GAEL is the man!! I messed up my front tire area really badly and I called EZ towing. They were very professional and easy to work with. Gael was there within an hour (I called during shift change so normally I believe they are faster) and I am new to town and just looked up the closest auto shop to my accident. Upon pulling up I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car there so I asked if he recommended an auto shop. My man came through and took me to ACCENT AUTO which made getting my car repaired a breeze. Overall EZ towing helped save my butt or I would have been up a creek.

Today while driving on I-35 I see a bunch of debris from a blown out tire. It is slowing all traffic down to a crawl. Then I see an EZ tow truck slow down and put their amber caution lights on a few cars in front of me.Then what do I see, a man jump out with one leg and he hops to the debris and pulls is out of the way before anyone can even get you to assist him.I may not have had my vehicle towed by EZ, but if they have employees like this they will be the first ones I call in the Austin area.Job well done sir.

Great service from Andy who was literally there in minutes. He determined he would need a bigger truck I had a 23,000 lbs vehicle stuck in very soft sand. He said he didn’t know if his biggest truck would get us out. He got Angel and the bigger truck out, who was polite and very professional in about 45 minutes. Angel was extremely knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. It took about 30 minutes and stayed helping me get to a safe spot. I knew this would be expensive but well worth. The previous vehicle I had towed, which was 38 feet and burned completely to the frame cost $4000 to have the removed off the highway in Idaho. Other companies I called had told me it would be 24 hours. Andy and Angel got me out in about 90 minutes. Well done guys! I highly recommend them. I was impressed how professional looking they were, clean uniforms, which is a difficult to do, towing is a dirty job.

EDIT 10/18: The owner of this business was rude to me on the phone, not in the office. Whoever was working in the office that day was very professional, although did not ask whether we were towing to a garage, junk yard, etc. If I could have chosen a tow company, I certainly would not have chosen this one. Unfortunately, after hydroplaning, having my truck flip over four times with myself and my dog in it, and being rushed to the emergency room, I was unable to choose the company. The police/EMS/firefighters did so. A better business owner would have more compassion for people who are dealing with a stressful, traumatic event. A person with a heart/soul would have tried to figure out what she could do to help make this situation, which was not in any way my fault, better. It is clear she does not believe in good customer service, as she was immediately antagonistic and, as is clear in her response below, operates her business like this daily.EDIT: The owner of this business responded to this review, stating blatant lies and claiming that I was never told a delivery time- a fact she would not know, as she was not present when I signed the document that clearly said delivery would happen within the hour. The woman also claimed to have called me several times, which is false. She never had my phone number, as her staff never asked for it, and I therefore received no calls. When I called them for more information when the tow was not provided, they requested my phone number and then gave me the managers number. She was rude to me from the beginning of our conversation, and as I can see from other reviews, has been rude and aggressive with other customers as well. I have reported this company to the US governments consumer complaint department. Do not use this company- they are a complete sham and only out for money.EZ Tow is a completely unprofessional organization. The manager is rude, accusatory, and aggressive in her dealings with customers. I was asked for a towing address, which I provided. No other questions were asked of me. I was told my vehicle would be towed within the hour- it was not. I then received a call stating that they could not tow to my apartment parking garage, information that was NEVER disclosed to me on location. A professional manager would have discussed this with her staff, but instead, when I called to speak with the manager, she was speaking loudly over me when I was trying to explain the situation. She would accept no fault of her company or her staff, stating, You should have disclosed the location DESPITE me having given the address and no other information being requested of me in-office. She was disrespectful, unfriendly, and should not be the owner of any business. I will be calling my lawyer to deal with this woman and her business.

I would like to personally thank EZ Tow for their promptness in assisting my daughter who was stuck on the side of the toll road. After numerous failed attempts at calling tow companies they were the ones who were true to their word. One company stated they would not be available for 2 hours. We were out to the state when she so we were unable to help her physically. After explaining my daughters situation, I was assured they would be there within 45 minutes. The nice lady, Yolanda stated for our daughter to stay inside of her vehicle; the driver would call her to tell her when he was 10 minutes out; which he did. I was so concerned for my daughter being that she is only 20 years old and being out on the highway with a broken down car you can only imagine the fear that I had but my fear was put to rest. I was in an accident and Austin P.D. had my car towed by EZ towing. Accidents can be frustrating but Yolanda made getting my car towed out of their yard and back to my house a breeze. If you have proper identification, paperwork, and clear about where the car is going, things will go smoothly. If you’re unsure about what you need, ask.

These people are so awesome. My husband was in a head on collision, car had to be towed. Then we realized we left behind some bits and pieces in the car we needed - he called us to let us know he would meet us there - we didnt have to chase them, great customer service! I am literally in tears! We are a family of 6 and 2 dogs. We live in our 30ft class c motorhome fulltime. We were camping at Pace Bend Park and got stuck. Our back tires were completely under the sandy rocky wetness. Its started at 10pm and as i write this its 1216. We called every 24 hour company on google within a 50 mile radius. No one wanted to come help us. We called EZ tow and without hesitation Andy came out, he said we would be here in 45 min amd Andy was here in 45 minutes! And within 20 minutes had us unstuck. He clearly knew what he was doing. And they beat what everyone else was going to charge by far. This mamas heart is so so greatfull. That is our home. It was leaning so badly it wouldve been dangerouse for us to have slept in it. Andy was honest and straight up from the start. Now my babies will be able to sleep in their beds tonight. I highly reccomend!
