On a road trip to the west coast I desperately needed a mani and pedi so stopped here and I’m so glad I did. The girls worked quickly and did a phenomenal job! Not to mention they helped me relax for the rest of my drive with great massage of arms and legs

Absolutely love the people hereNot only do they make me laugh but they make sure your happy i like to mix colors on my nails sometimes and it crAcks me up when they tell me ohhh no that won’t look all that good and offer up a suggestion! All 3 of them take their time and make sure all’s good . Love that !

Very nice, efficient and thorough! I got a gel manicure and they took their time and did an excellent job! I chipped two nails within a week and went back and fixed them for no charge. This is my go to spot in Steiner Ranch.

The shop is wonderful. Customer service is amazing. The owner and the staff do marvelous work. Always satisfied

ABSOLUTELY terrible. (Wish I could give zero stars) Disappointed and will never be returning. First of all they don’t have the colors of sns pained on nails for display, so when I picked my nail color I was told it would be a tan/pink. WRONG it was brown. I ask then if they could remove the color and then just layered a new color on top. Then my nails where way way way to thick, and the brown still remained on the sides of my fingers. By the end I ask them to remove the horrible looking nails and they said that would be and additional $10. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any salon, and I would recommend not wasting your time.

I love all the girls at this spa. They always do a great job and take the time to give you an awesome massage with your manicure and pedicures.

Got sns powder here for the first time and loved it. The price was great, technician was friendly and very precise, no wait time (suggest going during the week), ideal location near local residences, and they offered refreshments. Very pleased :)

I normally love Nikki but ever since she opened her own place shes been giving poor customer service. When my mom and I go in shell start doing our nails but as soon as another client comes in she leaves us and works on the other client, finishes them, and then will come back to us. Sometimes well schedule her but then we will get a different staff member bc she overbooked, which happens a lot. Today I walked in to get the gel manicure for the first time and she yelled at me in front of other clients! The room went completely silent!! Ive been disrespected way too many times here and its getting really old. Its completely embarrassing when the other staff apologizes for her and try to make it up to you. Whats more irritating is that I give BIG TIPS for their service but I get treated like Im scum.

Totally messed up my sns and made my finger bleed and took TWO hours for sns. Now Im leaving with ugly ass nails. Never going back

This establishment is an embarrassment when it comes to customer service if I could rate them zero stars I would, my friend went to get her nails done and showed the owners son a photo of what she wanted and he proceeded to tell her “are you serious” and gasped in frustration, he proceeded to do her nails, their was several times where he injured her, he was more interested in getting a loan for a house and calling and texting then finishing the job, my friend told him that she didn’t want the rest done (she was bleeding from her hands) and he proceeded to ask her to pay $50.00, she didn’t want to be disrespectful or get him more mad then what he already was so she proceeded to pay, and we are yet to receive a call about our complaint
