I love this place! Thanks to Joel and everyone here for always having a good attitude and helping me out when I need it. This place prints poster wall hangings and serves in other ways, custom crates and more. I’d trust them with any project or need that they can serve.

Im not sure why this place is so highly rated. Ive tried to give this place multiple chances and they never own up to their ratings or their rediculous prices. They have not properly packaged my candles twice and tried to put the blame on me, saying I never told them the items were fragile when I clearly told them they were glass candles and the employees take each item out and weigh the items before I purchase for shipping. So Im not sure how more specific I can be? He packaged my items without bubble wrap and my items were shattered when they arrived to my customer. The only thing they offered was $10 off and tried to charge me $40-$50 to send another package. Meanwhile another place down the street charged me $20 to send the same package. The owner was extremely rude about the whole situation and the customer service was so bad that I had to call Annex Brands to report the owner and customer service. Ill NEVER come back to this place again.

Have use this vendor in the past when I lived in the area. Since I had a need at this time and was in the area I opted to use them again. Very please with the expertise and information provided to make and informed decision. Would highly recommend this vendor if you have a need for mailing or shipping large or small packages. Also learn that you can get stamps and other postal items at this location.

Since my first call to this store, moving from Hawaii. James assisted me with top notch info. He took a lot of my anxiety away with setting up a place to forward mail. James asked me to call Joel the next day to find out about finalizing the service. Joel really knows what he is doing. I was relieved, Joel is an expert on any type of shipping, mailbox, even passport picture. Joel’s knowledge is unbelievable!! He really knows the ins and outs. Every time I have needed help these two gentlemen expedited the task with ease. To close this review I’d like to say five star rating can’t explain how much I recommend this place. Awesome personal service and wonderful staff, very friendly. I especially recommend their Save Your Tape services for digitizing old videos and so forth. They also offer the service to make shipping crates that are fantastic and well-constructed. An example is available in their display room at the front. Pak Mails shipping services are excellent.

We planned a cross-country move from Austin and were unsure about the transport of valuables, including art work. Good reviews pointed us to Joel at the nearby Pak Mail. On 01-10-18 my daughter in law went into Pak Mail Anderson Mill shipping store in Austin, TX to ship a notebook computer to me. They charged her $119.24 for UPS ground shipping for 7.5 lbs. She had requested that they double box it for safety, they did, they used a 20x16x8” carton. They charged $17.39 plus tax for this shipping carton and then charged another $20.00 for insurance. The shipping carton is commonly available for $5.00.Upon receipt I looked up the actual UPS charge for this size and weight shipping carton with insurance. The UPS store charge would have been $45.53. Pak Mail Anderson Mill charged $119.24 for the same service.Upon examining on line reviews I see that I am not alone, others have had similar issues. My concern is that some customers may not be aware of the excessive profits being made off them.I simply want to warn potential customers to do their homework before you become another Pak Mail Anderson Mill casualty.Joel, in response to your comment, i used the UPS calculator and the charge was based on VOLUME, weight on my Detector shipping scale and insurance. Your box was not large enough to make the 24 lb category. I own a business, I ship over a thousand packages a year and have so for 30 years. My facts are dead accurate, yours a rip off. I told my daughter to ship at your crazy price simply to save her time.

The owner and staff here are very thorough, friendly, and efficient. I am normally in and out in just a few minutes, whether its to pick up mail or ship a package. Ive had a PMB box here for about three years now and will continue to use them for all my mail and shipping needs.

I was searching for a notary and discovered this place and am really glad I did! George was terrific and handled my notary needs and even pointed out something I had forgotten to complete. I went to the store with the intentions of only purchasing a box for my item and then going to USPS to mail from there. Upon entering the store I noticed signs that said they shipped for USPS, FedEx etc. So I figured that it would be easier to just ship from there instead of driving all the way to the post office. So the man takes all my info and then tells me that it will be a whopping $130 to ship. Since I had already done my research online and had concluded that it was the cheapest to ship from USPS only about $20-$30, I knew that that was outrageous. I told him that I could not afford that and would just like to ship using USPS, and he went on to tell me that USPS would cost way more to ship because even though my item did not weigh much it was large and it would take up more room on the truck and thus the post office would consider my item to weigh 46 lbs. which would cost me more in shipping and also his packaging price was at least $30 for it. I told the man that I would just like to buy a box instead for my item so I could take it and ship it myself at the post office. He then (now with attitude) punched harshly the register keys to ring me up for a box. He then rudely told me that it would be $12.98 WOW! $12.98 for a freaking box! I went ahead and purchased it just to get out of the store as fast as I could. After leaving the store I felt a lot of remorse for purchasing a $13 box when I could go to the grocery store and get one for free. I went to the post office to ship my item and they do go by weight not by size and it only cost me $31.58 and that includes $2.60 or insurance. I dont normally write reviews but I feel like I need to because this guy is ripping people off. People try to make a little bit of money just to get by and he takes it. I would not refer this place to my worst enemy, do not go to this place!!!

