!
The facilities here are lovely. Maintenance and cleaning staff are wonderful. The leasing office is too. I wish I’d known about the road noise. Student noise is at occasionally an issue. Abrupt decisions that remove promised free printing and visitor parking is alarming and aberrant given how much we pay (unfortunately the printing budget may have maxed out but there should have been better management regarding it). This building is very friendly to student living and needs otherwise. It has beautiful accommodations and is in a wonderful area. Elevators could be improved so that they don’t need to be repaired monthly.
Went on a tour today with Alexis— fantastic and very comprehensive! We really appreciated the transparency and warmth of Alexis and the staff. We don’t plan on moving till August but felt right at home here. The building and rooms look great, so many awesome amenities as well.
Be careful when you lease from this place. They are very sweet getting you in and HORRIBLE to deal with when something needs attention. It relies on JHU students but management provided NO relief for students even those that couldnt move in due to the pandemic. Most other private buildings offered some adjustments or relief. DO NOT LEASE HERE. They are the worst.
My experience with the leasing staff has been wonderful, and I have to give a shout out to an awesome employee, Alexis! My family and I had some trouble with the online application and I had numerous questions; Alexis was an invaluable source of info during the process! He is patient, extremely thorough, and helped me and my family feel comfortable with the terms of the lease. Whenever I was assisted by him, he was eager to help and encouraged questions. Lovely service and hospitality!
My daughter is applying to live here at The Social, and so far my experience has been delightful! The staff is super helpful whenever I have any questions. I was taken on a tour with Lisa and she helped lock me into the place - even though it sells itself! As a parent, security is one of my biggest concerns, and both Lisa and Roxy took the time to explain their security measures making me feel so much relief! Danilo is so helpful too! I had many questions about the application process and he answered each with much patience. The staff here is wonderful and I am confident this is a good fit for anyone, especially students, to live.
I just moved in on 1/25 and my experience has been pleasant so far! The staff is very nice and helpful. Moving from out of state for the first time and getting an apartment only through online research were quite challenging but staff definitely made the process much smoother and easier for me. Especially, Stephanie went above and beyond my expectation! From answering my countless questions thoroughly to providing tips on what things to consider and resources for online shopping related to moving (such as renters insurance)! Lisa was very helpful as well! Safety was my top priority when choosing an apartment and I feel very safe here. Amenities are great, including a nice and clean fitness center and a movie theatre in the facility. All utilities are included so that was one less thing to stress about. One pleasant surprise was a dental office which is connected to the building, providing convenience and easy access when service is needed. The unit is so spacious. Maintenance is very quick to take care issues I reported.Update: I wish I couldve given 5 stars but on several occasions, I have received empty promises (e.g. washer and dryer installment was supposed to be done by 1/5, then delayed to 1/9, then to 1/29, then to 2/3 and I was told to check back on 2/3 about any changes...). Kinda feels like being left out or forgotten in some areas once I signed the lease...
Just recently moved into the social. The leasing office made it such an easy and fluid process. Lisa, in the leasing office, has been so friendly and hospitable. Im new to the city of Baltimore and she was very patient with answering all my questions and making me feel welcome. The amenities at The Social are fantastic and the location is perfect for a Hopkins student. The grounds are kept up very well and my apartment was quite clean when I moved in and the furniture was already delivered. A great place to live so far.
Lisa was wonderful! My son and I visited many apartments and she was by far the best we worked with. She was professional, caring, and worked with us to find my son the perfect apartment with superb amenities! She went above and beyond normal customer service to make sure we found a place that we liked. It is so nice to have one less thing to worry about with my son living far, knowing that he is comfortable and has a wonderful place to live. Thank you Lisa!!!
This community is nothing short of luxury. My parents loved the building and the sense of security! The staff was phenomenal and very welcoming! When I came I met with Danilo and Stephanie they answered all my questions and worked with me with all my questions unfortunately it was out of my price range but I am making arrangements for next year. Talked to Lisa and Roxy too and they were helpful. The amenities were so nice and I do have friends in the building so they will see me again!
Love my apartment and the office team is so friendly!!
Great building! Common areas are all very nicely appointed and well kept. Daily cleaning keeps everything super nice. The theater set up is awesome! The lounge and library areas are great for hanging out or getting work done. Terrific views from the roof and pool area. Courtyard is a great area for grilling and hanging out. The staff is super helpful and accommodating and nice. Totally recommend!
Alexis was an amazing tour guide! He gave my future roommate and I all the information that we need about The Social, from the pricing, to the availability, to the amenities. He was also on time, and was very thorough will his explanations. My future roommate and I were very impressed with Alexis tour!
