Very professional and skilled towers. Handled a broken lower ball joint with the passenger side front tire completely frozen and protruding to the side. On Easter Sunday! Would recommend highly.

Not only was this tow truck companys customer service absolutely horrific and the employees rude, they gave out my address to another tow truck company and claimed to have never done so. I have never called another tow truck company in my life, only this one today, yet AFTER I canceled my tow truck service, a whole DIFFERENT tow truck company showed up and told me that they were contacted by the tow truck company I had contacted and that the first person who got there was to assist. I have never, ever called another tow truck company, and when I called to see what happened with the company I had scheduled the service with, I was met with absolute rudeness and with them insisting it was no problem, that we dont give out my information to anyone, and we didnt give out your information to anyone.. There was no other way another tow truck company got my address, there definitely WAS a problem. All the employees that I talked to didnt know anything about my service I had requested and had MANY differing accounts of my request as well as where the driver was at/ETA, at one point even told me the tow truck driver was there when they were not. Overall was VERY sketchy and I DO NOT recommend EVER going here. The whole experience was sketchy, rude, and absolutely not okay. Do not go through these people.
