American Dream Services were great, they came out on a Saturday and repaired our heater. They went to the part house, came back with the part in the evening and by 8pm we had heat again. The technician Phil was very professional and did a awesome job. Definitely will recommend them to people in need.

My air conditioning went out very late last night. I called several business including Banner Air and a few others. RJ, from American Dream Services was the ONLY one to take my call. He was very courteous and assured me someone would be out the very next morning before 9. Ricky showed up, and within 30 min, found the issue (which includes climbing in the attic) and had it resolved. Both of these men had excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. This company provided a service on Sunday at a very competitive and fair fee. They’ve earned a new customer for sure. Thank you

After waiting 1 1/2 past his arrival time the technician came. He was very rude when I inquired about his very late arrival. I told him his service was not needed and I called Power and Performance, They came out the next day, on time and very professional.

First time I felt sketched by the repair guy.Wanted an additional 220(this was after the 78 dollar call out charge credit. Nearly 300 total) dollars to replace a 35 dollar part that takes 4 screws in and out total. Less than ten minutes somehow listed as multiple hours of labor.And the part wasnt even whats wrong with my unit.

One of the best experiences Ive had when it came to my A/C repair. Professional, courteous and seem to really actually care about getting my A/C going during this recent heatwave. Kudos to Phil! He was up there on hottest part of the day repairing my unit. He didnt even seem to mind when I would ask a million questions. Thanks to everybody on the team as well! In my home I had a warranty company and had the pleasure of American Dream Service be the company selected to fix my ac. I was 7 months pregnant and my boyfriend was over seas working at the time. American Dream services came out and discovered my ac needed to be completely replaced. Well, once the warranty company found out they would only talk to my boyfriend. American dream services then decided to deal with the warranty company and try their best to get me my ac soon since it was summer and I was pregnant. They spent hours and sent emails to my boyfriend and warranty company and got me an AC right away even with the difficult warranty company. Then, when they came install there was several items in the way on the side of the house to get to the AC. The men tried every way to get the AC to the back. They worked their behinds off and got it back there. I have never had a company do anything and everything to make sure I got what I needed. They took it upon themselves to communicate with my boyfriend and deal with the warranty company while he was overseas and make sure I had no stress and was taking care of quickly. I am super happy with them. I have since moved but our ac bill was lowered by the new ac unit installed and will be using only American Dream Services to service my AC unit at my new house. Such an amazing company who truly cares for their customers!!!

Our fan motor went out on our heater this past winter, I called American Dream Services who we had purchased the heater though quite a few years ago.They sent a technician out within 2 hours after I placed my call, unfortunately it was a computer part that needed to be ordered from out of town. We were offered area heaters which we didnt need. Early the next morning the Technician was back with the new computer part. It was a pretty expensive part to the heater.We had purchased a extended warranty at the time of purchase . Thank goodness I didnt have to keep up with that paper work. Its stored in American Dream Services computers.Thank you for you prompt and excellent service.

We waited 4 days in 110 degree weather for our app with American Dream to find out why our AC unit was not working. When they did not arrive during our window 2-6 PM, I called and was told it would be closer to midnight unless I wanted to reschedule for the following morning. We rescheduled for the morning and when we woke up that morning our AC was suddenly working. When the tech arrived he said, Well, obviously nothing is wrong with it! I told told him that obviously there was a problem and would he check it out. After checking, he again told us nothing was wrong and he was unable to speculate why it would not have worked for 4 days. Well, guess what? A week later, it stopped working again. Fortunately, it is now only 100 degrees. We will not be calling American dream to come back and I suggest that you do not either.

We’ve used ADS several times in several years and have always had fantastic service! They are efficient, honest and reliable. Everything is always explained well before they leave and their employees are friendly and knowledgeable!

Called at 10 A.M. here before noon and all fixed by 12:15 P.M. All repaired for a great price. Techs were friendly also. Would highly recommend.

American Dream and their crew made me feel like they was treating me and my family like their family. I had my air conditioner that was out and couldnt get any one else to come out for at least 4 day then I called American Dream and they made sure that they was out that day. I will never use anyone else ever again even it I have to wait that 4 day wait for them!

When our AC went out two summers ago American dream services got us in quickly and fixed our unit for a very decent price they are amazing 😉

I got this company through my home warranty most of the companies I get through First American home warranty are substandard this was not the case 18 years ago when I first signed up with this Home warranty company dealing with American dream was like a dream come true they were prompt polite got the job done keep me updated along the way and all I can say is thank you thank you thank you for your prompt service and being so courteous and respectfulmore than I ever expected thank you again youre the best

Was not impressed on their diagnostics. Had to hire another a/c company to add 3.2 lbs of r410 on top of the one they sold me. Not sure they know what filling up the system takes?

The best company I have ever had they came out fixed it and works perfect and up front pricing you know before they do it what your looking at . Best of all weekend breakdown no problem will use them again and again kind and fast service

How to repair that had to be made in August. I assumed I wasnt going to get an appointment for about a week or two. The guy came out in the evening the next night.
