Complete parasites. Took my car that was legally parked in my apartment garage and wanted me to pay $250 to get it out. Tow truck companies are the absolute worst.

Absolute vultures. I imagine that honest tow companies exist, this just isnt one of them.

Obviously no one likes to be towed. These people are predatory. I will admit that I have had three visitors over the years that were towed and it was absolutely my fault because they did not have a visitors pass. Each time I paid for it as it was not their fault that these predators were so quick to tow. Last night however was totally different. I am handicapped. My tag had fallen in to one of my grocery bags when I was putting my sun shade in my windshield. When I couldn’t find my correct tag, I used an expired one I had. I found my valid one after unpacking my groceries and put it on my key hanger and was going to wait until this morning to put the valid one up. I walked out of my apartment to go to the dentist at 8a and realized I had been towed. I have lived here SIX YEARS, I have the complex’s parking tag AND I have seen (and have on my outdoor camera) the tow guy shine a light in my car to check the tag before, numerous times. Two cars to the right of my vehicle were parked without the appropriate stickers, not to mention the 31 others that I took photos of as I walked around three of the 11 buildings this morning. It’s honestly sickening. Yes, my tag was expired but after six years of parking in the same spot you would think that they could be somewhat human and give a cripple girl a break. But NOPE! $253.03 for this is absolutely despicable! And SHAME ON Ladera Apartments for contracting with a company who refuses to tow people without the complex parking tag AND for not having adequate parking, along with not enforcing the number of vehicles (and people for that matter) per apartment that is supposed to be allowed. All around a horrible experience. And this particular towing company truly is predatory…

Illegally towed my car from the apartment complex. The complex doesnt even have the parking restrictions in place. The staff was rude, management did not care that it was a bad tow, did not want to call the complex so they can confirm that there was no violation. The place is disgusting too. Dirty and disrespectful to customers. Go on wrecking up that carmic debt. Judging by reviews you make your money by predatory towing. Someone has to put a stop to it

Spoke to a “Fred” on the phone. Car was towed even though exact description of car was listed. I asked Fred’s last name as he had possession of my car and he demanded I come out and get it in one hour. Refused to tell me last name. Asked for manager- said he was the manager. I told him I would not be ubering out to a dark sketchy lot to pick up my car at midnight as small girl should never, and that the inconvenience of his lack of customer service made me feel uncomfortable with the thought of being there in the dark. “Fred” hung up on me twice without giving me instructions on where to pick up. I have a sticker on my car for the Post apartment. Absurd. Should be reported.

My car was towed here out of my parking garage because I forgot to put my sticker on, which I was upset about however it was my own fault. The man who helped me out was extremely kind and respectful and answered all of my questions. It was also a very quick and smooth process to pay and pick it up. Thank you.

Attention property managers:Our property management company hired this company to service our community parking. PLEASE be advised: they will tow your community members vehicles because they registered license plates with Os instead of 0s and charge them full price. If you want to deal with angry residents, hire this company.

Employee did not wear a mask and was extremely unprofessional.

This company took my car from my parking garage that I pay $100 a month to park in. Their reason was because I was in an illegal parking spot on the very top floor in the corner of our garage. We have five floors. No one parks on the fifth floor. They did not even look for my sticker nor did they have my front office call me. Meaning, it was there for two nights without my knowledge and I had to pay the extra overnight fees. $300 to take my car because I parked illegally according to their standards.

They towed my car, I had to drive down this sketchy road to get my car. I gave them almost $200 and they gave it back! 10/10 would recommend. 👌

I don’t hate anyone, but I whole-hearted wish these people were in harm’s way.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They tow cars left and right for minor violations yet refuse to tow a vehicle from a reserved space on a private property that does not belong there and is a repeat offender. They won’t even clarify the towing procedures. These people are rude and unprofessional. The tow truck drivers have even gone around the property high on drugs intentionally looking for cars for their friends to tow so they can make money and go home early. I’ve seen tow truck drivers from this company taunt and disrespect a patron as well as threaten and attempt to get physical with a patron. This company should be shut down. Just because you’re a towing company does not mean you should treat your customers with disrespect.

The female that I spoke with at 2:55 on 3/24/19 said tha I need to stop calling because they were closing in an hour and if I was going to pick up my vehicle i need to pick it up by an hour and had to pay extra .$70 . When I asked what’s the address she said I had to find out on my own and hung up .When I got there a man helped us get out vehicle and said it was open 24/7 hours and I didn’t have to pay extra, meaning the female in the front desk was Lieing .BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

They steal cars in the middle of the night when you are legally parked according to apartment complex Manager. Going to court and Texas department of licensing and regulation
