I just got four same-day crowns done here and it was a great experience! To be clear, no one loves getting dental work done, but everyone here made it as nice as possible for me. Sarah was so wonderful and accommodating with my financial questions and scheduling, she really went above and beyond in talking everything over with me. Dr. Trinh and Jessica took care of my actual dental work, and they made me feel very comfortable and at-ease as it really took all day for the crowns. They were incredibly compassionate, patient, kind and communicative throughout every step. They kept me distracted too with conversation - as much as you can communicate with an open, numb mouth - and they were fun to be around, believe it or not! I would absolutely recommend to anyone to come here for dental work, theyll take fantastic care of you. Thank you, ADC! I love my smile!

I’m a patient of Dr Glennon since 1992. Hubby, kids, and other families joined. The entire staff is wonderful and very caring. I happily drive down from Wilco area to him, and will happily keep doing so.

My teeth are extremely sensitive and they always are really caring and do a very good job. They are the best I have ever been to.

I came in because of nerve pain from a wisdom tooth, and couldnt my primary dentist because of covid-19. I get very fearful at dentists from prior bad experiences and Dr. Trinh and her dental assistant went above and beyond to relieve my anxiety coming in. They were exceptionally kind, genuine, and especially gentle. I have never had such a positive experience from a dental office in my life. The dental assistant, who told me her name... but Im terrible at remembering names, and if you read this Im so sorry, you were amazing...... asked me what my favorite music was and put it on to help me relax. She made me feel so cared for while I was incredibly anxious and on edge and alleved so much of my fear. They are the best Ive ever experienced in their field and will be coming back for any issues I may experience down the line hands down. If dentists scare you, these dentists will change your mind.Edit: the dental assistants name was Kaili. Sweetest person.

I love these guys/gals!! I have been going to Austin Dental Center for 10 years based on the recommendation of a good friend, and have never looked back! They are thorough, gentle, and most importantly they remember to play Leonard Cohen for me every time I go in...how awesome is that!? Something about Leonard just makes me relax immediately, and they always remember! LOVE THEM!

They should be ashamed as they pose as a friendly local doctors office. Beware of up-sells and unnecessary cavity fills that your insurance might not cover, I learned the painful way. Ive never had a cavity and have taken very good care of my teeth (with sealants) until coming here, and all the sudden they found problems with my teeth. I trusted the doctor and agreed to the fill. But now since the work was done Ive had pain in that tooth and that side doesnt line up like it used to. When I went in to have it checked Dr Glennon couldnt isolate the pain and didnt fully fix the bite, and even charged me for the return visit to fix his work! Total out of pocket was $658 and they will send you to an aggressive collections agency if you are a past due. Thats a lot of money for a single mom that now has to live with a sharp pain when eating certain foods on that side. Someday I hope I can get it fixed, by someone else.

My family and I have been coming to Austin Dental Center for 19. The service is excellent. The quality of the work that Dr, Glennon does is very good. I have had several fillings and crowns that he has done over the years and have never had any problem with them. Some of the fillings that I previously had with another Dentist did not hold up over time.I come in twice a year to have my teeth cleaned and I love the results they give me.They say that one of the the keys to good health is having healthy teeth and gums. It is very important to me that my family receives good dental care.The staff here are great, prices are reasonable and the service is top notch.I plan on coming here for a long time.

I just took my 3 year old in for his first dentist visit. The staff did a great job making him comfortable and making the experience as fun as a dentist visit can get. They also took care of myself and my 5 year old at the same time. The whole visit was very quick and painless. The staff is great!

Just went in today for a visit because my tooth was bothering me so much and I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist and staff! The Dr. answered all my questions and has a lovely smile! I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I started going to Austin Dental about seven years ago and its the best place I have ever been to have my teeth worked. Prior to me having Dr. Glennon work on my teeth I would never get complements on my smile, but now I get complements all the time. Everyone who works there is so nice and professional I can honestly say I love this place. GREAT FIND!!!

