The neighborhood is well kept, maintenance responds quickly and the apartment unit itself is perfect for me. I love the large windows and open kitchen.

My experience was phenomenal! Not only was the staff professional both over the phone and in person when I was deciding whether or not I would live here, but they were very personable and made sure I was heard in all my needs and any possible concerns I had. In addition to the experience of touring and deciding if I would live there, once I filled out my application they continued to be supportive throughout every step of the way and even taking the time to answer the many questions I had! During the actual move-in process, Centura, the Leasing Manager, did a walkthrough with me and immediately put in service requests for the very minor things I wanted to be addressed. And to top it all off, those minor concerns were addressed and fixed within my first week of moving in! This is a phenomenal place to live with a great staff! I love it here!

The Renaissance has been nothing short of an awesome experience. Clean and quiet with no pests! Granted, some of the spaces may feel small if you’re used to a larger unit. But nonetheless, it has been a great place for us to begin our family.

Today is actually my 2 year anniversary! Woohoo to me!! I still love my home, the community & neighborhood in itself. I love the fact that stores are in walking distance or no more than 10 mins away by car. Update: 2 years in and still issues with trash pickup. I dont understand BC its included in the lease. I have had numerous issues when it comes to trash pickup. Like they are literally walking past my home. Second, I feel like security could be better. There needs to be 24hr patrol or something. The car breaks ins are absurd to me. Do you all know much it cost to get windows fixed? Also, when it comes to submitting maintenance request. I have had to submit request for the same issues over & over. Not sure how to call and leave a voicemail. The number hangs up after asking if its an emergency. The number they started using during the pandemic no longer works for texting unless they are just flat out ignoring messages. There is never a response. No responses to email either, being as though we have to submit request online for issues we cant upload photos. So you try to email photos and still NO RESPONSE.

I lived here for a year with 2 other roommates. It wasnt my favorite place to live butPROS:- Price: Under $1250 for a 2 bed, 1 bath. The utilities werent included but included in your total cost for your monthly bill.-Location: It was decent, especially for the 2/3 of us that were attending Towson University, it was 10 minutes down the road. Theres a gym, dollar tree, liquor store and post office across the street. As well as just about any shop and food place youd need within a 10 minute drive from the complex.Convenience: You were able to pay your rent via an app.Parking: Parking was free whether that be on the street or parking in one of their designated parking lots for residents. You just need to make sure your vehicle was registered with the complex. But you do that upon signing the lease.CONS:Trash: One of the utilities you need to pay for. They provide a service that picks up the trash from your front porch, but you can ONLY put it on your front porch between 6 AM and 7:30 AM. Any earlier or later than that specific time period and youll be fined $50. A trash pileFalse advertising: The show room my roomates and I were shown when touring had plenty of closet space. But our apartment had no extra closet space aside from the closets in our rooms. We were also informed that none of the 2 bedrooms would be in a building, but were not informed that there would be stairs right as you enter your front door. This made sense in hindsight, since the apartments were next to each other, however we didnt know about it until the day we moved in.Walls: for the most part we didnt really hear our neighbors, but we had a couple next to us that was constantly yelling and arguing.A/C: The A/C broke multiple times throughout the summer. No Dog Policy: Granted we didnt have a dog, but i know that can make or break an apartment for some people.Gym and Pool: I know it wasnt their fault, but the Gym and pool were closed basically the entire time we were there due to the pandemic.

Roach and mice infested. My washer almost fell through my ceiling and there have been numerous plumbing issues, one of which was through neighbors house but they had to come in mine and take half my kitchen ceiling/cabinets out. Now there’s another issue with plumbing leaking through kitchen ceiling and cabinets. In summer I have a toddler and was without a/c in 85 degree weather for 7 days. A whole week.No matter how clean you keep a place and no matter how many times they send “exterminators” out nothing gets cleared up. It’s completely infested and anybody who says otherwise must not stay up late or pay attention during the night. OR they’re fake reviews.I will not be dealing with this in my next move this week.

My son and I found this place to rent while he was in school. I must say that we had no issues and any service requests we had was handle in a professional and courtesy manner. Brittany in the management office was superb she has excellent customer service skills and was always available to answer any of my concerns. We would definitely rent here again.

