Only positive is that they answer phone quick and respond quick.Young tech came out on Sunday, charged $800 for 5lbs of refrigerant just for it to all leak 4 days later. I call them to come out and check just for them to tell me their tech made a mistake filling it up while their was a leak, just for them to now want to charge me $9,000 to replace the AC now. Point is they shouldnt be performing work and charging customers when they know theirs going to another problem.

Came out on a Sunday and fixed the ac quickly

3:30 pm on a Saturday and I needed an AC repair. Not only was the cost to diagnose cheaper than any weekday call anywhere else, the tech was here in 15 minutes.

Mike and his team are indispensable for Bakersfield. During the peak of the summer Mike and his team came to my aid, guiding me, encouraging me, and understanding me throughout my AC issues. My elderly mothers heater stopped working just as cold weather started. Having worked with Power & Performance Air before to repair her cooler, did not hesitate to call again. Thomas went above and beyond to quickly repair my mothers heater, I cant thank him enough!

My dishwasher was not working they gave me the estimate over the phone and booked me between their schedule within 3 hours some day, I called different companies and they can not compare to how fast Mike and his crew fixed my dishwasher. I am now a happy customer with the excellent bi-annual services they offer for your heating and cooling needs. Definitely recommend!

On a super hot Saturday, 9/14/2019 my AC broke down and I had people coming over at 6.00pm so I called Power and performance air, a referral from a friend . These guys came over in a little over 3 hours and not only they fixed my AC unit but it is colder than ever before so you guys definitely deserve a 5 star.Much appreciated!Keep up the good work!

Very expensive. Was quoted $60 for an a/c part that literally everywhere else it only costs less than $20...like at Home Depot. Ya, this place is expensive or thought I was a dumb blonde...and Im not blonde! No thank you. Next.

Called them to get my AC working again and they scheduled an appointment the the day of the appointment I got a courtesy reminder call on an ETA on when the tech would be here exactly they were very professional and gave me several options on my repair. Good work isnt cheap but well worth every penny and I will definitely be calling them back again if I have any problems in the future and I would recommend them to others great job guys

The crew that showed up to do an inspection for a potential buyer of the property came after hours (6pm) and tried to gain access to occupied units without prior authorization and went up on the roofs. As the manager of the complex I explained to the lead person the problems and laws (hours work can be done 9a.m. to 5 p.m.]. The crew spoke out of turn to the residents and scaring some of them. I introduced myself to them and was greeted with rudeness, not professional at all. I was more surprised when I told the lead man this was a exterior only inspection, his response was then its a halfass job. Yes its a incomplete inspection and thats what he should have said.
