Awesome service! It’s been a long over due !

Me and my mother went for a quick manicure and pedicure. And we where totally ripped off. The ladies were rude. I asked for the lady to make my nails round and she got a attitude. My mother was persuaded into a special pedicure. She didn’t want it but felt bad cause she knew the salon lost money during the pandemic. The special pedicure was just three lotions rubbed into her feet. The polish came off the same day. The ladies even got upset when they received their tip. They don’t deserve a tip at all. I do not know how they stayed in business so long.

They were rude, dismissing my questions, and overcharge. My guy was also going there for multiples services, (mani, pedi, massage), paying without question what they told him, until I checked it out—they were ROOKING him!

I made an appointment to get a gel pedicure and upon getting serviced, I felt rushed. My gel pedicure took a shorter time compared to when I go to other salons, they were sloppily done, and on top of that, they started chipping within a week. Gel polish is not supposed to chip, that’s the reasoning behind spending the extra money. The polish on my big toe was completely off 3 days after my visit and two others have chipped off after a week. I essentially paid $50 for something I could have had a 10 year old do. From Head to Toe across the street is definitely more worth your time and their service is phenomenal!

I usually read reviews before I go anywhere, especially nail salons. A friend of mine suggested this place for us to go together a week ago today for manicures and I didnt want to seem like I didnt trust her judgement so I agreed. Well, needless to say they were able to take her first (we were walk-ins) and so I spent my time waiting reading many horrible reviews on Google and Yelp. As I waited for them to call me and throughout my manicure, I prayed that these folks would prove the reviews wrong. They did!Long story short, I had a pretty positive experience, but there are a couple things I noticed that made me leave off the 5th star:- their customer service wasnt bad, but it wasnt amazing- they didnt ask me if I wanted my nails short or long, squared or rounded- they didnt soak my nails to soften them before trimming/filing (I thought this was odd as all other salons Ive been to soak first)-the massages were a little half-assedOne thing they did that I really appreciated was that they had me pay before painting my nails so I wouldnt have to worry about messing them up by reaching into my wallet later (its happened to me before).Also the picture Im posting with this review was taken today, and I got my mani with them a week ago today. Still looks great! (And I have used my nails to open aluminum drink cans among other things over the week - a normal amount of manual labor).One final note - Ive never seen a regular manicure as cheap as $10, so I wasnt expecting top notch service or anything. We tend to get what we pay for. I was just happy to be paying only $10!

Very nice salon. You want to book with nancy.she is the youngest worker. She does a very good job. I wish the ladys would ask you if you would like anything else in the end. I forgot to ask and walked out without a gold heart on my ring fingers. But besides this. It is very nice. 4⭐

Love this place. CeCe Jenny Kelly are all amazing. They take their time and do things right. Decently priced too.

I do not recommend this place for anything. If i could give it 0 stars, honestly I would ! They do not make you feel welcome at all ! The nail technicians rush you off the chair to get the next customer, I got a regular gel manicure and she did not even let it dry enough to rush me out and move onto the next client. I had to sit there and finish my nails. Again do not waste your time or money at this place!

I actually like this salon. It absolutely depends on who actually provides the service. There was a new boy working. And I did all I could to not yell at him. I paid $40 for a sea spa pedicure with massage. Very crumby paint, the entire time during the massage he did everything in his power to not actually do the massage! Talking with co-worker, looking at his own nails. Getting up to get something....The women in that salon give better massages than him! No pumice stone etc.... so I would absolutely go back but will never let Jason touch my nails or legs again! Wasted $40... I should of said something...

Not a good experience. My nail lady left in the middle of my pedicure to wax someone else then I didn’t get a second coat of polish. Never going back to this seedy place.

I love Cici! She’s been doing my nails for almost 2 years! Everyone is very nice and professional. The place itself is very clean. I’ve tried other places when Cici was on vacation but I always return here.

Excellent small nail salon. They take very good care of you here.

Horrible place, the service is not great.I gave the tip to the girl and she said “come on, that’s it?”. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager heard me and didn’t even apologize. I will never go there again!

Horrible salon. They burned my upper eye area after rushing to do my eyebrows. Not professional and no business etiquette at all.

(Older review I forgot to post it)I came here to get a normal manicure a few weeks ago and it was ok but the girl I had (she didnt have a name tag on so I dont know what her name is) was cutting back my cuticles and she made me bleed and tried to cover it up and blame me saying I moved I went home and two days later I had an infected finger where she ripped my skin off and I got my eyebrows done and she ripped off half my eyebrow I looked terrible I used an eyebrow pencil on my eyebrow for 3 weeks if you listen to any advice PLEASE listen to this: Dont touch this place with a ten foot pole it will be the worst mistake you ever make
