The first time I came here, it was because I needed a pedicure real bad. They werent busy and I was seen right away by My Lynn (pretty sure Im spelling that wrong). We hit it off! Pleasant conversation and great serviceToday I came back and requested My Lynn & she was just a pleasant as the first time. I got a SNS manicure and it looks so good! Her attention to detail is so spot on. She even suggested a gold glitter accent nail and fixed a broken nail for me.I will be back to see My Lynn! Thanks you 🥰

It’s always very nice to visit SPARKLE NAILS. The ladies are always so nice and extremely talented. I love getting dip there, and for reasonable prices. They offer drinks and a nice conversations will working! I definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and was a little weary about new owners. I’m very pleased to say it still surpasses my expectations. Now there are new products with a selection of options to satisfy any mood I’m in. Customer service is amazing and the ladies there are always very welcoming.

I called in advance to make sure their gel products were formaldehyde/chemical free since I can get bad allergic reactions to them. They were accommodating and were able to let me know what safe products they would be using before I arrived. I had called 4 other nail salons before this one and no one would tell me/bothered to look to see what chemicals were in their products. I really appreciated the service here. My nail tech told me everything she was doing, took her time, and the results were amazing! Ill definitely be back.

Incredibly fast work. Little pricey. Not as close to the cuticle as Id like, but I mentioned it and she adjusted for it. Very friendly.

Mylinh was super sweet, experienced and quite thorough. It’s clean and very low-odor, and the staff is efficient. I’ll be back in 4-6 weeks or when the dip-powder mani chips.

Diamond is a wonderful and skilled manicurist. She cares for her clients. I recommend anyone to go there and get the best service in town.

Definitely the nail shop to visit! Today was my 3rd visit. Also was in the shop when the caucasian woman answered the Hispanic womans phone and their language fight broke out. It was off the chain, and freaked the workers out. We all think we would respond differently. Me, I left as I would have done the wrong thing. Before leaving, the Hispanic lady said, I want to leave, and the nail tech said she wasnt done. The Hispanic lady said, no I want to leave and will pay what I owe you. Hair pulling and cursing was flying in the room, no racial slurs were heard by me. I was there up to when the Hispanic lady called the police. I dont recall seeing the folks on the salon, who posted negative things. Calling the police would just shut the shop down because of the crazy caucasian woman, yes, she had to be on something. After she answered the Hispanic ladys phone, she made a comment about who the Hispanic lady was married to?I will always get my nails done here. Thanks Diamond for a great job today!

I came to get my nails done for my birthday. The ladies was very rude and rushing when it was just me and another girl there. What upset me the most is she stopped doing my nails to start on a co-worker nails. Who was also very rude. Then going to ask me to pay in cash instead of card for she can get a tip.

I am an African American male. I have been there a couple times before. I felt very rushed today and it was not a busy day at all. Not sure 🤔 if it was me as an AA or as a male or that I did not get a higher package. I got the $38 package. I was not offered any beverage or use of the massage machine. There was no conversation at all. I have been getting pedicures for almost 10 years now and know the difference in service. Service was very basic and rushed today. The lady had to take clear off my nails and seemed bothered to put clear back on at the end.BAD EXPERIENCE TODAY.

The older lady in the back is not good at all, not only is she in a bad mood but you have to ask her what you want she doesn’t ask you anything I even have to ask her to put the cuticle polish after bc after I washed my hands she didn’t even care. I asked diamond to get my eyebrows Then I asked to get my eye brows done she did them in a hurry and burned the middle of the eye brows didn’t even ask if I needed lotion or anything for my eye brows and they burned bad. Diamond usually does good nails Then when I gave her the nail money she didn’t even give me change back. So I just left her the difference.

This nail salon is very impressive, nice and clean ....the manicurist are very welcoming.

Trinity does my Pedicure and does very good work and Diamond does my nails.Salon is pretty and always clean! Maria the owner has done a great job since taking over this space.

