The nail tech was extremely rude to my young (12 year old) daughter, who was there to get a manicure with her friend. She refused to do a design on her nail, was rough, and rude. She made what should have been a fun treat into a painful and upsetting experience. We will not be returning and do not recommend this business.

I went 2 times, first time was w Amy and she is a real pro, she did my christmas nails to just looking at a picture. It was dipping powder and nothing happened for 10 days to my nails. But when I go to take of my Christmas nails and wanted something for valentines, there were a different lady and I didn’t like my nails too much, those are the pictures after 4 days. It started to come off, this time was a shellac though. I mean, I know the difference btw shellac and dipping powder but I’ve never seen some kind of shellac that easily come off.Update: I went for third time today and especially asked Amy because she did really good job for my nails first time. Second time was a disappointment with another lady. Amy didn’t surprised me and did wonderful job again! Just determine a person who is good at her/his job.

Very displeased with my first visit here. I normally do my own dip nails at home but I wanted to pamper myself as well as something that should last a little longer. The lady that did my nails didnt have a name tag and barely spoke english. I had to point out several mistakes in the even-ness of my nails and eventually stop because I just wanted to get out of there. They arent smooth on the surface. My pinky nails are longer than the nails on the rest of my hand and one of my index nails is very oddly shaped, not to mention the mass amount of other mistakes... For them charging more than most places for dip I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

I have had several bad experiences here. I tried to give them another chance because I live in Creekside and it’s a very convenient location for me but the last time I went they messed up on my manicure, dropped a tool on my foot which left a mark, stained my shoes and did not apologize or offer discount but charged me full service so I cannot recommend this place and will no longer return.

Love this nail salon! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Great selection of colors and services. They offer complimentary champagne and drinks (so many others have gotten cheap and stopped that). I have terrible callous on my feet and they’re great at getting it off! Pay the $5 for the back room for a little more privacy. They give a warm pad for your neck that has lavender infused in it. Absolutely love the customer service and options here! You won’t be disappointed.

My pedicure was very painful. I kept getting nipped by the cuticle clipper and thought my involuntary reaction of pulling away was enough to deter her from doing it again but it wasn’t. I even accidentally screamed in pain and was met with a quick “sorry” and now my big toe is infected with pus. Likely just a bad experience with a rough nail tech. Also, my sisters gel pedicure was a little sloppy, paint over her cuticles and onto the skin which means it will start to lift soon.

This is my favorite nail salon! I have been going there for 2 years now and they are fabulous, friendly, and never disappoint! I moved into downtown Houston and I still drive all the way back to this salon to get my nails and toes done! They all do a great job, but my go-to girl is Cindy because she does a fabulous job!! My nails are flawless every time!

The male that did my manicure and pedicure was awesome he took real good care of me awesome job! The drinks was good! Will go again!

My nails here have been pretty hit or miss. When working with my most recent nail technician, I had to be extremely picky and descriptive when it came to the shape of the nail. Also, he seemed to be very agitated and when brushing my fingers with a sponge, he was very aggressive and passive aggressive. He also did not do any nail-prep, so my nails have grown out pretty fast. Overall, my nails turned out okay, just service was a little iffy.

Michelle did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Very gentle, thorough, and sweet. The lady (no name tag & barely spoke English) who did my dip nails is the reason it will have been my first and last time going here. She made my experience extremely painful. It has been two days since I got my nails done & my fingers still hurt & have scabs. Lots of nips on my fingers...This was far from relaxing and my cuticles were on fire and swollen when I left. I have never written a review before but I had to write this one because I would hate for anyone else to experience this.

Nice salon, friendly technicians, but really hurt me and did not do a great job on my nails. Cut my toe with the cuticle nippers (see photo), and didnt say a thing. Lots if nips on my fingers...they look scabby now, instead of smooth and pretty. The dip manicure is sloppy and lumpy. I had to refile it myself when I got home, and that is in no way worth what I paid. I left paying $120 for an ombre dip polish (the price did not even include a manicure...just the polish job) with stubby, lumpy nails (even though I asked to keep the length), and a painful Deluxe level gel pedicure. The technician was rough with the cheese grater, and the massage was too quick. I dont know about others, but I go to get pedicures to relax. Im going to keep looking for a new local salon. I did receive a message today that they would be happy to redo my manicure, and I appreciate them reaching out, but I do not want to be tortured again. I give them two stars for friendliness and reaching out afterwards, but do these nails look like $120?!

I have been going to Nails Of America (Kuykendahl) in Creekside since we moved to The Woodlands. This site ALWAYS offers great service and the friendliest staff. Cindy is AMAZING!

First time in the Salon and it was wonderful. Very friendly staff. Very attentive. Had a nail dip with Tom and he was excellent. Totally enjoyed the atmosphere and the nail service was excellent. Will definitely go back to try their pedicure next!

