Great apartment for the price. Accommodations were greatly appreciated, especially being able to use the pool during his hot summer. Andre and Kristen at the office are responsive to any concerns. Repairs are done in a timely manner.

I didnt hate living here, but when I say that the price to sqft. ratio began to make sense a few months into my lease, it should prompt you to think twice before committing to this place. While we do have a nearly $1/sqft apartment in a relatively nice area of Baltimore, we are made to endure unannounced noisy renovations, unkempt grounds such as the torn-up dog park or overgrown tress blocking the sidewalk, a multitude of mice living rent-free in your space, and a biased enforcement of policy (i.e. trying to evict a pet with no grounds while allowing a multitude of pets who break size and breed restrictions). This is a good move for those who want to be close to the city without paying downtown prices, but horrible for anyone working from home, anyone who values amenities, and anyone who has the extra few hundred a month to spend elsewhere.

So far, so good! We moved in two weeks ago and have no complaints. The facilities are a great size for the price and the neighborhood is super cute and safe. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. Package delivery is easy and proximity to dumpsters for trash removal is optimal. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

We recently moved in and were very pleased with the entire process along with our experience so far at Twin Ridge! The staff has been very accommodating and communicative during the process. The grounds and facilities are very clean. The apartment complex is quiet and safe; great place for running/walking. We love the surrounding area and the location! If you are looking for your next apartment, we 100% recommend Twin Ridge!

My wife and I lived here for one year 2014-2015 2 bedroom 2 bath with our newborn( 1805 rambling ridge). When we moved in everything appeared clean however food debris left in freezer and fridge. Storage compartment in basement was a plus however minimal at best. Would have been nice to have one spot numbered for each apartment. This would have saved endless trips from across the complex in the cold carrying a newborn and groceries. Proximity to shops at quarry lake is a plus. The price to renew the lease was steep, steep enough for us to leave and buy a house to save money.*As stated I lived here almost 5-6 years ago, things may have changed however reviewing twin ridge appeared in my Google feed so here you go!

The best experience ever! When I was preparing to move into Twin Ridge, Maya kept me well informed with the steps I needed to take to prepare myself for the move. I was overjoyed that my moving process was seamless and the apartment its self was spotless! The grounds are always clean and the staff is always friendly! I would highly recommend Twin Ridge to anyone looking for a place to call home!

My wife and I lived here for two years beginning in 2009. Twin Ridge was a nice place to call home. Some things to consider if you’re thinking about moving in – if you live on the main level you will hear every time someone punches in their code to come in and the outer security doors are heavy and make a distinct sound every time they’re opened from the inside and the outside. We had a recurring mice issues, although not so bad that I would say the place was infested, just when the weather gets cold in the late fall we would get a mouse or two. Twin Ridge was good about sending an exterminator out, but ultimately the mice kept coming back. As someone that grew up in the country I was not really put off by that but know some neighbors who were. The pool is great, and the grounds are kept up well. The one time our drain backed up and we needed emergency service, maintenance was there in 10 minutes and had it all fixed quickly. They were good about maintaining everything inside the apartment. Cautionary note – they are sticklers for the carpet at the close of your lease so do your best to clean it and keep it from getting stained or damaged. Overall it was a clean, safe place to live that was surprisingly quiet for an apartment. I would have no problem recommending Twin Ridge to friends and family.

We are glad that we chose to live in Twin Ridge apartments. We moved from Italy and had done all the paperwork by emails and phone. The customer service was very professional and friendly and we liked how they took care of us before and after we moved in. The office staff is awesome and always ready to help! Kristen Zajdel went above and beyond to make our transition smooth and less stressful. We moved in without even seeing the community or the apartment, and guess what, the apartment was beautiful and in perfect condition. It has very spacious living room and dining area, huge (compare to other apartments) balcony and renovated kitchen. The maintenance is also very good and prompt. They can fix everything at the same day! We love Twin Ridge and we are sorry that we have to leave because getting a new job very far from its’ location. We had a great experience and would recommend these apartments to everyone who is looking to move to that area.

I am so happy with the way Twin Ridge has been taking care of us. Great customer service, they have the best office and maintenance staff! I called in this morning for a service request for loosened shower knob, in less than an hour maintenance staff showed up and fix it, went back and replaced 2 busted bathroom bulbs and 3 busted kitchen lights. I am beyond impressed and thankful. They are really after the tenants comfort. That’s why I love Twin Ridge! Btw weve been here for 8 yrs, and they keep on improving. Recently theyve been making community activities that keeps neighbors together. Thank you Twin Ridge!