DO NOT LIVE HERE, unless you are comfortable with confrontation and have time to sit on the phone for hours.AC units are not being fixed in an appropriate amount of time. It has been months of high electricity bills and frustration. Not only does the offices close earlier than is stated on their memos, but during this pandemic it is nearly impossible to get any form of maintenance completed. The neighborhood is nice, and so is the staff that doesn’t have the luxury of sitting in an air conditioned office. But you are not getting what your rent is paying for.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartments are well kept, its very quiet. Couple of issues i had were the random inspections. But overall i loved my stay. I recommend these apartment for people who dont have children. currently they only have a pool and a gym but no park. Im moving because my family is growing, my job is out Westminster and also because i outgrew the place. They only allow cats. parking is limited and can sometimes be far away from youre unit. But most of the staff have been helpful. Also make sure to take you clean up the apartment & and take pictures of all the rooms. Thank you reconnaissance club for being our home for the past year.

I enjoy living at the Renaissance Club. I have been living at the apartments for almost a year now. My building is fairly quiet. The maintenance staff is very quick and professional.. There is trash pick up every day except Sunday, which is very beneficial. The apartments are in a great location. There is a gym that consist of a 3 treadmills and 2 ellipticals. Sometimes the gym is full. Therefore, I recommend if you are an individual who goes to the gym daily and likes to go hard that you should get a Planet Fitness Membership (which is only a 5 minute drive from the apartments). Every now and then I have difficulty finding parking and have to park my car on the side of the street, but its not a big issue. Of recent I have been smelling marijuana in my building. I did not have problem with it until I could start smelling it within my apartment. Other than my issue with the smoking, I do not have any complaints.

I would have given 5 stars BUT i recently moved from the property and was declined my security deposit for a fold in a mini blind, having window treatment installed and apparently the small drill holes damaged the molding. I had to contact corporate about this issue and was redirected to the property. You literally have to leave the place untouched just to get any of your money back.!!! Expect nothing

Beware! You wont see your security deposit back. Plain and simple this is a money grab. After moving my son out of his efficiency, i looked at the carpet and there was not one stain on it. Low and behold, they kept money to replace carpet. This was not only my opinion, but several others who walked through after we moved him out. Carpet needed vacumming and that was all. This place is unethical in their post move out and I would never recommend them to anyone. I am fair minded, and had there been stains and other issues with the carpet, I would have no issue, but this was not the case. Stay away from them and find another place that wont steal you blind because they can.

So far, it has been a great experience living here. They were able to take care of every issue I had in a timely manner (for noise complaint and heat). Its typically very quiet here and you really dont feel like you are staying in the city. But please be warned they have spiders galor! So spray those corners. So far we had 2 mice but they stopped coming around after a week. Other than that. Good area with home feel.

Caution! I was a renter at the Renaissance Club for approximately 1.5 years. During this time, there was a mice infestation. It got to the point where I had to get the City Housing Inspectors involved because steel wool wasnt enough to stop the mice from coming. The property managers and/or her assistants would come, and if they saw one crumb anywhere, they would use that as the sole reason why there is a mice infestation. One particular time, the property manager noticed a crumb in the strainer (kitchen sink), and she blamed that crumb in the sink on why we have a mice infestation. I have friends who lived at the renaissance club who dealt with the same issue. It got to the point where the pest control company would come weekly (not only to my apartment but to also the the adjacent apartments), so I know I wasnt the only person dealing with a pest issue. Also, when you leave the renaissance club, they (management) will charge you for everything they can possibly charge you for so that you dont get your entire security deposit back. We were charged $600 to replace an entire carpet, and another $300 for miscellaneous items. When I was a resident, I saw people of Latino descent come in unmarked vans to install carpets, i.e. cheap labor. Again, Ive had friends who dealt with the same issue. I applaud the other apartment complex Ive stayed at because when its time for residents to leave, management will let them know how much cleaning services (carpet, household, etc.)are upfront, and if the carpet has a stain, they will cut that section out and install a new patch of carpet in that spot, instead of ripping out the entire carpet. So, to all potential renters.....BEWARE of verified resident reviews! Management will initially act surprised and sympathetic when you tell them about your pest issue, but they know that the previous renter most likely dealt with the same issue.

DO NOT SET YOURSELF UP. Ive been living here for the past year and have been utterly disguised. This place is filthy with rats and the staff is completely unreasonable. They are rude and do not satisfy any of your needs. We had at least 4-5 man maintenance issues that were not taken care of & our water heater bursted. Dont do it. Rude/loud neighbors were a major issue as well.
