I started to laugh when I saw the website that says they wont take your business even if you threaten to write a bad review. Asked about that and they said they regularly get people that want other companies to change their business policies just to accommodate them. I for one would be happy if a company was honest and told me upfront they couldnt help. so go figure....

I thought the website and process was pretty self explanatory, they are very open about what they look for in an applicant. I am an educated professional. If they were a scam they would say yes to anyone with a pulse and take their money. They just want legit people. I moved in December 29th. Love the service and couldnt be any happier.

Hi everyone I am writing to advise you to be careful with this person who claims he can help. He is lying about what he posited because I only inquired, I never even submitted information to him. So here below he is making it seem as if I went through a process and got denied due to a bad background report. Heres a photo of our text session where he decided to tell me how to handle my business. Unprofessional and just mad because I left a negative review for the lack of his response. But I have time to show proof today!

Very pleasant. I’m very blessed that a company called for rent NO credit check is available to help people like me get a good apartment. Even though we have a bad credit report. David is very knowledgeable of the apartment industry and he got me keys even though I couldn’t get approved on my own.

My entire family cannot believe this turned out to be such a blessing. No one can believe I got my keys. I took a chance, but Jacob made me feel comfortable during the entire process. He called and texted me during the entire process so I felt somewhat comfortable but you still have that doubt that says did I just scammed because im desperate to get a roof over my head.... My family came over and they even told me to go to the leasing office to make sure I belonged in this unit ! and Its real I got the keys from the leasing office just like they instructed me.. They are awesome and if you cant get approved they will get you approved. Thank you Jacob for all your hard work.

David knows this stuff like no on else I have ever talked to in this industry. Im in sales and I know when im getting ‘SOLD”. This was a no brainer. He gave me time to think about all this. Told me they only accept credit cards. That made me feel 100% better. This company is 110% legit. I moved in exactly when I was scheduled to. No hassle at the property getting my keys.

Called several times no answer no call back. I also tried to locate the office in Perryhall, couldnt find it. Is this place real?

Jason wheres the drink you promised me ??? LOL. Come up here next Friday. I should have my place all unpacked! THIS IS THE SOURCE. THAT’S WHAT I FOUND OUT. This is the company everyone either tries to copy or send people to because they are the real deal.
