This place is a complete dump I sheet of cleenex has more cushion than the floors paint falls off walls towel racks fall off walls calk falls off tub so dirty here the dumpster is used for the whole community but we have to pay $25 month trash but they won’t do anything about it I can go on and on and on if your looking go away fast please go fast

The leasing office does not communicate. I looked at a unit and was told someone would follow up with me. Sense then I have not heard a thing and I have also tried to call multiple times a day and had no response. I personally would not rent somewhere that can’t even make time for potential renters, I can’t imagine how hard it is to get a hold of someone in the case of a work order or anything like that as a tenet.

So disgusting! Place is crawling with cockroaches. Ive never seen roaches fall out of the ceiling like this before. I am traumatized absolutely vile!

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE ! Worst apartments ever. Tracy has poor communication problems I have asked for the corporates number multiple times because she doesn’t want to deal with the issues regarding to my apartment. I have been being charged for two renters insurance for two apartments and haven’t been refunded my money. Mind you we had to move out our first apartment because of big roach problem which Tracy blamed us for bringing in. Maintenance is terrible they come on their own time and is in a rush when they are trying to fix something also mind you that they never fix it completely. Our mail key was broken and I gave it to Jasmine which she said she would give it back to me fixed which has never happened and I haven’t touched my mail ever since I moved in. We have a mouse problem which nobody seems to do anything about. There are stray cats that sleep on top of my car (which I have video proof of). I have told the maintenance that the water is freezing cold and they don’t seem to take it serious because they don’t care and it’s “out of their control”. Another problem is our door knob keeps coming off and they are saying it’s because we are tugging on it too hard but they are not putting the door knob back properly and I had to call maintenance 3 times before they could even come because they didn’t think it was an “emergency”. Also we had a big gas leakage in our apartment which maintenance wouldn’t come because they didn’t think it was an emergency at first but ended up making us leave the apartment and called the fire department. Another is we had our ceiling fall in because upstairs had their whole kitchen flood and maintenance said “they didn’t think to check the downstairs people” which made our walls ducked in and brown which all they did was paint over it.( I have pictures). We are paying too much money for a disgusting broken apartment. I have had so many issues with this company and apartment it is ridiculous this is the worst first apartment experience I’ve ever had and I wish I never signed the lease. I am glad I am moving out. The service is terrible and the apartments are disgusting and nothing like what the pictures look like. There are more problems we have had but that’s just some that I’ve decided to share because this is terrible. Tracy should be fired and she needs to stop talking and treating people the way she does. I am getting my lawyer and there will be consequences. Also I want to add that nobody answers your calls when you call the office they ignore it and sit there on their phones doing nothing.

I definitely enjoy my apartment, I have everything in one so Im thankful for that (Washer/Dryer in apartment)The office staff is the bomb!!! They rectify any situation an Ive had a few that they have taken care of. I do agree that the space gets old after some time but its because I have 3 kids an they are growing! Great neighborhood, very local to pretty much everything you need, quiet area, hospital around the corner, school system very good. I think its worth what I pay! One of the best places Ive lived.

Roaches, Bedbugs, and Brown Recluse SpidersMy apartment unit had the above mentioned pests. I moved out in less than week. Couldnt check the apartment beforehand due to COVID. The rental office kept my 1500 dollar security deposit and sent me to collections for another 2k.

Great apartments, of course I wish the apartment was upgraded for the price you pay in rent but I knew everything from the beginning, no surprises. No bugs, quite bulding, over all a great experience. I do wish there were more or faster laundry machines and Some storage options. But as I said overall not a bad place to live.

Im currently living in Ross Ridge never really had a big issues its always small stuff like maintenance taking there time to fix things. Or problems with my laundry room I feel like for the amount I pay in rent we should have upgrade everything and washer and dryer in the apartments. There is a few good things I can say about my stay here I NEVER SEEN A MOUSE but maybe thats only because Im on the 3rd floor MY BUILDING STAYS CLEAN and also the rooms are pretty big . I can agree the apartment are nothing like the models with the upgraded everything.

