I have been to many places around Austin & texas and Id have to say, this is one of my go-to nail spas! My boyfriend loves how detailed they get when cleaning his toenails and I adore my nails, nail shape and nail art, every time! Mom and Pop shop. Sweetest people and they really do good work. And if a nail has ever broken (within timely manner of course), no questions asked they always fix asap. God bless good people! Hope this helps the community :) I love my pink and white ^.^

I’ve been going here for over a year now, and don’t trust ANYONE ELSE with my nails. Li and Gi are AMAZING and so sweet and wonderful. i feel like family when i come here and they always take the best care of me. they are always clean, professional, and efficient. they listen to what you want and make you feel like you matter as a customer. also, their prices are way better compared to many other salons in the area. here’s some of my favorite nails they’ve done for me over the last several months!

This is a very friendly, affordable, no frills nail salon. I only go for pedicures and have never been unhappy. I never make appointments but can always get -- my longest wait ever was 10 minutes. Very nice people.

Very hospitable and friendly atmosphere. I brought my 6 year old on the first visit and we had a blast . Every one is welcoming and NiNi does an awesome job on my nails . I will be back =)

Ive been here 2 times I should have learned my lesson the 1st time but its Convenient distance wise. The product they use is garbage. It doesnt last 2 weeks. The Acrylic chips like cheap nail polish. I came in for the 3rd time to get 3 nails fixed due to chipped acrylic less than 2 weeks. I was waiting my turn and a family of 4 came in for pedicures. I was asked to wait or come back. No‼‼I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD

I always find the personnel to be courteous and friendly. I generally do not have to wait hours to get appointment (the reason I left my other nail place of 6 years.) The work has been perfect each time.

Literally the worse nail shop experience Ive had in my entire life. A Chinese guy did my nails and he was very bad at them. He made them very thick and messy he wasnt good at shaping them either. I was there for over 3 hours having him fix each nail. I had acrylic under my nails and on my skin so I knew he would have to file the heck out of them to get them cleaned up. Worse experience ever hands down I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Came on a Sunday around 12 and was seen within a few minutes. Spa was clean and prices were reasonable. Got a maní and pedi at the same time which got me out within an hour. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning!

The first time I went here was a fine experience. The second time, the lady who did my pedicure assaulted my toes with a nail file/buffer. She was scraping the skin too hard and just as I was about to say that she was hurting me, she gave me a big cut across my toe with the file! I prefer not to be injured during beauty treatments that are supposed to be relaxing. I probably wont be back. Prices are a little high.

Because of the language barrier, the top of my eyebrow was waxed off.. I understood what it was so wasnt surprised when my eyebrows were not even...before I freaked out, Id figure i may as well risk it and asked her politely to make them the same. Came out perfect.

Finally found a decent nail salon. My major complaint though is how they talk in their language the entire time to one another across the room. And they constantly ask if you want other services you didnt ask for. The male Gi did my nails and so far i am very pleased. Hopefully they last!Update: i now only allow Kim to do my nails.

Ive been going to this nail salon for the past year and have been mostly satisfied with my time spent there. I can truly say that the nail technician insisting on doing my nails DURING my pedicure is very annoying not to mention making it impossible to sit comfortably and enjoy my pedicure. I generally get the deluxe pedicure but since the nail technician just has to do my nails then, I cant say I come away feeling relaxed. Im headed there now and I plan to talk to them about keeping things separated. Well see how it goes. Other than that one issue, I love the quality of the services I receive. I highly recommend them. :D

First time there it was ok service but did not get what I asked for. I even showed them a picture of the design I wanted in one of the nails and they said they could do it which did not happen. I wanted a pink dtarfish at the tip of my nail and instead I got a white flower -.- and when I asked her about it she said my nail too small....no its not Ive had other designs. Yes it looked pretty but I was mad that it wasnt what I went for and left disappointed. Not to mention she did hurt my nails a few times. I probably wont be going back. Good luck if you go there.

