The apartments are beautiful but expensive. The property manager present when I moved in over a year ago was an angel, but since then a larger company took over and they are just awful to work with. They have been passive aggressive, do not communicate effectively, and do not care about residents. For the same cost you can rent a rowhome, I’d recommend that instead!

We have had an excellent experience in our 3 bedroom apartment. The apartments are huge, offer lots of living space, and an excellent value for the price. The maintenance always responds quickly and takes care of all of your needs. Tracy, the property manager, responds to everything you need and takes care of everything in an excellent manner. The apartment is also in a wonderful area of Federal Hill, right by Federal Hill park and other restaurants. The parking lot is also extremely convenient. We highly recommend this complex and its apartments to anyone looking for somewhere to live! The rooftop, with its views of the park and inner harbor, is unbelievable and a hidden gem in Baltimore.

I cannot say enough great things about Tracy and Harbor Hill Apartments. My husband and I lived there for 4 years and wouldnt change a thing. The only reason we moved was to buy our first home and Tracy even made sure the transition went smoothly. The apartment complex is safe, spacious and beautiful. The amenities of free coffee, a business center, gym and huge roof deck are enough to make anyone want to life there year after year. Theres also parking and storage units available so basically youre covered with anything you might need. And does it get any better than taking your morning coffee walk around historic Federal Hill which by the way, is your front yard!? Amazing.I would recommend Harbor Hill apartments to anyone who wants to live in Fed Hill and have a beautiful place to call home :)

I lived here in 2018 for a year. Walls are extremely sound proof since it use to be a school, I never heard my neighbors. Maintence and cleaning staff are extremely friendly. When I moved in I got a great special, a couple hundred dollars off my rent and first month free. When my year lease came to an end the increase in rent and special ending caused my rent to go up a couple hundred dollars.

Cannot say enough good things about this building and the management! The apartments are extremely spacious with cool character. The property manager, Tracy, is extremely accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Tracy and the entire Harbor Hill Team are stellar. They were beyond accommodating and attentive to every need. Their welcoming demeanor set my 4 year living experience a apart from the rest! Cannot say enough good things!

Everyone at this building has been so wonderful. My boyfriend lives at this building and while I have been looking for a new home, I stayed here for a total of about 3 months.The staff here are unbelievably kind and helpful. If you are thinking about moving here, but just aren’t sure if it’s right, just trust me. Go here and visit.Tracy, the manager, is so attentive, and she picks up on very often overlooked details. And she is always smiling and doing fun little things for the residents here.David is the all around, Swift, and knowledgeable maintenance man. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve been locked out, even in the middle of the night, and David got here fast to let me in. He’s a perfect gentleman.Mosses cleans up the building and empties all the trash. So good at his job, and is always a friendly face there to hold a door, or grab an elevator for you when your hands are full.The security is fantastic. The apartments are gorgeous. It’s an old school so you can imagine all the hallways are big and the rooms are the size of classrooms. So they are huge as well. The views are outstanding. The best in the city for sure. Just such good people. I feel like I have made some new friends. Don’t hesitate, this building is hot! The pictures don’t do it justice.The place is a knockout. Hope this help you make your decision. Beautiful building in an amazing location. My apartment is huge compared to others in this area around the same price range and having parking in a gated garage is priceless for this area. Nice sized gym with modern machines and the rooftop deck is absolutely stunning. Moving in was so easy. The property manager Tracy is an angel whom made sure we were happy at every step in the process.

Harbor Hill is a great place to live in Fed. I have rented from multiple management companies all over the US and I must say Tracy, the property manager, is by far the best and most attentive property manager I have dealt with. There is a reason this place is always 100% leased out. Highly recommend Tracy and Harbor Hill!

I loved living here, its a great location, the apartments are superb, and the amenities there are well maintained. For the price its worth it. Its right in the middle of one of the best parts of Baltimore.

I recently moved out of these apartments, but only because I couldnt afford it anymore. I loved living here. Its always clean and issues always got taken care of right away. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious, and the gated parking lot made me feel safe, even at night. If you can afford the (fairly steep) price, I would 100% recommend these apartments.

Best of the Best. I have lived here for more than 2 years and I can say that the management is quick and swift in every aspect. Beautiful place with well maintained smell free gym 24/7; rooftop is like a 5star new york city outdoor club. I have done plenty of apartment search and none beats the cleanliness, managements resolution of resident query and concerns. mail and amazon delivery is very easy and residents do not have to goto office to pick it up at specific times, it is 24/7 access. The Carlyle apartments is a big family that celebrates all holidays!
