We had our system installed by brinks technicians, which included a video camera at driveway.We had an issue one night so went to look for video images and none to be found on control panel or phone. Called Brinks (after verifying account multiple times and getting transferred the same, 20 minutes later finally got tech support), asked if they had access to the images. Your camera is not recording, was never turned on. Was told this would be fixed and we would be able to see images, indicated system retains 1000 images p/month, deletes and starts over.Two weeks later, still no images. Called again but got tired of verifying account and getting transferred so gave up.Support is a joke. On line chat is only virtual, no live chat.Customers spend more time verifying account and getting transferred to different support centers. When I asked one rep why I continually get transferred she indicated there are different branches, she provided me with the numbers to my particular branch. I called them, and surprise, could not verify my account, needs to transfer me.DONE with Brinks. We already have blink, will get ring and be a lot less frustrated!!!

If you go here for an interview push the white button to the left of the interior door to let them know your there. I stood there for 10 minutes before I saw the sign. Felt really intelligent after that.

Good luck trying to ever cancel. They make it impossible. Horrible.

Does not care about worker conditions. Having employees working 12-14 hour days without a proper lunch or training.