I went here Sunday for a toe polish change and shellac polish nails. Waited a hour, the lady tried to give me a pedicure which i had to stop then because I didn’t get a manicure they didnt paint my whole nail and my shellac is already chipped after 4 days. Eventhough i bought it to her attention she wasn’t painting my whole nail she continued to half paint. Another person offered to fix but by then id been there almost 2 hours & my daughter was calling my phone so I wasn’t wasting anymore time. I wont be returning to this location.

Always a very clean place. The staff members are always smiling and they do an awesome job! I even took my husband there for his 1st Mani/pedi and now hes hooked!

They were 10 minutes late opening the shop. not a big deal.I was offered a drink:)They were very nice and welcoming :)pedicure:-quick massage (not relaxing)-they completely remove all moisture before putting on polish, you walk out with dry feet-their massage chairs arent that great. you have to keep pressing buttons to keep it going-affordable service. you get what you pay for 25$Facial:-she had plenty of time to prep for my facial while i was getting a pedicure-steamer was not full...looked like dirty water was left in from a previous facial (not sanitary)-all the products on the display shelf were oil of olay and neutrogena-She kept walking in and out-her hands smelt like food-i stopped the service after she cleaned my face-kept telling me i needed the facial-pushy but sweetwaxing:-dirty messy pot-reuses wax sticks-denied this service as well

My first time here I gave this place a 5 star review. After my 3rd time here, I am bumping it down to 1.The first 2 times my nails were okay, but not great. When they changed the shellac it actually physically hurt when they would scrape off the gel because they would do it too hard and I would have to keep asking them not to be so rough.My 3rd time here was the week before thanksgiving. When I got there I was the only person there, and I asked for a shellac change and a toe shellac change. They got to work on my toes at one of the pedicure stations and had a girl come over with a portable manicure set to start on my fingers. Well, about 5 minutes into this 2 individual ladies came in needing services and a mother with 3 girls came in for manicures as well. The lady that was working on my nails wrapped them in polish remover and said she would be back in a few minutes while the lady was still working on my feet. Hand lady then went to work on the girls that had come in for manicures with their mother. Normally I am all about multitasking, but only if its safe and you know when to stop. Instead of stopping when my remover should have come off, she did all 3 girls nails, taking about 35 minutes. Meanwhile, I told my foot lady that the remover felt like it was burning and my fingertips were actually starting to feel numb. She kept telling me it was fine, and that if I took my fingers out of the foil she would have to do it all over again. FINALLY nail lady comes back to me and she takes off the foil. Not only did it ruin my nails (they were naturally longer, and they had curled and shriveled up and had to be cut all the way down to the base) but it burned my skin!! When I mentioned this to nail lady she had the nerve to say your nails looked like this when you came in NO. They didnt. They werent curled up into funky shapes that cut into my skin, I wouldnt have been able to function that way, and my skin was not red and raw in some places, and a ashy white on the edges (it almost looked like sores). So she cuts the nails off down at the base. Not only did she not cut evenly, she left tears in my nails that she attempted to cover up with gel that split the next day. When I mentioned how bad they looked she said I was being too picky. Is it too picky to ask that your thumb is filed out evenly so it doesnt look like a hunk is missing? Apparently. She then was very frosty and cold and got me out as quickly as she could. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back. Its been 3 weeks, and my skin around my nail STILL hurts. I went to another nail place called Spa Nails up by whitestone HEB and the tech there saw the damage to my nails and recommended I get SNS nails ( a hybrid of gel and acrylic kind of, but without the damage of acrylic) to try to keep my nails protected while they healed because they are that bad. DO NOT GO HERE! You may get lucky a few times like I did, but once they mess up your nails its a very painful recovery.

I used to have a good experience here but last time they cut my ankle with my last pedicure I let it go they gave me a fill not barely six days ago and two nails have already broken and I was charged $40
