I adore this place and the owner. As with anywhere sometimes things arent ideal. But I still recommend it to anyone. Ive gone to Passion for 10 years.

I love Passion nails so much, Amy and her husband have a very clean and lovely salon. The services are top notch as are the nail techs.Update: I was disappointed to find out that Passion Nails has closed. I went in for pedicure, new owner very pushy. I would love to know if Amy has opened another location.

My favorite place to go for a pedicure, manicure and shoulder massage! Amy and Andy are true gems. Call ahead if you dont want to wait.

The manicure and pedicure was ok but the service was not the best. The person who was doing my nails didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate what I wanted and had to repeat myself for than 5 times to which the girl got upset about. The owner intervened but the manicure was still not done as I requested.As someone who’s English is their second language I understand how hard it is but if you are paying for a service you expect a good service.

No greeting when I walked in; I signed my name and sat there for 10 minutes just for the lady to tell me oh we only do natural nails. Okay thats fine maybe if you had a direct website that has this information I wouldnt be sitting here wasting my time. smh. will not recommend or go back!

I used to love this place and returned specially while visiting Austin. My manicure here was the worst. Uneven, overly thick application, several bubbles, cracked along the sides where the second layer didnt reach the full width after only two days! My pedi (by a different lady) was not so sloppy. The bathroom was dirty. This place needs a revamp, right now its not worth it!

Almost always fantastic. Every once in a while I get someone who seems less experienced, but overall this place is the best Ive ever known.

We go here every couple of weeks because its the absolute best you can get for the price. The service is great and the staff is super friendly.

Before driving to this nail salon my friend and I did research to ensure they did the service we wanted. Upon entry we were not greeted, and were told that they do not offer the service requested.

I decided to sneak out of the office to get away and I picked the correct place to go. Great job, I will be back.

Anna the pedicurist was great and nice .Tina for my shellac nails manicurist, very rude thru out service .Usually these places have very nice polite ladies, not this woman Tina

This is my favorite nail salon in Austin for a simple Mani pedi with a great massage. There is a discount if you pay in cash!

This place takes great care of you. Im a guy, and I dont need a lot out of a mani/pedi. They really go above and beyond with their services, and exceed my expectations every time!

Please put that you only do natural nails! I was visiting from out of town and drove here because of ratings. Lost stars because your advertisement.

Very very good shop & workers!!! Had 4 peds today!!! The only thing that might be helpful information is if the manicurist learned a little more English... one girl had gel on her toes & said no polish I just want my feet done, she leaned back to relax and the worker started filing right on top of nail...arghhhh gel had to be buffed out & polished... The gal that checked us out asked each one of us if we wanted to TIP???? Then when we said Yes of course she said cash, ok!!! Ohhhhh myyyy not good!

Super nice staff and the most incredible massage - probably spent 30 minutes on that alone. Small location so there could be a wait.

I have been coming since they opened. I never feel rushed. They do a great job.

Usually easy to walk in or get scheduled. Amy the owner is a sweetheart.
