Incredibly poor communication on multiple shipments which resulted in storage fees. We were not asked for necessary documents until the last free day and container went into storage. Hardly living up to the billing as a logistics company when the logistics are not planned by then and then put ultimate responsibility for the customer to do what they sell themselves as doing.