I lived at Twin Ridge Apartments with my wife and two toddlers for three years. We were model residents. It was expensive but, they did well on several fronts. The maintenance staff is great and The landscaping is kept very nice to include a very wonderful pool. Most of the residents are also very friendly. I did however have a brand new Subaru outback stolen from the front of my house although I can’t blame that on the staff. We relocated to another state and long before the 90 day window to give my notice to vacate I told the staff at the leasing office that we would be leaving in July. They asked for a date but because we had not yet found a house yet, I could not give them a specific date for their paperwork. I was told that as soon as I knew to let them know. The staff had always been friendly and courteous so I assumed there would be no problem. When we finally did close on a home it was now approximately 70 days from the day I would vacate. I filled out the paperwork as requested. When I turned in my keys to leave, I was told that I was now in breach of my contract although they had already rented my unit to new tenants. I had paid two months worth of rent for June and July. I expected to get half of The rent for July back because I had left on the 10th. And was told because I left with less than 90 days notice I would not get that money back. The overpayment was approximately $760. I complained briefly but was told there was nothing they could do. I literally had to get on the road, so, I ate the $760 and left with a bitter taste in my mouth.A good friend and wonderful babysitter for the previous three years had fallen on difficult times. She had just taken in a foster child on top of her own two children and had just moved into an empty home. We gave this woman literally all of our furniture. Tables, chairs, beds, stands, chests, bookshelves, lamps and even a nice flatscreen television. When leaving I was also asked to turn over my three paper pool passes. I knew that they wanted the passes back prior to leaving and I knew there was a fine if they didn’t get them. We could not locate those passes anywhere and I anticipated a fine for each pass expecting it would cost me $25 or maybe even $50 for each. A month later, I received a bill for approximately $850. $20 to remove a crib that I left in the apartment because I no longer had tools to disassemble it, $50 to put buddy in the holes in the walls from some of the things I had hung in the apartment. The other $780 was a charge for the missing pool passes. They charge me $25 each +5 dollars a day each for the remainder of the pool season. This was ludicrous!!!!I reached out to our babysitter and begged her to look through the items we gave her for those pool passes. After a couple of days, she called me and told me she found them in the drawer of one of the stands. Finding time between the two jobs that she was working, She drove to the Twin Ridge office, handed them the passes and explained where she got them. She was told that they were going to bill me anyways.I’ll total, instead of getting back the $760 that they owed me upon my leaving, I ended up having them $1600!!!!I am in shock. Not only was I a good tenant, but I recommended this apartment complex to dozens of people while I live there and always spoke highly of it. I cannot express the level of disappointment I have in the way I was treated when leaving.

The people that live there do the best they can to make do with the aging apartments. Ill keep this short, it is managed poorly. Since WPM took them over it has just gotten worse. They just do not care. I have attached a clear example how they saw fit to charge for not returning my key fob even though it was. They refuse to deal with issues or even return all my calls and emails about the final false charge. It was just the last straw when dealing with their paper-thin apartments. Also, keep in mind the top floor apartments have energy bills over $300 a month during the summer because the HVAC units cannot keep up with the sunlight coming in thought the skylights. There were weeks when our apartment could not get below 80 degrees. I have also lived on the bottom floors. The bottom floors just must deal with the noise from simple walking above them and the mold from the moisture. They are free to contact me and I will remove this post if they just refund the $50. Yes, just $50. They chose to give this to me as a moving out gift. One last reason to enjoy leaving that place. I wish you the best, but choose wisely.

Choosing Twin Ridge Apartments was a great choice for us. We recently relocated from out of state and with very little time to prepare for the transition. Maya Gottlieb went above and beyond to make our transition less stressful. She was unbelievably helpful and was always available by phone or by email. She is amazing! We moved into the complex without ever seeing the community or the apartment. The apartment is perfect. It is very spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment and the renovations are beautiful. The maintenance staff is very attentive and resolves any issues immediately. Our experience has been great!

This is a great place to live if you like management that sees your every misfortune as an opportunity to make a buck(locked out? will let you in...for a price). Must also like squirrels in the wall, mice, and bugs. Expect a rent increase to your already pricey rent with each lease renewal. If you have kids they will have to play in the street as the grass is off limits.

Its a decent area. The buildings are built nice, its near a park, and has a pool. Security can have a few improvements. For example, someone got their sliding door ripped off and had everything taken without anyone seeing. If there was a investment of a few thousand in cameras, I think it would go a long way.

