I really enjoyed my stay at the Silver Spring Station Apartments! Quiet neighborhood, spacious, and clean apartment. Even though the pandemic slowed things down the office found ways to engage with the community! If we didnt have to move we would have definitely renewed our lease!!

I would like to extend a large thank you to the maintenance department within this apartment complex. During my time here I have only required routine maintenance for my apartment; however, this morning my freezer begun to defrost and I panicked thinking that I would lose everything in my recently stocked refrigerator. When I placed the maintenance request, from the very beginning Mr. Glen was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Mr. Glen efficiently assessed my refrigerator, began to problem solve the issue, and talked me through every step of the process. After a short period of time, Mr. Glen had appropriately identified the problem with my fridge and fixed it. When I called the Leasing Office to extend my gratefulness, Leasing Consultant Mr. James was polite, respectful and informative as always. I truly value and appreciate this level of customer service.

Put in maintenance request on Sunday. Problem was fixed on Monday morning. Glen was very efficient.I am completely satisfied with maintenance service here at Silver Spring Station. Thank you.

The issues with my refridgerator are not yet resolved. The temperatures in the freezer and refridgerator are not stable. The thermostat was covered in a block of ice. This typically means the refridgerator is getting ready to quit.I purchased 4 refridgerator thermometers and I have been monitoring the temperatures in the freezer and the 3 shelves of the fridge, 3 times a day. I have built an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of the temps. The freezer varies more than 20 degrees (from 24 degrees to 0). It took 2 days for broth to freeze.The 3 sheoves of the refridgerator vary almost as much (from 24 degrees to 40 degrees) The proper temps for freezer is 0 degrees. The proper temps for the fridge are at or below 40 degrees (USFDA). There are different temps on each shelf of the fridge.Mario has been diligent about checking in with me every day, and I appreciate that. I wil submit my spreadsheet to maintenance on Monday, March 15, 2021.I suspect this refridgerator will need to be replaced.

I’ve been living here at silver springs station for a year and a half now and I love the neighborhood... It’s always clean and quite... If I have any needs to be met in my home they are met admittedly by wonderful and respectful maintenance employees... Everyone in the office is very friendly and my children loves the parties the office is always giving... Silver Springs is highly recommended by me if you want somewhere to live without a lot of responsibility of a house... It is a lot of living space and they allow you to make it your own... Best apartment I’ve ever lived in.

Such a clean, quiet neighborhood. Totally love our new place, closets are huge, lots of space. Open concept floorplan, beautiful kitchen with SS appliances and granite tops. Love the full-size washer and dryer inside our apartment! Also have a decent size storage unit right in my building. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance normally comes same day with quick fix. So glad we made the move here!

I dont leave reviews usually and I would like to say that the apartment size and space is nice. This is why we signed the lease. Little did we know that a brand new motorcycle would get stolen right from outside. That we would have to put up with the smell of weed and trash in the hallways. The door to enter our building is broken, so anyone can get in. When we emailed James countless times... He promised they would fix it, but of course they didnt. Our walls are painted with hair, bottle caps and flossers from when maintenance painted before we moved in. These things arent a lot by themselves.. But when they add up, it makes me question the move completely. Getting out as soon as possible.

The property is clean inside and outside. The parking is plentiful. There are four supermarkets within one mile. The maintenance crew so far are very professional and attentive to even the small problems in a timely manner. Everything about this has been thought out.

I moved into my apartment in November, 2018. I love the apartment and the simplicity of living here. Everything is at the tenants fingertips such as the Business Center, swimming pool and the gym. The staff are awesome and the rental office (community center) is always sparkling clean with a more than helpful staff. They made my transition very easy and continue to provide assistance whenever needed. The apartments provide a calm but not boring living experience and are pet friendly as well. Its great to live so close to White Marsh and Perry Hall. Shopping, libraries, restaurants are all 5-10 minutes driving time. I highly recommend leasing from Silver Spring Station Apartments!