Living here is satisfactory. Heres my experience:1. We had mice in our apartment and no matter how hard we try to clean the kitchen or call pest control, they always come out at around 1am everyday. This made us super tidy people at the end of our lease.2. Theres only warm water in the winter. Hot water is not available. So we shower as if we are in the army, super fast.3. The building across the street is constantly under construction. They start at 8:30am everyday. Free alarm clock!4. The person living above me used to have 3 sex a week, all in weekends. He/she recently stopped, and I guessed they broke up. The walls are too thin to stop any sound.5. Theres no Ethernet plug in the room.At around $700/month, this place is the best! Highly recommend.
I love living at The Social! The apartment is very spacious and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The leasing agents, especially Roxy, make it feel like home which is so important to me since I am a college student that is currently 930 miles away from home. They love their residents and are always hosting events, which always involve food, to show their appreciation for us. Not only that, the amenities are amazing. Free printing (so important for college students), a gym, 2 lounges, a study space, a movie room, and the list goes on. I am so happy that I decided to live here and trust me, you will be too! :)
The experience in The Social North Charles has been really great thanks to the help of Lisa. This was our first time in Baltimore, so we had many questions and concerns. She not only did the usual things such as showing us the apartments, the amenities and common areas, but also helped us with the application, and explained to us many important details with patience and understanding. The rest of the team at The Social has also been very helpful and friendly. We feel that our son will be in the perfect place while in Johns Hopkins university.
I toured The Social this past month with Roxy. She was very kind and gracious while we walked around the community. The Social is beautiful with a rooftop that has an amazing view of the Johns Hopkins area. The apartments are spacious and clean. So many amenities...fitness center to theater to 2 study areas. (A new game room is soon to open!) The Social is a fabulous apartment option for JHU and Loyola students!!!!
The ammenities are very impressive and a huge plus. The floor plans offer great spacing for the price and large rooms. Management is a huge plus, very informative and friendly. I got to work with Lisa and she was very patient with answering my questions and was very professional. It is nice to be able to trust management and to be able to rely on them for help when needed. I would certainly recommend taking a tour and considering this apartment.
Ive been a resident here for 4 months now, and I absolutely love it! Every part of the social, from the amenities to the spacious apartments and affordable cost, makes this place one of the best apartments to live in around Charles Village. On top of that, the staff and management are so friendly and always greet you with a smile, providing a warm and welcoming environment! 5 Stars!!!
This place is wonderful. (Although terribly overpriced.)The whole building is clean and shining with bright lights. I love the beautiful sights and walking distance to homewood campus.Problems are solved quickly. The maintenance team resolved my problems of cockroaches and leaking-water AC in 1-2 days.Emergencies like water shut off, fire alarm testing and office close are with pre-email notice.ParcelPending system is convenient and its unique to The Social. Ill definitely miss this.
Manager Roxy and Lisa are sooooo cute and helping. Im very grateful that they helped me during the first week settling in. Also I think Social is the best apartment among nearby blocks. The apartment has fancy fitting room, reading room, gaming room and even a small theatre! I enjoy my days here, a fancy home.
It is a great apartment which make me feel like home. Lisa is a prefect manager and she gives me a lot of useful information. Everything is great in The social. It has gym library theatre and so on. I love it!
The Social is a wonderful place to live, there are always events that bring the community together to look forward to. The leasing agents are amazing and are always ready to be helpful and friendly. It really is a community and I feel supported and safe. I love living here!
This property is beyond amazing. The apartments are beautiful for a great price, and the staff is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. R. Billings. She was very kind, funny, and also catered to my needs. She went above, and beyond. I would definitely recommend this property! Thank you again !
I love living at the Social! You can’t beat the amenities: access to gym, rooftop pool, parking garage, theater room, outdoor terrace, study room, outdoor grills, doggy park, laundry room. Ideal location if you attend Hopkins or Loyola or work downtown; public transportation is very close! Also, the new management company has great staff on location: Roxanna, Danilo, Lisa, and Eduardo are super friendly, helpful, and responsive to community living concerns.
I feel super safe living in this building, which is so important to me. I love that the building is generally quiet and that there is space for my dog to play in the park.
I am not usually big on online reviews, but the new management is terrific. The building is undergoing major positive changes and the Social management team is handling everything in a timely fashion, with great professionalism, and courtesy, making the transition as smooth as possible. In particular, Roxana, the current Assistant Community Manager, is simply amazing, always available and ready to help with a genuine and caring attitude! The Social website should list her along the amenities and perks of living here. No joke.