Do not live here!!! that is all I can say. These people are extremely unorganized. We moved in a with a roommate. Filled out all the paperwork, did the application fee, thought we were getting our name on the lease, checked back multiple times to see if anything else needed to be done and were reassured everything was complete. A year later, when the roommate moved out and we wanted to stay in the apartment, we found out that they never put us on the lease. They then tried to state that we never paid the application fee or did the proper paperwork, luckily I saved everything and showed them they were wrong. They never apologized. Then I had to fight to get them to give me the discount they offer to hospital employees. They tried to tell me that since I lived there for a year, I wasnt eligible for the discount and I threw it in their face that they were the ones that didnt put me on the lease. They also did the same thing when I went to sign up for pool passes, they lost the paperwork and tried to say that I already picked up my pool passes and that it was 450 dollars to replace the piece of paper. Again I had to ensure them that they were wrong and when they realized it, they once again acted like it was my fault they messed up! They also provide specials where they offer you money if you refer a friend, I referred 3 friends and then had to fight for the referral money. Another complaint, they charge you a 250 dollar dog deposit and 30 dollars a month to have a dog, and none of that money goes towards any doggie damage. Thats just extra cash in their pockets! Lastly, the week before we were moving out, I asked if they could replace the halogen light in the kitchen. Those lights are expensive and we were moving out in a week. They said they would only replace it if we bought it first. Sorry but I am not buying an expensive light for the next tenant. Dont waste your time here, this place is a joke.

Its amazing that I have to pay a pet rent for my dog every month but all the mice in my apartment get to live here for free! The management did attempt to address the problem twice. First, they gave 2 days notice to empty every closet and cabinet and move every piece of furniture from the walls by Monday or we would be heavily fined. Good thing we didnt go away that weekend so we would see the notice! We still found baby mice squealing for their lives in the traps they set in our 1-year-old daughters closet, indicating that the mice were not merely surviving but in fact thriving enough to continue reproducing.About two weeks later there was a second attempt to address the problem. After painstakingly rearranging our apartment a second time, some gentlemen helped themselves into our apartment while my wife was showering, again setting mousetraps in places easily accessible to our toddler. The mice of course outsmarted the exterminators and their mouse traps again. When we brought it up with management they told us that they will no longer be assisting us and we are personally and financially responsible for exterminating the mice ourselves. When it comes to enforcing their own policies (i.e., no smoking inside the building or stairwell, no using illegal drugs, keep your dog on a leash), the management here completely phones it in. They do not care. This is their pattern of behavior: when theres a problem beyond simple maintenance repairs (i.e., rodent infestation, insufficient parking for tenants, vandalism in parking lot, upstairs neighbor lets dog urinate on balcony and onto your furniture underneath), they make it your personal problem to deal with, including any and all expenses. Perhaps the worst crime in their minds is to make any extra expense on our behalf. It amazes me that a group of people who are responsible for offering us some level of support can be so thoroughly lacking in any integrity or moral fiber. The Twin Ridge leasing office embodies apathy, immorality and failure. Please, please find somewhere else to live.

I had the same problem as a previous reviewer mentioned. I lived there for 8 years when I moved in they gave me crappy soiled carpet b/c they had no other units available at the time. And my original unit had a water damage from the people upstairs. They changed my carpet 2 years prior to me moving and charged me 1000.00 saying my cats soiled it. I had the carpet cleaned and it looked fine. They should of never charged me especially since they gave me a crappy carpet for many years and I was a long time resident. Dogs and noise were a problem being I was on the first floor. And mice too. Pool was nice but overcrowded.

MICE! We moved in here in March have had mice since April. Management has had two pest companies in and the problem still cannot be resolved. One of the companies drilled holes around the perimeter of the apartment (another failed attempt to get rid of the mice) which are very unsightly. We still see mice regularly and catch them in traps frequently. We live on the first floor and know that the neighbors above us (second floor) have had mice problems too. Management frequently does not answer emails when we voice our concerns. We would really love living here if we did not have a constant and apparently unresolvable rodent problem.

Ok so when I first moved in I needed a new microwave that worked, mice control, and basically random maintenance fixes. They all were fixed with in a week or 2. Very quick maintenance. You call and they come within 2 days. The guys are beyond friendly BTW. I also had a cat so that might have helped with mice issue. I had a bottom floor and the only thing that really bothered me were my neighbors you can hear people upstairs and dogs barking but its not a big deal. I loved it here. Its pricy though. I had to move b/c I could not afford to live here by myself any longer. parking is a joke tho its first come first serve no they never tow here but its a pain if you get home after 10 pm. Staff is friendly and prompt. dont miss a payment they will try and kick you out asap. I would recommend living here its nice, seclusive and homey
