What to start off by saying great company to work with. I have done business with Arrive for over 5 years now and have worked with a bunch of their Reps, they are very knowledgeable, professional and timely. In June I booked a load with Mr. Conner Roche and wanted to take this time and make sure that Mr. Roche gets recognized for his AAA++ work. If you ever need someone to book loads, provide you with great service, care about the customer and the carrier Mr. Conner Roche is your guy. In the few months that I have had the pleasure to work with Conner he has bend over backwards to make sure the customer and carrier are satisfied. Mr Roche is very respectful, professional, hardworking, caring and show great management skills. In the beginning I though he was the manager just because the way that he would handle situations. You will neve hear from Mr Roche say “let me ask and see” he is the type of individual that will stay with you on the phone till the issue is takes care and resolved. Overall, I Know Arrive is a great company to do business with, but they need more people like MR Roche. This is one of the main reasons that Truck Brothers still works with Arrive. When you work with this company, as broker, and you hear this name Britanny Penn,just go on other load because is the lowest quality person I ever see. Pickup load for a distribution center and gues what, she never took a appointment number and as result one day stay at fence after 12 hours waiting there what can I say,with people like this us is sinking every day little by little.

This is the worst company to haul for stay away from them I have a load on my truck for 4 days now and they can’t find a warehouse to deliver it. It’s hard to get in contact with brokers, and they are very disrespectful especially Kendall. He advised me I would have to pay $1000 to get a load deliver because arrives logistic would not. Even tho the shipper loaded my 15 year old trailer at the shipper but the load was rejected at the receiver. The broker did not specify these thing to us. Now they went home and my driver is stranded for 2 days now. I cannot get in touch with a supervisor because no one wants to connect me.

Absolutely the worst brokerage company I have ever worked with. They do not follow up with anything. I was stuck on a load for 2 extra days because of a 8 hour load time. I was told several times before the load was delivered I would get layover. 12-15 calls later of being told We will call you right back not 1 call back. Now Im being told they are to busy with other loads to talk to me that I will receive a call back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ARRIVE. They do not pay.

Their broker service is one of the best out there.Very friendly and highly proffessional.Rates are great, no lies about the pickup and delivery locations, times etc.What they say is what you get.And if there is any problem you can be sure that it will be solved very quickly and efficently.We work closely with Michael Francinis team on an everyday basis and will continue to do so for very long time.

Unprofessional, terrible place to work at. Long, draining hours, recipe to get burnt out, low pay, never even saw substance of the commission I was racking up and once you stop being an asset to then you’re disposable to them. Cannot in my sane mind recommend them as an employer, and after taking care of their services much less their services.

This review is regarding payment on a load I hauled for them back in October and which I still haven’t received my check. They are giving me the run around and always promise that they’re going to fix it asap but nothing. They are saying check was sent with wrong address and that they have to void the check first. That is a symptom of financial stress on this company and they could go bankrupt at anytime. If possible stay away!.......UPDATE: I have tried numerous emails to that email you replied me with and I get no responds! Load # 1508843 email me to the email you guys have on file because I know you guys have it.

BE AWARE ! This brokerage company is probably about to go bankruptcy because for last three loads we waited payment for months. And now for the last load we did two months ago, We are still waiting for payment and just reading lies and lies over email from accounting department how they mailed the check which is not arriving for weeks and now they CANNOT cancel that check for another 30 days and set up as for a quick pay because of their RULES. And they rule is probably just to make as much as possible money and go in bankruptcy. About what the rules are you talking about shame on you!! If you own somebody money and payment is late for a month because of you, you should be running around to help us out and make a payment and not joking with people! And never never never never answer on the phone calls!If you think thats a good game of stealing money from somebody and putting it in your pockets trust me the karma will come after each one of you thinking like that. Arrive Logistics is a business without ethics or morals and it really shows through their staff. Carriers beware! Written agreements are not honored. If they have a shipment with a low profit margin they will find a way to deduct you.

Please, please. Drivers read the reviews before booking with this company.They don’t want to pay detention and they give you the run around, I been dealing with them for 1 week and they can’t resolve anything, driver hasn’t gotten paid yet. I have talked to 6 people and supposedly they take notes and send emails to the team so they can be involved, but no one knows nothing and they have no notes. Also they someone gave me a wrong because there’s is no one with that name in the company.Drivers go through the stress of picking up the load getting it delivered on time, we don’t need to deal with the stress of not getting paid. Also the rate department never answer and they are the only ones that can help. This company is WACK seriously.

We have done business with Arrive Logistics for a while now. Most loads has been Pepsi products. Whenever this is an issue with delivery where products fall over. Arrive personnel knows exactly what needed to be done to solve the situation. In trucking business we will comes across delay loading/offloading or others issue but we were taken care of to make our business operate more smoothly.

Booked a load with one of their genius brokers. Broker kept on saying that its a straight through load and that the receiver works 24/7. I drive700 miles straight over night just so I can get to the receiver 12pm so they can tell me my appt is Nor until 1:00am. I tell the broker that Ill need detention on this one since Im loosing practically a day-to which he says will work it out. Next morning I text him for the updated rate conf and he says we dont pay detention on produce load, bye and blocks my number knowing that he coordinated the load and appt times. SmhIts the second time they do this to me putting their irresponsibility and negligence on drivers.

Ive been working with Arrive in Austin, TX for over a year now. Joe Coppel and Kristian Voelkel are absolutely awesome at their job. I book at least two loads with them weekly. I had ONE issue once where my truck broke down and they were extremely accommodating with the receiving time for my driver. I can honestly say Id recommend these guys to anyone.

This was the worst shipping experience I have ever experienced. Do not use this company. I paid for 3 day rush shipping fees when I ordered my clothes July 26th. I am opening a kid store in the mall and the past weekend and this weekend would of been the most lucrative weekends for me this month until Thanksgiving. It is now August 9th and I still have received my shipment. The company is rude and nonchalant. Haven’t offered any refunds or concern for the thousands of dollars I have lost. This shipment was for my grand opening which was suppose to be August 1st. I was dealing with Kevin and he has lied to me every step of the way. They are just negligent liars with no respect for the businesses they are serving.

Dont do loads for them they dont pay detention. It took them a hour and a half to get a lumper express code. Sounds like there broke to me. Im lucky if i get paid in 30 days. A lot of bad signs and red flags from the way they do business.
