They have the best staff ever. My son used to be so nervous about his dental check ups, but they have such great personalities and do their best to explain things and have ultimately made the dentist a fun experience for him. Super great with kids!

Ill update as things go, but Im glad to have gotten in last minute for an emergency visit on a Sat morning. Staff seemed knowledgeable, and for an emergency weekend visit, I cant complain about the price. We will see how treatment goes, but availability and diagnosis were both appreciated.

Everyone from the receptionists, the dental assistants, to the dentist himself are very professional and caring for both of my kids. They are informative and make both of my children comfortable. My son who is special needs and has autism is becoming more comfortable every visit and they are amazing with him and don’t push him past his limits but still get him the dental work he needs. It’s a very clean office and they take precautions with everything going on with the pandemic. I highly recommend Dr.Zahedi and his team, I am glad I choose to take my kids here and it must be a good place to work because his staff has stayed them same since I began coming here. Everyone hates going to the dentist. Dr. Zahedi and his staff make you feel differently about that. His staff and hygienist are pleasant and he is a no frills dentist. There’s nothing worse than going to a dentist and being told you need this, and that, and this deep cleaning, especially when you know you don’t and it’s all money scams (my old dentist told me to avoid dentists like this like the plague, and I’d still be going to him if he wasn’t 4 hrs away). Dr. Zahedi did the opposite of this. He came in and told me what he saw, what he didn’t, and what I needed to do to take care of it. He’s also going to quote me for some cosmetic work I want done. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I would highly recommend Dr.Ardalan Zaveri. I went in for a clean up. I was here during my third trimester of my pregnancy and he took great care to cut my wisdom tooth which popped out sideways causing great pain. I trust that Dr.Ardalan would not suggest unnecessary treatments.

I need to downgrade this place.I had to leave this place after 7 years, 5 years with Dr. Zahedi. Dr. Zahedi seems to have an affable demeanor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is about as good as you can get. And for most of the 5 years my dental appointments went well, with only minor issues at best, such as replacing old tooth chips!Why?Let me tell you.Im the type who aims for diligence with my teeth so I want to do all I can to get perfect dental health. When despite my best efforts, things go wrong, I want to know so I can correct them.After Dr. Zahedi prescribed an expensive device not covered by insurance, I asked how to prevent the underlying cause. He said, there is nothing I can do about it. I feared this device would cause further problems and it hasseemed to do so. Soon after, it seemed to push a filling out of place and Dr. Zahedi had the gall to tell me I was feeling pain in a different place where I felt the pain. How could he know where I felt my pain; he would have to be me to feel my pain.Fast forward to this week, and though I have found a better dentist, his stupid device, a necessary evil, is causing me further problems it seems. I pray to have perfect teeth and gums and have a meticulous dental regimen, yet this stupid device is messing up my gums it seems; I am praying this will not be a permanent issue, and I can restore my gums.Dr. Zahedi neglects to do what a lot of other dentists do, namely tell you the measurements of your gums. Either he didnt measure them or he didnt tell me. He never mentioned gum measurements! My new dental office tells me my gum measurements, which helps tons, because then I can take action to improve and indeed this new dental offices advice has helped me improve!After he told me of a big problem, which would have gotten him lots of money, he informed me, I have been watching this [for awhile.] Well, why didnt you tell me earlier then so I could have nipped it in the bud?Dr. Zahedi is not the only dentist who refuses to give prevention advice as before I got this new dentist who does give prevention advice, I went to other dentists who got curt and impatient when I asked for prevention advice. After I shared this story with an elder of mine, she remarked, There is no money in prevention! Indeed, dentists get more money if you have rotten teeth, so they have an incentive to find problems and prescribe treatment. I have listened to dental podcasts and these podcasts tell dentists how to upsell and these podcasts rave about scheduling expensive procedures like extractions and they express contempt for having to do low cost cleanings and fillings.If you dont care about your teeth, this place might be okay for you, but if you do care about your dental health, Dr. Zahedi is the typical dentist and you should find the rare dentist who loves to give patients prevention advice.

I had a few cavities filled, I have never been in pain after cavities but I had to take medicine everyday (he told me it was normal). I went back and he said if it’s getting better just deal. I went back again after a few weeks because I couldn’t take the pain. My teeth on that side are super sensitive to everything hot and cold now. Never had an issue before. My teeth are now hurting again giving me jaw pain and headaches. I’ll never return, going to find a dentist close to my new location to hopefully fix whatever went wrong.

Good for basic cleaning, do not recommend for anything more advanced. The staff is great and helpful but Dr. Zahedi is not great at communication.I had an experience where it was casually suggested I get crowns on two of my front teeth. I agreed, not realizing I was agreeing to an intense procedure with multiple appointments in different parts of town. In my experience, a good dentist thoroughly communicates all this.In addition, I was not fitted for the crowns with my retainers that I wear at night, so my retainer now fits differently, which therefore effects my entire mouth and will require further procedures to realign.It was a shocking experience. The office manager did what she could to help, even checking up with me on the weekend, but I chose to change dentists and feel I am in very good hands now.

This is a review for Lakeline Ranch dental. The location is close to target, and there is always easy ample parking. The waiting room is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and there is fresh water for patients if they need it while they wait. The front desk staff is kind and caring. The dental assistant, has been thoughtful and personable, on numerous occasions. The dentist, is professional, relatable, and very precise.I appreciate that this office excepts both Private insurance plans, as well as Medicaid plans. This is a large plus, and it shows me that this office is truly interested in taking care of people, and does not exist just for profit.As is true with every dental office, it is very important to keep the appointment that is made. Almost all dental offices, charge a fee for missing appointments, I have not missed an appointment yet, but I do want to relate that the front desk staff makes an extra careful effort to ensure that those who have appointments will show up for their Scheduled appointment.

I had to have a crown replaced and another one fitted on an adjacent tooth. It was 2 hours in the chair, and not a fun experience. But Dr. Z and his staff did their best to make it as easy as possible. They explained what they were doing, showed me pictures of my teeth, and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I still need to go back for the final fitting of the 2 crowns, in 2 weeks, but I dont expect any problems. Im not feeling any real discomfort following the procedure. The temp crowns feel funny in my mouth, thats to be expected.Dental procedures are among my least favorite thing, probably thats true of most people. But I feel I am in competent hands with Dr. Z and his staff.

Ive been to another Round Rock famous dental clinic, I just asked for cleaning and they came up with a plan thats worth $7000!! And thats including replacing my crown ( because they didnt feel good about it) I am very happy here, the dicotor is very knowledgeable and honest. Dr. Zahedi was so caring and stayed over an hour late for me on a Friday with other staff members when I needed an emergency dental fix. His front office staff was so kind as well.
