Corporate does well answering calls, but maintenance men just do enough to get by,every work order I have put in is 80% complete, its the small finishing touches that keeps good Tennants.

They were very helpful and I didnt have to wait long to be seen.

Lived in two different apartments here. First apartment mice galore currently in second apartment no mice but roaches outside bug and squirrels in the walls. The straw that broke the camels back they misplaced two money orders claiming they didn’t receive them I am currently facing eviction and whether they find my money orders or not I will be leaving when my lease is up

Man if i can give Gardenvillage Apartments a 0 I would. Ive been here since 2016 and now its 2020. I honestly dont know where to start.Ill start with the ROACHES and the MICE. The first complex i moved to was infested with mice. Mice feces was everywhere. Under the carpet, in the closet, on the stove, in my clothes (they got in my dressers) it was so bad the mouse traps caught stuff everyday. I got tired and asked them to move me to another place. They moved me to another spot this was two years ago. Now I still deal with mice but not as bad as the first spot but with ROACHES i see clutters of them. Babies, old ones, big ones. You name it. WHEN I SAY IM NOT OVER EXAGGERATING I LITERALLY HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEOS.Oh and Maintenance GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. They come when they want to and not even that. I couldnt use my toilet or tub because of a sewage problem which was not my fault I called to have them come they said okay theyll be there within a hour. These people did not come until the next morning I could not use anything.Oh the ladies in the office??? Goodluck because all they do is give you nasty attitudes and hang up in your ear had me on hold for 30mins then hangs up.Oh and your neighbors? You better hope you have good neighbors because my neighbors broke people mailbox doors off and keep opening everybody mailbox but Gardenvillage wont do anything. All you see is crayon marks all over the walls (I have pictures) and they STINK they make our hallways smell so bad and they trash it.Let me tell you DO NOT do it to yourself. Im moving so i decided to come out with this stuff. I have been a good tenant i pay my rent on time since i been here they dont care about you.I stay on top of my rent. I pay it on time and they still dont care.

Company literature says rent due in the first of month but says there is a five day grace period. We paid on the 6th of the month and were charged late fee AND court costs. Rental office advised we would have to personally visit office in center of

Maintenance is by far the worst! The rental office staff are rude and unprofessional. I have been dealing with leaks and mice since the first week of being here.

Dont like it so far but stuck in a lease
