I came here to have my nails that I got done elsewhere redone. Fortunately, I came during a slow period, and Diamond immediately started to assist me. She filed them down, and even fixed my cuticles since there was a lot of acrylic on them. She let me know that it looks better and more professional when the cuticles are exposed and the acrylic starts lower on the nail bed. She was also careful to file gently since I have sensitive cuticles. I didn’t even know that so much detail and attention mattered in that area!I am so satisfied and happy with my nails, and will now frequent In Fashion as it is my new default salon! The ladies here are knowledgeable, precise, and pleasant to interact with. I strongly recommend!

Do not come here to get your nails done, at least not for dip nail polish. First off, the place is not very clean. Secondly, the staff is very unenthused, they just talk to each other in a different language the whole time and dont interact with the customers except to ask what youre getting on your nails. Thirdly, they completely ruined my normally very healthy, strong nails. See pictures for reference. I went somewhere else to get the polish removed because I didnt trust them to do it, and the other salon confirmed my thoughts that my nails were filed down too much before doing the dip, and there were a LOT of layers of the dip polish. My nails are now very thin and messed up. I paid $90 for them to completely ruin my nails.

Went during lunch for pedi and full set took about 2hrs. I was looking to change my nail tech of 10yrs and I think I found the one! They did such a great job I forgot to get her name but she wears glasses and these are the best nails Ive had! Took her time and came out perfect, I am not lying. Definitely recommend, they also offer drinks which is nice but Def plan on spending a little time there but well worth it.

In Fashion Nails is my go to place for my nails. This is a great place for groups or parties. youre allowed to bring alcohol which is a great! I always leave my Nails up to my tech, Their nails last longer than any other Ive ever had and always look amazing!Everyone is really nice and the shop super cute and very convenient ! Highly recommend Danny! hes super sweet, detail oriented. We were all so grateful that wed found this place.

Had my nails done for a formal event. I brought swatches of the fabric from my dress to try to get a color that would coordinate. Better than that, they were able to find the *exact* color of the skirt of my ballgown. The bodice was shot through with gold threads and had variations of the same color as the skirt of my dress. I was so amazed, especially as I was thinking Id be leaving with some seriously neutral tone.Also, I think this is about the best gel nail that Ive ever had. No skimping on layers or steps. Its been almost a week and they still look great, are still super glossy, and Im still receiving compliments on them!Im booking another appointment for early October and think this might just be my new nail salon

UPDATE: I used to like this place —it’s clean, they have HGTV going on all monitors, the techs (usually) do a serviceable job, and it’s a pretty good price. But I’m NEVER coming back!I don’t know if I just got the worst person in the salon today or what because not only did she REFUSE to give me tips with my SNS manicure (citing some bs reason) BUT my nails ended up a loud, bright and HIDEOUS purple and not the light blue I requested. I only get half a day off during the week and it’s my only time to really treat myself.It’s a terrible feeling to have Just PAID to get your nails done only to do them again yourself right after because you Refuse to let your fingers look like something a unicorn Threw Up!ALSO check out how jaggedly she cut my cuticles and how dry they are (she didn’t give me any oil unlike all of the other people who gave done my nails).

Truly the best of the best. Its been three weeks and my pedicure still has not chipped. Not only that, but they patiently let me try on 10 different colors before mixing to make the perfect color. I am fanatical about my nails and In Fashion Nails is the best place Ive found int the Area. Highly recommend!

In Fashion Nails is the best nail salon I have been to since Ive lived in Austin. They are affordable. They do an exceptional job every time. On top of that, they are incredibly fast.Last time I was in the salon Sandy told me, I really love seeing people happy after doing their nails. I do my best job every time because I want them to walk out feeling good about it. This inspired me to write a review for them.Their pedicures are fantastic and Sandy always does a wonderful job on my gel powder acrylic nails. She makes them look very natural by laying the powder down super thin and filing it down. Im in and out of the salon in under in hour, so thats an added bonus.In Fashion Nails also is the only salon know of that has a reward program for regulars. Great service. Great Price. Although I live on the east side now, I still drive to In Fashion nails for the service.

Its under new management, a mother and her two daughters. I dont know what it was like before but now its great. They are nice. Two women came in to get their eyebrows done and they looked great and for only $10. They offer three different pedicures. I wouldnt drive out of the way to go here but it was worth stopping in for a much needed pedicure while out shopping.

New to the Austin area so I had no idea where to go. This place was very close to our hotel. I was very surprised when when I arrived and found that they used sterilized tools. Very clean and professional work. Very impressed! Will definitely come back!

This place really takes care of you! The people were incredible and the results were sooo professional and beautiful. They gave us massages and offered us drinks and made us feel welcome, as well as being efficient and giving us amazing nails!