With 24 - 48 hours of signing my agreement early than the original move in date which was 10/23/17. I was very happy with the space until I discovered some issues with the place such as painting on the tiles in the kitchen and in the bathroom, left over culk in the bathroom, garbage disposal not working and etc. However, I noticed two roaches that went underneath the dish washer and one in the refrigerator. I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy roach spray and etc. To combat the roaches. I have never in my life lived in a place with roaches.My original move in date was October 23, 2017. However Due to various circumstances I had to move on two days early (October 21, 2017).The living conditions at my apartment is not habitable and unhealthy for me and as well as for my daughter. This unacceptable. I need to get out of this contract even though I have only been here for less than 2 days. I have taken videos and pictures of the roaches. It is Infested!!!!!I cannot eat or cook or do anything!!!!This review has changed from a 1 star to a 4 star.

This place is mice infested. Have made several complaints and nothing gets done. Actively looking for another community to move to. Do not move here.

Great starter apartment- it does get old pretty quickly, however.My boyfriend and I lived here for almost 2 years and we had a great experience (for the most part)! We moved in young so we appreciated to have a clean neighborhood with friendly staff. The place I lived before here looked much better, but the maintenance and staff didnt care as much as this place. Its quiet too, except for the police and ambulance alarms but thats because its across the street from both places. As long as you are polite, the neighbors are mostly polite. And if they areny overtly polite, they usually just mind their own which is great too lol.We are a pretty lax couple, so I can understand where the negative reviews are coming from but weighing the pros and cons between ross ridge and where we almost lived, this place was a blessing. Now we are in a much better place all-round, but I cannot express how lucky we were to get this place.I recommend the top floor, as we never saw roaches or mice. Also if you hate cats, you might hate it here because stray cats are everywhere!

I am having communication issues with Tracy Dower of Ross Ridge apartments, prior to moving to this community Tracy appeared to be very sweet and love her job as they all do but, after moving in Tracy is very rude and has an attitude problem. We are currently living in an apartment that was not ready once we moved in which was 5 days ago. This apartments bathroom was disgusting, the toilet did not work, I had to clean the tub, toilet, and sink of that white putty around he tub it was EVERYWHERE. The bathroom ventilation doesnt work and just makes a sound as if its broke, the kitchens renovations were done very poorly, they didnt paint properly or even take the plastic off of the appliances before we moved in so I had to spend time pulling plastic off myself. After using the washing machine water leaked from the back side into the bedroom on the other side of the wall somehow. I wish I could go back in time and not move here because after bringing these complaints to Tracy shes mad with me, giving me attitude and sass as if its my fault that she moved me into a bad apartment. I wish I could rate this property negative 5 stars.After telling Tracy & Shawan of the problems with the water leaking into the room, it took all day literally 5 hours to find the problem, they said they are unable to fix they will get a contract company on it ASAP the company arrives when no one is home, I ask if it can be rescheduled to a time when we are home, we have valuables in the home and dont want anyone there while no one is present, Tracy acts as if we have no choice as if its an inconvenience to her that we arent home. The day we were home when they originally told us they were going to come she never showed, I took off from work waiting for something that never happened so I requested them to come on a day that I will be there and she gets smart with me, then tells me to talk to Shawan. Well I rather talk to Shawan than deal with her, I work in customer service and hers is very poor.

Mice when we moved in..the apartments look NOTHING like the pictures, Those pictures are of the leasing office and Not of the Apartments available for rent. The sink was broken, lights broke over 5 times, we left as soon as we caught security breaking in with a key to my house allowed by the tenant, while in shower and open my bathroom door suppose ably just to check in but without giving us any notice or call, im assuming he would because of me being a single woman made him constanly do it. I was scared for my life seeing this man everyday stare at me while leaving my home then given permission to break in my house constanly..the tentants are extremely rude! Dont waste your time..im contacting a lawyer because the constant breaking in was the deal breaker.