I have lived here for several years. I put in a request for a list of minor updates and repairs. They were out within 24 hours to fix everything. Thank you!The management team is great! The grounds are nice and clean. The pool, clubhouse and fitness center are very nice and clean.

I just moved in April 20th 2019 and I love it! The staff Ms Tuesday and James hands down are the best! This is the place to be the area is quiet and there is plenty of parking. I can contact the staff at anytime and they are always willing to help. They go out of there way to make you feel like home! So happy to be living here one of the best apartments I have ever lived at .

Im very comfortable at Silver Spring Station Apartment, I feel safe, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is very pleasant, very helpful! If I ever need anything they respond right away! Maintenance is there within one day, you cant ask for any better, even the neighbors are pleasant and polite. Ive been here for years and I feel comfortable.

After three months of living here, our air condition stopped working. The management staff went above and beyond to get it working. Unfortunately, they couldnt and it needed to be replaced. Two days later I had a brand new air condition unit. The area is quiet and peaceful. The pool and dog park are well maintained. The residents are friendly. And, the office staff are amazing! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Overall, these apartments are pretty good. The apartments themselves are nicely remodeled and spacious. The amenities like the pool, gym, and theater are well maintained and nice perks of living here. Overall, there is a nice sense of community with the neighbors in our building.My three stars is because of the management. We have had a handful of issues with a lack of customer service/ professionalism from the staff. It has been particularly around complaints with our downstairs neighbors and packages dropped off at the office not being available when we go to pick them up.I will say that in spite of some of the challenges with the front office, James in the front office is AWESOME. He is incredibly personable, responsive and helpful. From our initial meeting with him touring the apartment, to lease signing, to just general interactions he has always given excellent support.

Ive been looking for a place to live for myself and my kids. so its been stressful!! I made an appointment with Tuesday Macey to look at the apartment. The two apartments she showed me where very nice.. The property is very clean.. I think I will enjoy living here and so will my kids.. They offer a lot of amenities!! Tuesday took the time and showed us everything that Silver Spring Stations apartments has to off.... I was extremely happy with Tuesday. She answered all my questions and explained the whole process to me and if I didnt understand something she would explain again.. I highly recommend speaking with Tuesday because and trust me she is very patient and will help and explain things as much as you need it..

Silver spring Apartments and the staff are amazing!! Upgrades are beautiful, staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure my family and I are happy!! There are always events that the staff host. Community is quiet and very clean!! James is wonderful and knows my family by name!! Keep up the great work!! 😊

I’ve been a resident for about two years now. This has been the only apartment development I have every really considered HOME. I love, love love the staff everyone in the leasing dept have become nothing short of a second family! They are for sure what you call an “A TEAM.”

I don’t care for my neighbor that’s my only complaint but the staff is helpful and friendly. I’m buying a house soon and will be leaving but I’m glad this is what I call home until then.

The entire crew, especially the office (Tuesday and James) are outstanding and ALWAYS display compassion for the residents.The cleanliness, inside and outside, I suspect is superior to other apartment complexes. The grass cutting and snow removal are top notch, and the trash pickup schedule is great.

I Have been with silver springs station not even a week yet !!! My house is very spacious my room is huge ...kitchen is beautiful ..I love it here already its clean nice and quiet my neighbors are respectful, friendly and helpful ..the office staff is awesome james has been wondering thru the hole process of me moving in ...very knowledgeable friendly and respectful ..there maintenance team is on point that was so awesome to me ..I recommend silver springs apt to anyone ... We dont live here yet, but based on our experience so far, I know were going to love it! This was my boyfriends and my first experience going through the application and renting process, and the staff was extremely helpful. Tuesday always happily answered my questions and would make sure that everything was clear to us. Whenever Tuesday was unavailable, James would do the same thing. On top of that - Tuesday would also then follow-up with us. We cannot wait to move in!

I love the community and my place. When I call the office I always receive and immediate response and maintenance appears the same day for any issues.