Lee did my nails and she was efficient AND very sweet. My nails have never looked this good. She also did my waxing and was gentle! Tin or Tim did my pedicure and he was AWESOME. He’s was very attentive to my needs. I trusted that his hands were very strong so I asked him to massage only my feet for an extra 25 minutes. It was PERFECT. I tried to tip them well. I will ALWAYS ask for them at my next appointments.

Every time I come they go above and beyond! Great people working here! Amazing quality and gorgeous results.

The staff were amazing. They really made my daughter feel special. Technician spoke such kind words on my daughter and we so patient, a total confidence boost for kiddos. We will be back next month for pedicures. I was very happy with the memory made and plan on making this a regular thing for us.

Avoid this place. There are too many other places. If you must go, don’t let them use the “cheese grater” on your heels. It took my feet weeks to recover. My regular pedicurist couldn’t believe what my heels looked like - even several weeks after the NofA experience. It’s a very pretty place - and huge - but your feet won’t think so when you leave.

I went here for the first time today. Trish did an amazing job on my nails. I got the dip powder and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be back to see Trish.

This place very nice and they always stayed late for me last night- 35 whole minutes past closing time. My nails look great and I will definitely be coming back. Price is good too. My friend and I Love love love this place.SNS nails take time. Like, an hour, not the thirty I thought it would take.

Avoid this place! I got a acrylic nails and a pedicure and it was absolutely horrible. The acrylics were crooked and did not cover the whole nail. Also, my pedicure was great, at first. 2 days after, my toe nail got infected from them most likely not cleaning their tools correctly. Definitely not going there again!

I just started going for pedicures, since I work across at Reserve Salon and Spa. Had a great experience the first 2 times . This last time my cleaning was done half way and my polish was messy. I really did not check it when I was there because she always does a great job. I guess my business is not wanted.

Went hear on a vacation visiting a close friend of mine and I was blown away at how nice this nail salon is! My nail tech was Kevin and he did a wonderful job and was nice. I did the pampered plus pedi that has a scrub and the foot and calf massage with hot stones. He paid attention to how hot the stones and towels were and gave a very long massage that felt great and the polish was on well. Definitely recommend and ask for Kevin, he is great!

Went in had my nails done, my regular nail tech is on vacation used Cindy to refill my nails and she was great. Need a good nail tech I recommend Cindy or Meme

Atmosphere is nice and the salon is clean. The nail techs are friendly, but the guy that works at the front-could be the salon owner is not that friendly. Also when you use a card there is no tip line. When I asked he voided and re-ran my transaction including a tip, however I felt all that happened was that I got charged more or a pedicure and that the lady who did all the work did not get tipped. If you are going to use a card dont bother tipping unless you have cash.

First time I went to this salon, it wasnt a good experience but I tried again since its so close to where I live in hopes it would be better the next time... I didnt get what I asked for, was overcharged and the guy at the front desk was very rude.He must be the owner because he couldnt care less about what I was saying. I will never go back and I would highly recommend going anywhere else!

Awesome place, everyone is nice! This is my 2nd visit. My first set of nails lasted a month! They even stayed late to work on me, and my nails came out even and perfect! Moving 40mins away but I will still make that drive to let them do my nails...

Awful! I needed shellac removed and just required a normal pedicure and manicure. They removed the shellac so badly that now any nail varnish looks awful. They have destroyed my nails with the scratching the gel off. The moment they heard I did not want shellac again, they were fast and messy. Got home and redid them all again myself. Not going back ever

Crazy EXPENSIVE! 2 pedicures, $160. Mine was the works and my 10 yr old daughter literally was just painted with no water.

Workers were very rude. I called to get the price on a full set of acrylics and they answered after the phone rang for like 5 minutes and the lady who answered me was EXTREMELY rude and she made me hold for another 10 minutes and I could hear her gossiping so I just hung up. A tiny, tiny bit more expensive than some of the places further south along Kuykendahl, but totally worth it. This is my new favorite nail salon...extremely relaxing experience.

Nice atmosphere and clean. Went in for a full set removal and dip nails - appointment was at 6, didnt leave until 7:30 because they couldnt get the process right on the dip nails. They had to repeat the steps several times and even then it didnt turn out right. When I went to pay they knocked $10 off (total was $50 before the discount). I havent ever paid $40- $50 for my nails to be done - then when I voiced my concern with liking my nails and asked if they would take them off and do shilac she said to come next week or weekend when they arent so busy (yeah ok let me work around your schedule after you took my money and left me unpleased with the services provided). Super sad because they are close to my house but I will be going to my nail tech of 13+ years to have her fix their botched job.