This was my first time here. It was absolutely the most positive experience Ive ever had at a dentist. The front desk staff, the hygienist, Dr.Glennon - everyone was cheerful and friendly, even when I was late and didnt have paperwork. It was such an efficient appointment and each step was explained to me before it happened. They knew just how to settle my nerves. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Austin Dental Center this morning! I had an emergency tooth ache that needed attention. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They worked me in to their busy day even though I wasnt a patient and didnt have an appointment. Dr. Glennon was great and gentle, as much as he could be, with his work. I would highly recommend making Austin Dental Center your home for tooth care!

No complaints what ever! I would be delighted if Sylvia could do any hygienist work I need in the future.I cant say I am eagerly anticipating the extensive treatment that is in store for me, but I am confident that I will be in good hands, and being cared for (as well as treated)

These folks are so nice! They did an excellent job with my teeth. Its easy scheduling an appointment there and they got me in and out in good time. So glad I chose this place to take my pearly whites to.

I thought I was going to the dentist, but think I made a wrong turn! The usual dental crew had been replaced by the Queen from Snow White, Elphaba, Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood and Prince Charming. I was surprised to discover the not-so-evil Queen lovingly made me feel at home, followed up on my last visit, and made sure I was where I needed to be... nothing like she was in the movie. When I looked up from my chair, I was shocked to see a sparkling green face looking back at me, but to be honest, the Wicked Witch of the West has a pretty good chair side manner. She had my teeth shining like the palace in no time. The Prince decreed my teeth were healthy, and I had the best time I have ever had at the dentist ! I love this place!

I had a dental emergency while on a recent vacation to Austin, TX. I was blessed to find Austin Dental Center. They were able to see me that day. Everyone was very professional and friendly. If I ever move to Austin, I would use Austin Dental for all my dental needs.

Been going here for over 5 years, happy with the work and the staff has been great. early morning appointments 7am fit well in my schedule so I dont have to take time off during the day or rush to get there later in the day.

Sylvia was my dental hygienist. She was incredibly attentive, very considerate in regards to my comfort, and has over 18 years experience working at this location. She has a good heart and she knows teeth! Dr. Glennon was personable, a fantastic storyteller, and a quality dentist. The music isnt bad either, and I had a few movie moments where the soundtrack lined up perfect with our dialogue. Someone else mentioned Leonard Cohen, and strangely enough a LC track came on during my visit as well!

Ive been a client for over twenty years and so has my wife. Great folks and great service. And still the best!

Well, I have had issues with my upper left molars for years and have spent thousands on them and been through many doctors.I could go through the whole process but the short of it is this: Dr. Glennon and his staff are wonderful and professional. Everything was done on site including my crowns. Their equipment is top notch, clean and the most advanced dentist office I have been to.After all I have been through with dentists, Dr. Glennon will always be my dentist. I had a very bad toothache that needed to be seen right away. I made this call on Monday July 30th. Sarah informed me the first appointment was on Thursday August 2nd. She calls me at 7:59am in July 31st to tell me there had been a cancellation. Can I make it by 10am? Emphatically I say yes. Upon arrival Im checked in by Katherine and then Sarah informs me that all insurance information had been taken care of. Im then taken back by Connie whom x-rays my mouth in the most delicate way. She does this and doesnt cause me any pain. Dr. Glennon comes in and tells me what needs to be done. Over an hour later the procedure is complete. I have to say this staff at Austin Dental Center is amazing. They turned my tooth pain that I thought Id have to be with for the majority of the week into a much less painful situation. I have anxiety about the dentist, with them you cant go wrong. Thank you all so much.

I have been seeing Dr. Glennon for 16 years and have always had a good experience with him and his staff.

Dr. Glennon and his staff are wonderful. I feel as though they have known me a long time even though I have only seen them 3 times in 8 months. Each person takes the time to talk with you and explain everything. When I became uncomfortable after laying with my head back for a while and had mild neck pain, the staff was quick to give me a break. My arms were numb from holding still so long but it was relieved quickly by some simple repositioning. I do not enjoy the dentist, as I bet most dont but if you must suffer through a dental procedure, I will say that you will have MUCH LESS suffering if Dr. Glennon is the one working the tools. I especially enjoyed being able to select music or television station for each visit. A blanket was provided to keep me cozy.