Great apartments, super friendly staff, great amenities and overall quiet and well maintained neighborhood. Our apartment is so cozy and comfortable. I only wish the bedrooms were more roommate style but it is understandable as the neighborhood is more family oriented.

We love living here! The upgrades to the apartment are wonderful and we have not found this quality anywhere else for the price. The staff (especially James) is wonderful, fun and welcoming and always remembers our names! Highly recommend joining the family!

Things were a little rough in the beginning. The apartments are spacious especially for a one bedroom. The area is quiet, everybody is friendly but also keep to themselves. I really enjoy the area everything is near by.

Ive been here for 4 years and have no problem with the staff of the property. James and Tuesday are always available to help and will ask if theres anything I need every time I come to pick up a package. Yes they have a package center!!! Maintenance came the same day my toilet was backed up and Lashawn called the same day to see if the problem was fixed. never had a problem and I plan on renewing.

This review is based off a visit to look at an apartment. I sat with Ms. Tuesday my new left handed bubby. My visit was on 8/16/18 and along with my sister and girlfriend Tuesday made us feel special from the time we walked in the door. Ms. Tuesday started the tour off in the office. The pool, the theater, workout room, computer room and mini library all in one place. Amazing is an understatement. The we jumped on the blue golf cart and went to view a 2 bedroom apartment. Beautiful again is an understatement. This place is a hidden gem and if you go to look for a new place to live ask for Ms. Tuesday she was a pleasure. This is going to be where I relocate to GOD WILLING.

I would recommend looking elsewhere. Rent was on the higher side and we did not get the value for what we paid. The apartments are older, even the units they claim to have updated or renovated (nothing more than granite counter tops, laminate kitchen floor, low-end stainless appliances and a back splash) are not impressive. During our pre-move-in walk-thru with the property manager, we pointed out that multiple different things were either broken or damaged (large holes in kitchen drawers, dented fridge, microwave hung way too low and likely out of code, closet doors did not stay closed due to broken latches, and dirty bathrooms) to the point where I did not deem it move-in ready. The property manager treated the situation as if it was an inconvenience to her that we pointed out numerous issues and they were never fixed to this day. We found silverfish bugs on the walls, ceilings, inside light fixtures, and in kitchen drawers. Not a week went by without noticing a new bug and we were on the 3rd floor. The office staff were uniformed. More times than not when I called the office with questions the person did not know the answer and told me they would have to ask someone else and get back to me - and my calls were not returned. I preferred working with James as he was personable and had a good attitude. As for the other staff - rude, inconsiderate, and a major lack of professionalism. If you dont believe me, read the other reviews. Overall, I was disappointed and displeased with Silver Spring Station Apartments and I would not recommend them to family or friends.

I am a current Resident here at silver spring station and I have to credit the office staff for exceptional, keeping their word and making sure issues get taken care of when they say they will. the apartments are spacious and the amenities to what you pay are the best for the price and area here! Id recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

I lived here for 16 months and enjoyed the experience. Phenomenal in size (3bd rm). And the staff was great!!! No issues that went unresolved. I will miss living here. Lashawn, James and Tuesday are a GREAT team!!

OUTSTANDING* customer service, Mrs. Tuesday helped my Husband and I move in on a very short notice and we were able to move in within two days. Everything in the apartment is completely updated and emmaculate. I highly recommend Silver Spring Station in Nottingham.

I wouldnt wish my worst enemy to live here. far from luxury. The buildings are infested with bugs. I spent most of my free time killing centipedes all over our walls. Not to mention fleas. There are hidden fees around every corner. Simone in the leasing office is a horrible human being and will lie to you to get you to sign a lease.And when you move out, they make you pay to paint the walls, replace the linoleum, and put in brand new carpets. $1,482.20 in charges they are making us pay and we left that place SPOTLESS.Run and dont look back. You will regret it if you sign a lease with these fools. Silver Spring Station Apartments is a JOKE.

