So I tried this nail place got gel nails and gel pedicure showed him the design he did the exact design I loved my nails until I actually looked at them the nails is not even starting at the tip I paid 65 plus tipped $10 now pedicure she did it neat but was rough half of my skin is cut on both toes still hurt didn’t complain still tipped anyway unfortunately I will not be going back all together I paid 103 plus tipUPDATE Nail just broke I saw the crack in the nail but ignored it in fckn 2 days from just typing my nail broke I’m takin them all off im over it and officially never going backLast update 2 weeks and all my nails are loose and lifting and gel pedicure also didn’t last long so currently taking off everything and never going back

Hello! Im am looking for a new nail salon that doesnt use harmful chemicals in the Long Island area. I just found out my previous salon close to yours, which has 3.6 stars uses MMA. I was presently surprised by the number of good reviews your salon has. I would like to ask will your customers be ensured that your salon doesnt use any MMA, non-toxic, and non Illegal products.Thanks,Hopefully a future customer.

The few times I’ve been to New Look nails they always made me feel comfortable and they are very nice. This is my new place I will frequent all the time

I love their work and the customer service but I noticed that they reuse their tools. There is still nail dust from previous clients. I wont be returning to avoid any kind of infection under my nails.

I surely do hope that you read this recent review before trying this salon. Here it is the cusp of July and they still have their Christmas decorations hanging with an inch thick of dust. The place is filthy disgusting and hot. Way overpriced, gel pedicure is $32 not that thats overpriced for a good service and a clean salon so do yourself a favor and find one that wont give you any reason to gag. never again!

Ive been looking for a nail salon to call home and Ive definitely found it here! I feel terrible for not getting her name but my technician did a superb job! Im very particular about my nails and was speechless that she executed exactly what I wanted without me even saying a word. Even as she had a video playing on her phone, that she was half watching, I didnt even mind because she was slaying my nails at the same time! And its walking distance from home!? Ill definitely be back!

Place used to be great when it first opened years back. Sad to see it like this now.

Clean salon, they accept credit/debit cards, and have recently installed an ATM. The nail polish/gel colors are hit or miss. Definitely diluted in alot of their selections, but if you happen to catch a new bottle work is great. Fair in price.

Lyu is the best but because I was so bad with timing so she stop doing my nails the owner does it hes not as good but good enough 🤣🥰🙏

Infested with roaches. They were crawling on the chairs as I received a pedicure. I had to leave immediately!!!

This is a cheap nail salon got full set and a pedicure. Pedicure was horrible nothing special or spectacular about it guy doing my nails had bad breath I could smell it thru his lil face mask was gross!! Definitely wont be going back here again! Had to sit and wait about 20 mins for someone to do my feet. Its cheap here and now I see why cause of the horrible service