I moved into my new apartment today and the process was so smooth and easy. The front office was very accommodating and made me feel very welcome to the community! We had no problem getting all of my furniture into the room and everything went very quick. Im very excited to live in the building and am very thankful for the staff and their help today!
The Social is a cool building with modern amenities. Theater room, a place to study, and very nice gym. Very friendly staff. They are super kind and always accommodating. Roxy is always working hard to make sure she gets the job done for anything we need. No job has been too big for her to handle. Rob and Lutfy are always super kind and brighten up the day with their amazing smiles! The building is really shaping up with this new team and owners. So excited for the future to see how everything looks when the remodel is finished.
My experience has been wonderful. The apartment homes and facilities are nice and clean. The staff are friendly and maintenance is responsive. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to move in the Baltimore area.
Went today for a tour and not only was the Property beautiful but the staff!!! The Property Manager Roxanna gave me my tour and she was nice and super patient and helpful asking all of my 1M questions! This property is definitely at the top of my list!!
I lived here in the past, and it was a wonderful experience! Danilo was such an amazing help! Anytime I had any issues with my packages, he would be there to help. I moved out due to graduating, but I would recommend this place to anyone! Its such a nice place and has been improved over the years, so anyone looking to live near JHU should definitely look into this place :)
The overall experience with the staff at the Social North Charles has been way beyond excellent! All of them - Roxanna, Lou, Robert, Eduardo and company have gone above and beyond in many ways to make the Social a home away from home for my university student. Highly recommend for the courteous, friendly, attentive staff, the beautiful location, the comfy accommodations, the awesome amenities (rooftop pool, fitness center, movie theater etc)....The People and the Place is a GEM between Loyola University and Johns Hopkins University!
Great apartment building, staff is amazing, and will quickly respond to any issues. Roxana and Lisa are awesome. Highly recommend living here for anyone looking.
The Guilford is a great place to live for Johns Hopkins students. Its about a 4 minute walk from the North end of campus. The units are spacious and clean, and the staff members are awesome. The higher floors have amazing views of Baltimore (especially on the east and south ends). Everyone in the leasing office is super polite and always willing to help. They reply promptly to emails and overall make the Guilford a great place to live. By far, my favorite staff member is Nicholas Sykes, the concierge. He always has a smile on his face and a polite greeting ready when you pass by! He goes out of his way to make sure all guests are happy and comfortable and his effort really shows. He does a great job juggling many tasks like answering phones, checking in packages, and directing people to the dentists office on the first floor. Ive been living at the Guilford for about 18 months now and seeing Nick is the highlight of my day, everyday. If youre looking to live in a clean, spacious apartment with lots of nice updates, natural lighting, and outstanding service close to JHU, the Guilford is the place to be!!!
Came for the views and spacious apartment, but decided to stay for the location and the staff. TBH I was applying at a different building, same area, but came by, took a tour, and fell in love with the social. Now I even have a washer and dryer in my apartment! Love love love this place!
I thought the Leasing Agent, Lisa, was extremely helpful in getting my son into The Social quickly. The apartment’s layout is nicely done with a lot of closet space. All the recreation rooms look inviting. The people who work there were all friendly.
I love living here! The new management is making all these renovations (which can be a little noisy), but are making active efforts to improve the community here. The amenities are really nice: Gym w. Peloton bikes, pool (hopefully the new management will have it open longer than April-September, movie room, different events.
The building and amenities are amazing. Ive worked with everyone in the office and theyre all super sweet. One person in particular that has been a major help on this apartment search is Kamiya. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional at all times! Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do. Oh and I just recently met Danilo and Miranda theyre pretty AWESOME and reliable!
The apartment is very luxurious, and the furnished set helps me a lot. By the way, Lisa is soooo nice! My girlfriend and I thank her so much for her help.
First, Kamiya was absolutely outstanding to work with. She personally assisted me with my application and gave me two separate tours on short notice. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Also, the building and its facilities are gorgeous and I am looking forward to moving in next year! I highly recommend The Social North Charles to anyone who is looking for housing in Baltimore.
Here’s the good and the bad:Good:Probably one of the “better” places to live within the area. That being said, there are nicer quality and cheaper places right down the street, i.e. Ardmore Arms.Bad:1. Mice- No matter how clean your rooms are, there will be mice and maintenance doesn’t know how to solve it. The first time I called to ask about it being taken care of, I was told to be more clean.2. Maintenance- With my second request of the mice actually being taken seriously, maintenance set up traps. However, when maintenance came to randomly check these traps, I was in the shower. Like another reviewer has previously mentioned, maintenance has access to your room and will come in without your consent. While I was in the shower, I had put a lock on my door which was subsequently broken by maintenance trying to get in. Unacceptable.3. Packages- If there are too many packages for Parcel Pending, they are thrown in the mailroom. I’ve now had two packages “mysteriously” disappear since living here for over a year. Recently, I’ve tried contacting the office for clarification to which I was met with a generic email about Food Delivery and Parcel Pending information. I was not met with any kind of specific response or concern for my package which had been delivered this past Saturday. If you’re considering The Social North Charles, start with the less than 5 star reviews, because most of those are made by students trying to win points for the company’s reward program.