My girlfriend and I moved into Silver Spring about a month ago and we absolutely love our appartment, the community, and the property staff. LaShawn, James, and Tuesday have all been extremely helpful with getting the few issues we ran into when we first moved in, and the maintenance staff has been quick to respond and get everything taken care of within a day of putting in a ticket. We love it here!!

The area is quiet and peaceful. Not a lot of kids or traffic where I live, maintenance always respond in a timely manner and the apartments are beautiful and spacious.

I have been living here for 5 years, very nice environment, quiet. Management is good vigilant and I like the parties they throw for residents. Above all I like the theatre!

Very nice! Like being on the top level and there isnt much noise. I love the space! The kitchens are really nice and the staff is excellent!!

This community is warm and welcoming! I moved here after moving out of a house and it was worth it!.. Space is abundant and the floor place is beautiful.

My husband and I have attended three resident get-togethers. I would like to review the Root! Root! event on May 20th. We enjoyed chatting with the staff and one of their children. Hot dogs and Cracker Jacks put us in mind of being at a ball game. The broadcast of the Oriole game in the comfortable theater seats was good. We were able to chat with a gentleman who actually works at the ball park. While we were disappointed to not meet more residents, these have been a good beginning. I applaud the staff for the effort and each event has had good food!

I lived here since a month and I can tell you that this are the worst constructed apartments I have ever lived. I moved here from Crossings at White Marsh apartments which were much better and never heard noises from neighbors or the traffic, but were less spacious than silver spring apartments so I had to move. I live in first floor and I can hear conversations from my neighbor apartments and CONSTANT SQUEAKING NOISE from up stairs. And maintenance staff is not up to the mark, we had to wait for a week to get things fixed.Even though I informed that we have a baby on our way, they did not care. Im sure these noises will make baby discomfort. If there is a problem with the apartment they should have fixed it before move in.My advice is do not rent here, I will make a service request about the squeaking noise next week and update this post.

The staff is super friendly and problems are handled quickly! Safety is unparalleled and the staff goes above and beyond. Love the package center, pool, movie theatre, gym and dog park are all great!

Very nice apartments overall which I why I only gave one star. However the management in the office is very poor and very unprofessional Tuesday and LaShawn Westley. I always have a very unpleasant interaction with them when I have to contact the office. They are very nasty and can NEVER provide consistent information. The last time I had to contact the office Tuesday kept me on hold for 10 minutes before she finally came back and just hung up the phone on me I called back several times and did not get an answer. LaShawn is supposed to be the property’s manager but she also lacks professionalism which explains why Tuesday’s attitude is the way it is every time. James on the other hand is pretty nice to deal with but the 2 ladies definitely need to re-evaluate their customer service skills. I’ve had 2 of my coworkers move into this property off of the information I’ve provided them. I will no longer refer anyone to this property so they can avoid having to deal with the stress I’ve dealt with for 3 years. I can not wait until my lease is up and I do not have to deal with those people and this company any longer.

Foremost, I Just want to say how exemplary, professional, kind, intuitive & accommodating James Lowder is, & coming from me, these are high standards of edification! I have compelling reasons why I chose Silver Spring Station Luxury Apartment Homes: the name itself resonates with me, the drive getting into the community denotes abundance in the physical realm...the fragrance, the elite décor and the creativity of whoever designed this clubhouse is a visionary…& most of all, James’ warm & welcoming countenance, acknowledging my presence the moment I walked into the office door, his receptive heart of seeking knowledge of what is important for me to have in a new home in not only as a potential resident, but in my totality as a person & for what I believe in & quite frankly, I have never been asked by anyone I have conducted property business with, most just wanted to know how much I can afford to pay which I feel is quite appalling. I was taken aback for a moment and then replied “safety is the most important for me and my family most especially that we have a newly born baby”, some semblance of reassurance came when I was showed the security it takes to enter the apartment building. He answers questions I have not even asked just from a mere sentence, I dare say that he got a gift of discernment, he anticipates what one needs & that says a lot about his moral character which most people lack nowadays. He conducted himself with proper decorum. I could have gone to another property but then again I would be remiss if I didn’t drive courageously to the property (even after I was told via phone call around 1:30ish that I could only be met at 3 pm) of the excellence and integrity which I value the most.. & to find one, be it a who or what or where or how that are congruent to mine are a rare jewel! On that note, may the God who spoke worlds into existence, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, bestow His blessings upon you more!