Amy, who I think is the manager?? Was very nice and kind to me. She filed down my nails that were done horribly wrong at another salon I went to. I then got a pedicure and it was good. The only reason I didnt give 5 is the massage in the pedicure was sub par. Felt like she just rushed through it. That is my favorite part! But very good polish job, nice friendly staff, and good prices. I hope to go back soon and get 5 star service. I would recommend this salon to a friend!

Absolutely no respect for time. I have been to this place a few times now. They do an ok job.. not amazing, not terrible. I used to come here mainly for convenience but after today’s experience I will definitely NOT be back. I had an appointment for 5PM. They had me sitting in a chair, with my feet soaking for 48 minutes before I got their attention long enough to ask how much longer it would be. 20 more minutes!! After already waiting 48 minutes, they wanted me to wait with my feet soaking in now cold water for 20 more minutes? This is not the first time I have had to wait at this place despite having an appointment, but it is by far the longest. Why on earth would you not tell me you are running behind the minute I got there?? I couldn’t wait any longer so I left with my feet shriveled, my nails unpolished, an hour of my life wasted and no apology. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place.

I am new to the area and drove across town based on reviews. I will not be back. I hate the shape, not what I asked for. The polish is gritty and uneven. She managed to get polish on my fingers while missing the sides of my nails. There is acrylic under my nails that she never checked for. She realized that I was unhappy and offered to change it but at that point I just wanted out! At that point she was more engaged with a co worker

I had April do my nails today and was completely unsatisfied with the experience. During the manicure the water in the tiny bowl was chilled cold. She didnt do anything about it even thought I told her about it 3 times. I had forgotten to remove my watch and she attempted to clean my hand over the watch.During the pedicure she was very frequently on the phone even during the massage. Very unsatisfactory experience with her.I have used the place before and usually have a satisfactory experience

Wow, Im totally shocked!Ive been coming to In Fashion Nails for almost a year now and have never had bad service. Amy is a very quiet person with a very tiny voice so I cant imagine her yelling at anyone! I know they pride themselves on giving 5 star services. I have never witnessed anybody as unhappy as you, JENNIFER LUCAS. With all your complaining on your review, it sounds like you had a very bad day taking it out on Amy. Consider having more manners, not being rude and try to be more pleasant the next time you go into any other salon.

The best nail salon so far !! They have so many color of dipping color to choose and last over a month and the pedicure is fantastic they took their time and do great jobs every time . Ive coming here 6 months and will not go any where. Highly recommend ! Make sure call in to schedule an appointment because they get busy quickly.

I came in and they sat me immediately for a pedicure but then just left me sitting for a half hour with no notice of how long it would take. I sat there with my feet in cold water and ended up walking out. They had all their workers working on one group. All I needed was a notice of time and I would have come back and not just sat there.

This place told my little girl they dont do manicures and pedicures for her even though they have it listed on the website as available. All she would do is paint her nails. My daughter cried since this was something she wanted to do with her mom for a long time. Not only that, my wife told her she wanted one thing, was ignored, and had something completely different done. She even messed up the polish on a nail and didnt fix it, and the pedicure was sub-par. They also ignored her request for eyebrow wax. Both my wife and daughter were upset and crying by the time i came to pick them up, and none of them seemed to care or check on her. After leaving we went directly elsewhere to get everything redone and to get my daughter her pedicure and manicure with her mom.Horrible service, no regard for the customer. Will never be back.

I have been going to InFashion Nails for years and their services have always been fantastic! They offer a wide variety of drinks and they have a lot of different gel colors to choose from! Even when I go to other salons I always find myself coming back, especially because they have a loyalty program. The girls there are so nice, but I especially like Vivi, April, and Amy!I have also called them twenty minutes before 7pm and they said I could come in, even though they had to work later than usual and didnt cut corners when it came to my manicure and pedicure.The shopping center that theyre in has a Nordstrom Rack and a Whole Foods and a whole lot of other places to eat/shop + a movie theater.I would recommend this salon to anyone who is in north Austin so you can see for yourself.

It took two hours for an SNS mani with an appointment. First, I waited in the seating area for about 20 minutes. Then, they left me in the chair for 50 minutes after removing the polish. I would have left if they had not already started the process.The final outcome was about average. My complaint is due to the poor customer service and long wait time.

