Manager and his staff did 5-star customer service listening to me and investigating my missing Ground package that I put in a dropbox and was picked up by an Express driver. The manager and his staff tried super hard to help me by looking in their warehouse and contacting the driver, and I really appreciated their efforts. Turned out, the package was eventually found in a Ground facility and sent on its way, and the Express driver could not scan the Ground package on pickup. I felt satisfied that they run a good operation, and will keep using them for my shipping needs.

I was expecting a package that required a signature. Driver made no attempt to deliver package they cited that they could not enter my complex yet 30 minutes later I received a UPS delivery, so due to FedEx ineptness it requires me to go to their facility for pickup.These people are paid handsomely to do their job yet so we are charged handsomely to have a package delivered.Privatized company’s are no better than Government FEDEX vs USPS no difference ‼️I guess this is the Customer Service of the Future 😳🤔‼️

Terrible service! Package was already 2 days late from guaranteed delivery date. Then found a sticker on my door with no info whatsoever written on it. I don’t think they even rang the doorbell. After calling customer service, I now have to drive an hour to get the package. There wasn’t even a signature request. Why couldn’t they just leave the package? It’s always something with this company.AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COSTS!

Paid for overnight delivery. App was broken all day long again so couldn’t use delivery manager to ensure they dropped it at our gate. Then of course they didn’t leave the package. App is broken all the time. UPS is far superior with app, customer service all of it. Even Amazon logistics does a better job in all honesty.

Couldnt set up delivery manager because FedExs computer system thinks my home is a business address. I went the morning of the delivery to the sorting center because that is the last location where the tracking said it was scanned. It was not at the sorting center but they thought it was already on the delivery truck, but they didnt know which one and none of the trucks in the area showed it on their inventory.I asked the sorting office to PLEASE intercept the package as I did not want it sitting on my porch all day. They man at the center took my phone number and said he would share it with the drivers in case my package was on their truck.Later this afternoon as I was coming home I saw the FedEx truck in the parking lot of my apartment complex. I followed the truck to almost my building... but the truck then turned and left. At that point I expected the driver to realize my package was on his truck and to call me. Did anyone do so? Nope. Here I am an hour later, no one knows where my package is and no one has called me about it.I will absolutely use USPS or DHL next time no matter the cost, because at least Ill know where my packages are and I know theyll be delivered.

FedEx never attempted to deliver my package. There was zero communication about my package on FedExs part. I contacted the sender Mint Mobile. FedEx decided to just return the package to the sender instead of attempting a delivery. Mint Mobile offer me a refund but they are also waiting on FedEx to return the package. I only waited 8 days for the package. FedEx you suck.

I have 3 packages today that all say Delivery exception Customer not available or business closed. I see FedEx trucks drive BY on my camera but do not stop by my door step to even attempt delivery. I am at a house. Never had this problem with UPS but once last year and I use them way more. Use some technologies to solve this issue FFS

We had a package that needed to be signed for but the driver wasnt letting us know he was there. So we had to go to the distribution center to get our package. They were awesome and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Drove down to pick up a package that was marked undeliverable 3 days in a row while we watched the FedEx driver just drive past our building. While we’re picking up the package two other people from East Austin walk in with undeliverable packages from the same driver. Literally a Curb Your Enthusiasm skit. Branch manager Ronnie does not take accountability. We were promised a call from the manager of 78702 and never heard from them- this should have been their first priority Monday morning.

Today is at least the twelfth time that FedEx has sent me a notification saying that they attempted to deliver my package but no one was home. Truly its happened so many times that Ive lost count. Ive been home for the last year due to the pandemic and no one ever buzzes. Every time I try to connect with someone at FedEx, they dont help and do not provide a solution or phone number of someone at the shipping center. This too bad mentality is disappointing for Fortune 50 company and frankly unacceptable. To try to make this as EASY AS POSSIBLE for the driver, I go into my FedEx account for every expected delivery I have to Manage Delivery and ensure that instructions to buzz me are in there. I am still dealing with the same problem. Waiting for them to contact me with a long-term solution.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Michael is the man and always helps me when I need it.Also, Thank you Lord and FedEx for putting a dropbox outside this location.The staff members at this location are amazing, but during peak hours are hit with long lines. So the new dropbox outside is a godsend from FedEx!