This store is not a direct Fed Ex or UPS store and for that reason all of the wieners that complain about higher prices and forget about the convenience that this store brings I say bully on you. I have been to this store numerous times and only received the highest service and have always felt they treated people with this upmost respect. Please understand when you go to an outlet, you are going for convenience for your comfort. I for one would recommend this store and have many times driven past other stores to come to this one because of the professionalism.

My 72 year old grandmother went in there to have something notarized and mail a few things certified. She forgot her glasses at home (I drove her), none of her envelopes were addressed and of course she couldn’t see. I wish I would have gotten his name but the young gentleman behind the counter literally took care of everything for her while having a smile on his face the whole time. He was kind and courteous and went FAR past above and beyond for my grandmother. From now on I won’t go any where else for my shipping/mailing needs! Thank you kindly young man behind the counter, you are a rare find these days!

I stopped by the other day to get something notarized and it was a quick and easy process, and super cheap! Only $6 to get a 15 page document notarized and it took less than ten minutes. The employee who helped me, James I think, was super nice and helpful and told me everything I needed to know.

Showed up on December 19th when the post office nearby was so busy it didnt even have parking spaces. I was the only patron and got good, quick service.

I have been coming here for years and couldnt be happier. I recently moved to Pflugerville but will still make the 15 minute drive to have the guys at this location take care of my mailing needs. I ship stuff all over the world and theyre always so helpful and sweet. Highly recommend this place! :)

Went in because I had a discount received in the mail (had used them before, good service) but they wanted $60 to send a 4# package to Florida on 12-13 to arrive in time for X-mas.I went across I-83 to UPS Store and paid $20 instead... Pak mail said additional packaging material was needed, UPS didnt think so, Ill update if UPS and I turn out to be wrong...

If you have a next day package with urgent delivery DO NOT DROP OFF AT THIS PLACE. I had a next day USPS package. The package did not get picked up until the next following day at 6 pm. The package has now been delayed for 3 days due to me dropping off at this Pak Mail. Will definitely make the extra drive to hit up any UPS, FEDEX and USPS. Much more worth it. Oh and the owner, has zero customer service skills. Very rude and does not care for the customer. Lesson learned.I most definitely dropped my package here. I am the woman that said Thank you very much and you replied with UH HUH so I corrected you and said Youre welcome NEVER USING THIS PLACE AGAIN

I had two packages that I needed shipped. I don’t know the man’s name but he was very helpful and friendly. I had no clue that this place was there but I’m glad I found it. I definitely will be returning when I need to ship something again.

Service in this place is not that friendly. They expect you to be the shipping expert not them. They want to charge $ 800 for international shipping of a single small item ! Crazy check EnvioPronto if you want to get great service and decent pricing !

I have used this Pak Mail Location for years. Joel Is Fantastic! I have shipped all over the states, Europe and Japan. I have trusted Joel with my most important shipments. The service has always been exceptional!

I have been to this location a handful of times and it has always been a pleasant experience. Today was a different story. They quoted us almost double the shipping charge that FedEx quoted online, and when we brought that up, the man got visibly annoyed and acted as if we entered the information wrong. We had not. Given that, we opted to buy our own label online and have PakMail print it for us. We had forwarded a few emails to print and they charged a technology fee of $2 to open each email on top of the printing fee. This would be okay had I not asked and specifically been told that there would only be ONE technology fee charged. The man even yelled from the back that she should charge us another! You might want to be a bit kinder to your customers and not treat them like idiots if you want them to return. There are several shipping centers near this location; we will gladly use them instead.

I opened a mailbox with them and it was a great experience. The lady was very nice. Their mailbox somehow is cheaper than UPS store. It is way more pleasant to deal with them than the UPS store on Anderson Mill.