*EDIT 06/08/18*: I hadnt had a pedicure in a few months and decided to come in since I was leaving out of state in a few days. Coming in at around 11am~ they seemed pretty busy for having around 3-4 employees. They normally just greeted you by the door and asked what service you need. This time though, they had something new. An extremely slow and possibly outdated tablet with a subpar clientele management software that literally (LITERALLY!) look me 5-6 mins to complete and submit my info.After waiting 8 mins for them to seat me, I was then told to soak my feet in water (which I didnt) and then waited 45 mins in the chair (!!). It would have been nice for one of the employees to advise me that there would be a wait of over 40+ mins than to have me sit in the chair. And they expected me to soak my feet for almost an hour? PFFT! They also raised the price for the classic pedi by a dollar and the actual quality of the service has been stripped to almost nothing.The young guy who did my pedicure did not correctly remove my cuticles, didnt ask whether Id like to file or cut down my nails, and the polish job was subpar. I did not expect this at all from them - as you can see my previous review, I was raving about them. Not so much now.I tipped him appropriately for the subpar service he provided and I saw him stare at my receipt like there was an error in tipping. NOPE! Do a better job and Ill tip better. Not sure that I would come back again after my last visit and wouldnt recommend them either. I expect a 30+ min wait during peak rush times like after 4pm or on the weekends but this was a mid week early afternoon visit. Absurd.*ORIGINAL REVIEW*: The staff here is awesome. Always have a smile on their faces. Ive come here for pedicures, manicures and eyebrow waxing. All services were great.The prices are reasonable as well. They are very nice and offer beverages of your choosing. It is pretty relaxing, and TVs are always on with something to watch. I normally visit during the week when they open or late afternoon (11am-2pm) and its honestly never busy.They do have a few people but it is never busy where you feel like you need to leave and come back or that you would be waiting for an hour.They normally attend me within 10 minutes. I have never had an issue with them. I cant speak to the volume of customers on the weekend because I have never been here on the weekend.

I have driven all around trying to find consistancy, and so far this is the only place ive gotten it. Its was my 4th visit, Theresa did my sns and they look great, plus shes very gentle on my nail bed. Vivi did my pedicure, and she was very meticulous with everything. It was amazing. I definitely recommend this salon.

I went in around 4pm on Friday 10/7. There werent many customers there, but I read great reviews and so I thought Id try a new nail salon. I later learned why the reviews are so good, but Ill get to that at the end. The Salon pedicure I paid $35 was mediocre at best. The technician seemed tired and burnt out, like maybe she had a long day. I left with calluses and rippled toenails because she didnt buff them. Sanitation practices were a bit sketchy as well and I was uncomfortable. It wasnt really a massage, just her rubbing sea salt on my legs and feet until I broke out in a rash. After, she didnt offer to have me sit at the dryer, and told me to just wait in the chair until they were dry. I stayed for 15 minutes and read until I had to leave (in flip flops.) My nails looked good enough, so I decided it was just a mediocre service and Id go elsewhere in the future. It wasnt even worth reviewing either way. However, hours later, after my nails should have been dry, the polish was still rubbery and was denting to the touch, and the next morning and all day it was peeling off and smudging. It looked terrible. I went back in on Sunday, 10/9, to speak with the manager, show her my toenails and calluses, show her the receipt, and nicely ask for my money back. There were unfortunately NO customers present to witness this. None of the above experiences would have caused me to write a bad review, but her appalling reaction that follows is what Im really going to review here. She was not apologetic and she was extremely rude. At first she just offered to redo the polish. I said no thank you, that I didnt have time. Then she said shed partially return my money for the price of the polish change ($10 I think?). Given the poor quality of the pedicure, in combination with walking around all day Saturday with ugly toenails, that wasnt good enough for me. She then offered me a gift certificate for another pedicure. I dont have time for pedicures, especially bad ones, so I said no thank you, Id really just like a refund. She said no, anyone can come in and do that just to get free services. The state of my feet/toenails was evidence of a horrible service, and I had my receipt, yet she then literally said to my face you are a liar, you messed them up yourself. She, the manager, a smaller girl with shoulder-length bobbed hair, refused to give me her name and repeatedly continued to say I was a liar. She then agreed to give me my money back if I wrote a five star review. I said, ok, because I just wanted to leave. But then she told me to get out my phone, show me the review, and that was the only way she would give me a refund. I said no, and in good conscience I couldnt do that at this point. She said, give me your phone number, and after I see the review Ill give you your money back. I was now very angry and said no. She then said you are a liar and a bad person. People like you are what ruins businesses. She then made a threatening remark about how she had my info if she saw a bad review. After changing her mind back and forth a few times and continuing to insult me, she finally gave me my money back (reluctantly.) I think if she had been more kind and apologetic, I would have accepted the gift certificate, but she was very combative and rude. Im not sure about the validity of these four and five star reviews based on this experience. Maybe I got a tech who was having a bad day, and maybe this is a new manager. I dont know, but I will I never go back here after being insulted and asked to write a dishonest review like that.

Very crowded on our visit. Several other customers said same thing. My first visit at this location. Requested my nails be cut down. The small toe nail was not on both feet.

Made appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. Not the pink i asked for. Nails broke several days later. Had to pay to have them removed and redone.