I had a crown come unglued recently. Dr. Glennon and his staff were able to work me in on short notice and fix the problem in one visit.

I found these guys off a $99 first-time patient special they had advertised on Facebook on July 9. It had been a few years since Id gone to the dentist, so my chain of logic went like this:1. Hey, thats a pretty good deal2. Hey, theyre right in my neighborhood3. Hey, theyre in my health insurance network (Humana)4. Hey, they have good reviewsThis lead inexorably to:5. Hey, go book an appointmentSo I did.I had to play a bit of phone tag with the receptionist in order to get my appointment booked, which was partly my fault due to being busy enough to not return their calls promptly. My appointment was a bit far out - by July 21, the soonest they could see me was September 3. However, its not like my need was urgent, and so a bit over a month was fine with me. They sent plenty of email reminders, plus a text the day of.The actual 8:50am appointment went about as smoothly as you could ask for. I showed up at 8:45am, finished my paperwork in about 10 minutes, and was seen at 9am. The special included the following things:- X-rays- A full cleaning by a hygienist- An examination by Dr. Glennon- A home teeth whitening kit thingI received all of that, done promptly and professionally, and I was out of there by 10:45 for exactly $99. They recommended some additional work, but it was surprisingly little for someone too lazy to go to the dentist for literally years beforehand and who still had all their wisdom teeth. I went ahead and booked my 6 month followup appointment with a clear mind, a light heart, and much cleaner teeth.

Some people tell bad jokes about their trips to the dentist, but I love going to Dr. Glennon. It feels like old home week ... we catch up on each others lives and while I get my teeth cleaned, I get great music, wonderful cleaning, and a sense of family. Not only is every one caring and pleasant, but they KNOW what theyre doing. Once, while cleaning my teeth, Sylvia noticed a swollen gland and Dr. Glennon referred me to my ENT for further consultation. It turned out to be benign, but its that kind of care that makes me grateful for the expertise as well as the caring attitude of all the folks with Austin Dental.

I cant express how important first impressions are, especially when it comes to dental/medical. When I first contacted Austin Dental I was greeted by a very sweet and energetic receptionist by the name of Sarah. She answered any and all questions that I had and was very helpful. I called back to provide her with my insurance information, this time, I was greeted by another receptionist named Kailey. Kailey was also very sweet and helpful. So right away, I knew I was heading in the right direction in selecting Dr. Glennons office.I had not been to a dental check up in a couple years (bad, I know) due to a horrifically bad experience at a previous dental office, so I was very nervous at my first appointment at ADC. Gabby was great and made my experience very comfortable and did all necessary things for a first time visit. I met with Dr. Glennon to go over the cleaning I would need, etc. Dr. Glennon did not seem rushed and was very personable, right away I knew I would be in great hands at ADC. They also did not judge or scold me on the fact that I had not been to a dentist in a while; instead they assured me they would get my teeth in great condition.When I returned for my first deep cleaning, the visit was great and not painful at all (as crazy as that might sound). Sylvia was very sweet and provided me with a warm blanket before we started the cleaning in which she did an exceptional job! I had to return for a 2nd cleaning and rescheduling was such a breeze and the receptionists were able to get me in a lot sooner.I have started recommendingany and everyone I know to ADC, the entire team is great and caring. I am very thankful and glad that I decided to go with ADC, they have changed my views on a dental visit. Keep up the great work ADC!

She is very persistent (in a good way) with getting you in for dental care. I am the type who is a nervous wreck when it comes to going to the dentist-even for a simple cleaning. All the hygienist and Dr. Glennon make you feel at ease and are VERY PATIENT with you. For those of you who are like me, you must do the NuCare program to relax you. Classical music headphones and dark glasses are the way to go! Please ask about it. I live in Round Rock and getting through the South MoPac traffic is worth it! Thank you to all!