This establishment does not consider the best interest of the customer. Their priority is to only gain a profit by faking a smile and making the customer believe they are being taken care of.I have visited this location in the past and they did an okay job with my nails, they were not the coffin shape I had asked for. However, the lady helping me seemed to be in a rush. My nails overall came out looking lumpy as well.Although that was a while ago, I have recently came across a video online that went viral about an incident that occurred at this location. It was shocking to see it was the same location where I had bad nail service. Which prompted me to write this review. It is saddening to see that the establishment has done nothing to change their staffs standards when it comes to providing customer service.

First time going there, have heard many good things. Gina lived up to those rumors and was amazing !!!!! She took her time on both my pedicure and manicure which I deeply appreciated. She asked my opinion before finalizing anything to make sure it was to my liking. I will definitely be returning soon!

Sparkle nails is clean, beautiful, and the artists are friendly and great at what they do. I drive 25 minutes to get my nails done because I have not found another artist like Diamond. She is a perfectionist and will go above and beyond to get your nails looking exactly how you want them. She is especially good at dip manicures, which I cannot recommend enough.

The salon is beautiful and the staff is friendly. Diamond is amazing! My nails always look great when she does them. I usually just give her one color that I want and she thinks of something creative to do with it (Ombre, designs, glitter...) they always look wonderful and I get a lot of compliments on them.

This was absolutely one of the worst manicures of my entire life. First off, they were 35 minutes late to doing our nails. Then, when we asked for a mani-pedi, they didnt do anything other than buff and polish. I needed my cuticles trimmed and the literally painted over the ragged edge! Its hideous. I play string instruments/bite my nails a bit, and so I have fairly short, ragged nails. BUT. The woman who did my nails SCOFFED AUDIBLY when I put out my hands. I was so offended and honestly wanted to walk out demanding a full refund. I advise anyone looking for a good manicure and good customer service to take their business to Laquer or a different, no-chemical salon. -5 out of 5 stars.

Sparkle nails have always done the best for my nails, the staffs greets me really well and I travel 45 mins to come to this salon as I feel very comfortable with my nails taken care off, even once my nail got broke the very next day they fixed it of no charge, They do care for you and your nails and they really do an awesome job. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I went into Sparkle yesterday after work. While there, a very RACIST woman touched the property of another, and began yelling threats and insults at the customer after she defended herself. The staff didnt do anything to defend her, even after she asked to leave. She had to call the police herself, who also didnt seem to help much either. Even after the victim moved across the room, the racist woman began screaming threats at her again and making derogatory comments about the fact that she was Latina. The staff shouldve kicked her out but unfortunately they sat there and watched. I dont want to give money to an establishment that would continue to serve a racist and sit there silently while an innocent woman is being insulted and harassed. I was the only one who helped call out the racist lady, when the staff shouldve been the ones telling her to stop or leave.Also, my nails are decent at best. My coffin shape is more of a squoval.

I came in with my friends for pedicure and manicure. I opted to go for deluxe pedicure. I am very disappointed with the service as it was done in barely 15 mins. They were short staffed that day and thus I saved my friends money by recommending them to not get the pedicure.The lady working on our nails was rude and in hurry and just wanted to finish with us and take the next customer.I regret recommending this place to my friends and I am not sure if I will be back.

I came here a few months ago with my sister to get are nails done, the place was so pretty, the staff were funny and kind, and they were gentle not ruff. They also did my nails so good and my sisters, I recommend to get your nails done here!

Racist establishment, does not care of the well being of their customers. Disgusting behavior protecting racist behavior towards someone else. Will not be supporting a business who does not protect their customers and their safety.

The staff here apparently tolerates racist behavior. My sister went in, while she was there, a racist lady decided to answer my sisters phone, after touching her property my sister defended herself and the lady started with the racial slurs, the staff did NOTHING. In fact they kept doing her nails while the lady was being racist and told my sister they were calling the cops on her for defending herself, NO business should tolerate racist behavior but yet this one did.

Not only was my sister harrassed by a woman who was throwing racial slurs to her but the women who work in this establishment did not do one thing to help the situation and dosent seem to be worried about their clients safety . not only did they continue to do this crazy womans nails but they didnt even bother to de escalate the situation . they were actually trying to kick out my sister ?? why not the woman who was being racist and aggresive?this is insane.I do not recommend this place at all