Nice clean and quiet area with friendly office staff.

I lived here for the duration of my one year lease and if it was not due to a job relocation I would continue to live here for many years to come. My apartment was nice and spacious. Staff was always very friendly and if I ever had any maintenance issues they were usually out the same day to fix the problem. The only issue I had was with squeaky floors from my neighbors upstairs, but thats just something you have to deal with living in apartments.The complex has a lot of long term tenants and I got to know my neighbors very well, plus they frequently hold resident events so it really makes it feel like home. Moving to Baltimore I always heard about the horrible crime of the area, but I always felt safe at my apartment. Most of the people who live here are either of the professional, young family, or elderly catigories which makes for a quiet and pleasant community. When I first relocated to the area I saw so many apartments and chose Silver Spring Station and I must say that I was completely content and would recommend this complex to anyone. If I ever get relocated back to Baltimore I know where Im living.

This is a total nightmare. I live here to be close to my daughters school in Kingsville. And she has another year left. Its so miserable listening to the squeals and squeaks and bangs and stomps ALL DAY LONG!! I have begged for over a year and two managements to fix this issue. Been told they couldnt or they tried and thats it! Meanwhile they increased my rent and never addressed the 5-6 ppl they let live above me. Paying over 1400 a month and not being able to sleep is horrible! This next year I am just dreading. I cant believe a management company could be so neglectful and just lie and not care. Never been late on rent but I can get no help or anything. It sucks. If you move here ask for the top floor only. But youll probably make whoever is under you miserable

This place is a joke. Dont let them fool you in the leasing office. First week I moved in there was no hot water. Took them over a week to fix the issue (p.s. The water is Miley warm). Now there are bugs in my kitchen and they told me no one will be out until the second Monday of each month. Seriously! Bugs in my kitchen and they are going to wait another week. STAY AWAY! Im moving out the moment my lease ends....O, its been 8 days since the snowfall and they are just now cleaning the streets and side walks.

Staff is friendly. The apartments are spacious and the complex just made major upgrades to the kitchen (stainless steel appliances, granite counters, tile backsplash).

Iam currently living in this apartment complex and with the change in management to Morgan properties came so much dysfunction. The new company just wants to fill apartments not concerned if you put people in apartments that smoke all day long with others that sign a lease and say they prefer to live in a building non smoking. There was someone that would come around and ring buzzers at 3am to get into the building...just unruly!!!I cant wait until my lease is up iam going to be moving so fast because this place is the pits now.Maintenance is so slow to react to leaks and fixing door knobs, backed up toilets....not to mention the tremendous bug infestation in the buildings. Centeredes that get in and breed all over the place you may find bugs in your cutlery drawer or sitting on top of your toothbrushop holder and when you call the rental office they send someone out that puts this yucky brown syrup looking stuff all over the apartment but the bug are still there...I have made so many complaints about this and still the same problems.Do yourself a favor you dont have to pay so much to live somewhere and be miserable. Dont rent here! Iam giving it 2 stars because of the upgrades and amenities.Updating my post from 5 months ago now that I have moved from silver spring station apts. The new person in the rental office LaShawn has 0 professionalism. I had my realtor tell me how she tried to sabatoge the process for the house that I put a contract on, stating she seems as if she is upset that you are leaving. Very interesting because when I called her to request her to send my rental history she sounded hostile and angry and I dont know this person at all, not to mention when I called in to ask how to properly give notice under this new company her tone and attitude was horrible.I spoke with several of my neighbors and they state the same thing she is so unprofessional. Morgan properties should perhaps put her somewhere that she doesnt have contact with people because she lacks what it takes to be there on in that front office.