This station provides the worst service ever. I have been in my office for 3 days 7-5 and they claim no one was here to receive a package. Camera shows that the driver never even came to the door. UPS sure is proving to be far better than FedX.

FedEx delivery driver had decency to knock on my door without wearing any mask during COVID pandemic and give me hard time that he cant turn around in the alley so he wont be delivering packages to our front door anymore. Wait, what? Is this for real? He said that he will be leaving them by our mailbox which is located by another house and we have packages often stolen. Today I had scheduled delivery that required signature, nobody came by to check if Im home, nobody ranged the door bell and just rescheduled delivery to tomorrow. This isnt normal service. I cant even reach distribution center, I have to call customer service and leave my number for call back. I got life, I have no time to sit around and wait for them to call me or sit around for the package that never will be delivered. And trust me, I know how hard it is to be front line workers during pandemic because Im medical professional and Im front liner as well. But Im actually good at my job, and driver/drivers who are servicing my area are not.

Stayed home from work to receive a package that needed to be signed for. FedEx driver did not ring door bell to see if I was home - I know this for a fact because I have cameras. I called FedEx when I realize what happened (she just left notice on my fence - again caught on camera) which was within 20 minutes. FedEx would not come back and deliver package.

** Notice ** - this location is moving by March 23 ( I think ) to 8233 Industry Way.Side note, I dont get the negative reviews on this physical location for lapse in driver delivery. While I am not having to walk in here often, the service reps have always been polite and able to get my package for pickup.To those asking for a local # - note that once your package is on a truck and out for delivery, you have a delivery window. Fedex policy is to not call and distract drivers just to get the whereabouts of a package. If you need something that specific, you need a different delivery company.

I recently moved 10 minutes away from this FedEx Ship Center. Im a Notary Signing Agent so Im shipping documents out every day. They are open late and their last drop is 9pm throughout the week. Everyone Ive worked with here is very kind and helpful. I absolutely love having this FedEx so close by!! Thank yall for being so amazing!!

If your shipment is at this place .Forget about it.They just lie by saying no one is at home. We are waiting for express shipment and they never came. As soon we got mail saying they will reattempt next we called customer care. Agent said driver went to wrong address!!! promised to delivery by 6 PM on same day which they missed delivery. Sent an email they will reattempt at 10:30 missed !!. Express shipment took 3 days to delivery because of there poor logistics.

I was supposed to receive a package for my daughter on Friday. By 5 I hadnt received my package so I called customer service they said it was still out for delivery and would be here by 8. I called again at 6:30 & 7:30 and got the same answer. At 7:48 I got a notification saying my package had tried to be delivered and nobody was home they would try again. I was home & had an indirect signature form on my gate just in case. I called and they directed me to a man who said he would direct the driver back to my house. After being on hold for a minute he came back with the drivers manager who stated that the driver was already back at the office. The office is at least an hour from my house. And it had only been 15 minutes since he said he had tried to deliver the package. I explained that to his manager and he said it didnt make sense and transferred me to somebody else. A girl named Rebecca. I explained to her what happen and she was extremely helpful and told me my package would be delivered by 10am on Saturday before I want out of town. Her manager Kenny called me at 8am Saturday morning to insure me that my package would be here by 10am even if he had to personally deliver it. I am not happy with the rest of the staff but Rebecca & Kenny were very nice and very helpful. Theyre the only reason Im giving them 3 stars instead of 1

Lady helping me was no help whatsoever. its as if I had to force her to go look for the package I had been called to pick up earlier that morning before they return to sender. youd have thought they had never dealt with folks coming in for pickups. not once did she even try to use the computer to look up mine nor packages info. when she finally found the package and brought it out, it was torn to shreds. looked as if rats had destroyed it and used it as a home. the package was destroyed to the point parts could have easily fallen out and no one would have known. terrible service. I will avoid using FedEx at any cost after this experience.