I lived at the Guilford for a year from 2016-2017. My experience here has been excellent and truly enjoyed my time there. The building is clean, the hallways are quiet, the leasing staff is great and is always willing to help you whenever needed, and maintenance always responds within a reasonable amount of time. Even though there are a lot of college students that live here, it is relatively quiet. The only downside is that the building is quite old so there seems to be some frequent maintenance issues (such as elevators not working or water leaks) but nothing that was too disruptive.Overall, it was great living experience for me and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet residence in a very pretty neighborhood.
In comparison to some luxury apartment near medical campus, this apartment definitely worths the rent. Although the building is relatively old without in-unit laundry, the maintenance staffs respond fairely fast and the laundry room is always clean. Tenants are very nice as well. Cant blame the building for its age.
The social is a nice place to live. The apt is big and clean. Since there are no any taller buildings here, the social has a nice view too.Lisa in theleasing office help us complete our moving in about one days. And she is very kind. We are happy to be residents of the social
Okay, let me just say WOW! The hospitality I received while visiting there was imacculent. Roxy took care of my every need and questions. Superb edicate and outstanding communication. I felt so satisfied after my experience. 5 Stars Roxy you go girl.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The grounds are very well kept and clean. Super fair price for the commodities.
We are very pleased with our apartment and the great amenities that the building has to offer. The apartment is spacious, and the pre-furnished option saved us a big hassle. Thank you to Lisa and Kamaya for all of their help getting us squared away.
My friends and I went on a tour and had a great time. Lutfy was really nice and open to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend!
THANK YOU, Lisa and Roxie, for such a warm and gracious welcome to The Social! Thank you too for your efficiency & thoroughness upon our arrival; it made the move-in process a breeze.
I toured The Social when I was thinking of moving closer to Hopkins. The leasing agent, Lisa, was very friendly and knowledgeable about her property and the area and answered all questions I had. Although I changed my mind about moving, I was still very impressed by this place and their staff.
Lutfy was a great help with my online application! He works very efficiently! He has been so patient with so many trivial questions I came up with. One of my best experiences contacting with a leasing office manager! The whole leasing process has been done online and throughout phone calls without any difficulties under his excellent work! Highly recommended so far! Thanks lutfy !:))
Great for families who wish to enroll their children in Roland Park Elementary. We have lived in this building for about a year. The staff is amazing to my kids. Roxy truly puts tenants first. She is open to ideas, has an open mind when listening to complaints, and regulalry checks in on how tenants are feeling. If there is an issue she has an open door policy and is exceptionally responsive via email for those busy professionals who can’t always make it to the office during business hours like me. The leasing office in general gets to know it’s tenants each by name. Roxy, Rob, and the team are exceptionally compassionate to those living here. They assist the elderly with their pets, making sure snacks are out regularly for students during exam time, and are willing to sit down and discuss leases, costs, and options in painstaking detail so that we tenants understand all documents that we sign and the policies of the building. I also feel tremendously comfortable at night knowing there is always someone watching out and protecting our community. Finally we have the best maintenance man in town! I can’t say enough about Eduardo. If there is an issue in your apartment he is there. I work a long day but he arrives before and leaves after me. During the snow storm he was here at 5:00 a.m. to make sure we were ok! Great great!
Great building and friendly staff! Plenty of street parking, rooftop pool, decent gym. Would highly recommend!
I had the privilege to live at the Zenith for two years. The apartment complex is incredibly accessible to a lot of great spots in Baltimore via walking, driving, or Uber. The apartments themselves are very spacious and a joy to live in. Lastly, the staff definitely goes out of their way to make the residents feel at home. They also set up great events On the terrace and throughout the apartment - which is great for meeting new neighbors! I 100% recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy high rise living mixed with city life!
Recently I toured The Social North Charles, I was assisted by a very lovely associate named Lisa Beeman Mitchell. She made me feel welcome and was extremely accommodating in showing me around and taking the time to answer all of my questions.
Spacious rooms with great views, friendly and helpful staff, great amenities like a fitness center and movie room, and close to Johns Hopkins Homewood campus.
