Very cheap & sloppy place. There is always drama if you come to fix up a nail they messed up in the first place. Gel is cheap and wont last and they are cheap with the acrylic as well. I swear their trick is to do nails thin on the edge and use less material during filling so they can break easily and you have to come back. Nails are never even and they are not good putting acrylic all the way to the edge. I try to avoid this place. Beware!

Wost pedicure ever dipped my feet in water and cut nails. No heel scrub or wash no lotion or oil. Waste of money. Poor performance. Women acted like she didnt want to do me feet. This place could close it would be of no great loss

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to.I went there three times, but my last time was terrible. I came back because after a week my nails looked terrible so I did an appointment and I had to wait for 50 minutes. The lady made my manicure rushing and put gel in all my fingers.When I left the place the lady was very rude because I was unhappy with her job.Im never going back to this nail salon again.

Had an appt with them and as i walked in they were forcing me to put a face shield mask but needed to pay $8 for it. I had my mask on and sunglasses, why would I need to pay for something that you are enforcing? If I’m wearing a face mask? Staff was very rude. Nail places should be the ones to be taking their precautions and put partitions for everyone’s safety!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!

I told the lady doing my nails the shape I wanted which was $5 more. She didn’t do the shape and I told her over and over as she was doing my nails. When she was done I told her this isn’t right she told me I told her too late do I want $5 back? I paid $40. She then said wait for the manager who was on her lunch break. The manager supposedly already aware of the problem came in and took a customer and didn’t acknowledge me. I had to get up and go to her. She told me I had to wait if I wanted it redone. Over an hour wait for them to be redone because the worker couldn’t do her job properly.

The owner of this shop Grace is so rude and unprofessional. I like the girl that was doing my nails but Gracie has blown it for you. I am not sure how clean this place is as I went into the bathroom and there were live mice stuck to the glue trap in plain site. I will not be going back.

My experience has been phenomenal Ive never had French manicure done so beautifully with so much care and so much artistic work put into it! I have no reason to go anywhere else, these people are great and efficient!!!! These people do have angel hands😊

Honestly I never had an issue till my last visit I was very taken back when it was time to pay the lady told me how much tip I should put. I understand its there bread and butter but in the end of the day you cant tell me what and what not to tip. I may not talk there language but I do understand body language and she look like she was talking about me in a negative way. So on that note i will no longer go there good place but I didnt like how I felt. When I go to the Nail salon Its my escape, its my time to unwind not to feel uneasy.

Havent been to Angel Tips in a long time, I went today the wExperience was ok. It didnt seem to clean and the over energy was low. I will continue going to my favorite spot, not angel tips.

The owner Grace was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I scheduled an appointment and she overbooked Jackie the guy I requested when I called. She explained this after I had waited 15 minutes for my 10:30 appointment. She attempted to give me another guy and I said to her upfront it he does not do it correctly I will need it to be redone. She went on to tell me she does not want to talk anymore and she giving me someone and I not want him. I said getting him is ok as long as he does the job as well or better than Jackie. I wanted to get up and walk away but I had my vacation in a couple days and didnt have the time to go elsewhere.This will be my last time here, since my money is of no consequence to Graces business .Now I understand why Kevin no longer works here and the turn over of workers are so frequent at this business.How do you support our local small businesses when this is the type of services it offers.

This is the best nail place around. They ALL know how to do nails and are friendly. They know a lot of their customers by name, what they get, and what they like. Very clean.

The following happened in ONE hour and a half appt: Nail tech #1 was a no show even though I spoke to her in person the day before. So they passed me on to Nail tech #2. She couldnt file my nails into an almond shape. They ended up looking like claws. So she passed me on to Nail tech #3 who somewhat fixed my nail shape but didnt know how to apply the gel top coat. My nails had air pockets that were very visible. They tried to charge me full price. I told them I was willing to work something out but was not paying $30. In short, the manager yelled at me, blamed me for everything, threatened to call the police, and told me to never come back. Dont waste your time.

I rate this shop a ZERO in all capital letters! DONt Come Here. Ive had two experiences at this same shop and they both were horrible. My most recent experience sold the ZERO for me. I came in for a full in and a gentleman did my nails (he sits in the third chair on right) he was so nasty, rude, and crude. He cut my finger and when I told him he brushed it off and said its bleeding because of me. He then went to put the wrong acrylic and when I went to explain it to him he got an attitude. He rushed the job on my nails and did not properly file them. He demanded that I pay him now I gave him the money he snatch it from me. He brought back my card and receipt, he demanded I sign now. I asked him for my card back he called me stupid. I explain to the owner the event, Grace, she was extremely passive about the situation and unapologetic. The service at Angel Nail Spa is far from angelic. I would never recommend anyone else to go to this shop and experience what I have experience. If you have to go further to find a better shop than this one, just do it. Dont pay for HORRIBLE SERVICE!

They do a good job at least it seems at first but the polish is always chipping on my powder gel manicure within the first few days. I cant afford to go once a week.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I had my eyebrows waxed and they burned the area under my brow and the burn mark has not went away. I will never return to this salon.

Ive been going there for about 2 yrs. It used to be good. Staff used to be friendly and their service used to be good. But the past 2 to 3 months have not been good. 1. I had my nails done (powder color gel) and not even a week later my nails looked a mess, 2. Had a pedi and I felt like it was a rushed job, not enjoyable, 3. Today I walked in not one employee even acknowledged I was there, noone asked what I needed done, noone said how long the wait was, so 10mins later still noone said anything to me, but when 2 other ppl walked in, they where acknowledged right away and 2 employees even stopped what they where doing to ask them what they needed. So as of today I will no longer spend my money in this place.

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. The lady in charge of this nail salon is very rude and has a horrendous attitude. I guess she didnt learn about customer service. I was very disappointed at service I received at this nail salon. Im never going back to this nail salon again.

I went last week for a acrylic fil in. Jennie did a horrible job. 3 days later 4 nails was lifting. Never again going to this place. Im giving a star because thats the only way. I can post this.
