I had the pleasure of staying in a fully furnished one bedroom apartment in Andover House in the DuPont Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC during the summer of 2018, and the good people of Interim Homes could not have been more helpful. From my first call speaking to a customer service rep who provided me a quote to my seamless arrival, which included complimentary coffee, sugar and creamers and a few snacks (so thoughtful and much appreciated after an eleven-hundred mile drive), every step of the process was easy and convenient. I also ended up needing to extend my stay unexpectedly by one week and Interim Homes was flexible and accommodating. Thank you to Shannon and staff! You are in good hands for your temporary housing needs with Interim Homes.
My girlfriend and I stayed with Interim homes recently in a one bedroom apartment. We had a fantastic experience with the interim homes staff/apartment facility. I work as a travel nurse and interim homes is one of the higher quality short stay options you have in the Baltimore DC area. Great location, staff is super easy to text/email/call, and you are assured a quality place!
My family and I stayed in Baltimore for 1 month while traveling for work and was able to lease a 3-bedroom apartment at Spinnaker Bay from Interim Homes. With a great location, we were surprised to get such a great deal, and was very happy with the cleanliness and modern furniture that came with the unit. The Interim staff was very cordial and quick to answer questions via phone call or email. Although the staff at Spinnaker Bay were not the friendliest, that cannot be held against Interim homes, whom more than made up for it.I would definitely recommend them for the future and plan to use them again next year.
I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Interim Homes. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, but the prices were competitive. The location in Inner Harbor was convenient, and the apartment was beautiful. The quality of it was second to none; it was immaculate and comfortable. If work were to ever take me to the Baltimore area again, Interim Homes would be the first place Id call. All in all just a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
This was a great experience, Interim Homes met all my expectations. We stayed in a very nice 2 bedroom apt. It was clean, up to date just as described and had all the little details just as promised. I did needed a desk to work on while I was there and so I sent an email asking if it was possible to get one. Within one day they delivered a desk at no charge and asked if I needed anything else. May family was visiting for a small vacation and we liked it the apt. so much we stayed an extra week. Again, a simple email and the answer was no problem. We are planning to return to Baltimore next year and will be staying with interim Homes. You will not be disappointed form what I can tell. As for the price, I found them to be the most completive and willing to make minor adjustments to my needs without charge.
The apartment is really nicely furnished and Craig is great to work with! He responds very quickly to any and all inquiries and has made the entire experience seamless. Definitely got way more than I expected from a corporate apartment!
What a great team at Interim Homes! When I arrived for a temporary stay in Baltimore, I couldnt have been more pleased with the apartment we rented at Spinnaker Bay. It was a great 1 Bedroom 1 Bath apartment with a water view for an aggressive price for the area. I honestly would recommend them to others searching for a corporate apartment and will stay with them again when I return to the area. Thanks Interim Homes! I will be sure to use you again in the future.
This month, we have had the pleasure of staying in a furnished apartment here in Baltimore with Interim Homes.Anne and her team know exactly how corporate housing works and their level of service is outstanding! From the minute we made our reservation for our short term housing needs in Baltimore, her office has been in touch with my wife and I, every step of the way. And she knew the right place for us to stay---in the city.Once we moved into our furnished apartment---Annes team has staying in touch...just to confirm that everything is going perfectly. And it is! We sooo love the city of Baltimore and our stay with Interim Homes has gone picture-perfect!We plan to come back again next year and appreciate Anne and her team, for their level of service plus their selection of temporary housing apartments.Ernest
I came here for medical treatment at Johns Hopkins. Called this company and spoke with a man that told me the prices of three different buildings in Inner Harbor. The asking price was totally ridiculous, $168.00 for 2 bedrooms a day and $130.00 for 1 bedroom, considering that I was planning to be here for a couple of months, this was totally out of my budget...Later, I contacted a company, Chase Street Properties that also have units in the Baltimore Inner Harbor, different buildings but all nice and much newer that I was showed by Interim homes and their prices were at least $30.00 to $40.00 a day cheaper and they included a shuttle service for free that took me to my appointments. They were hands on, easy to deal with and they delivered everything that I was promised. When I called Interim homes they mentioned that they also have a shuttle service to later found out that the shuttle service that the said they had was the free bus commuter.... mislead me to say the least....Do your research, many companies in Baltimore offer nice buildings but the prices are totally out of reality... all around $170.00 per night for a furnished apartment....You can get much more for much less!!!
We arrived to Baltimore for medical treatment, John Hopkins recommended this place. When we made the reservation, I was told that a shuttle service was provided at no charge by the company. The first day of my medical appointment, I found out that the Free shuttle service was the free city bus that runs thru the city of Baltimore, that was my first disappointment.Place was nice, very over priced in comparison with other providers. The people at the front desk of my building, Spinnaker Bay was rude and the smell of cooking in our hallway was impossible to deal with.Location wise was good, convenient to Wholefood market (very expensive) but the biggest problem was that almost every morning a group of people was gathering very early right in front of our building to complain about working conditions and wages, making almost impossible to sleep past 7:00.Word of advise, save your money and find a different provider!!!
Excellent and safe, God willing
