Arrived fast. Service was great. James is super nice and very knowledgeable. Ill definitely call again if I have need for towing in the future.

Terrible experience! My State Farm roadside assistance sent this company to tow my vehicle, and when James arrived he convinced me not to take my car to the mechanic I intended and said hed tow it for free to his guy since he already got paid. My husband calls him the following day saying we need to get the car towed we cant wait for his guy, and that we need him to come out asap. His response was wow, really? Okay, Im on my way. 3 Hours and about 10 non-answered phone calls later and we still didnt hear back from the guy. We ended up calling our mechanic to make the tow because he never showed. Thank god we didnt take his advice and go to his guy for the work. He said he hates seeing people get ripped off, well buddy looks like youre the one doing the rippin. Stay away from Viking towing. Their guys clearly scam their customers from under their nose.
