The lady that set up scheduling was very nice but that’s where it stops. The “detail” was horrible. The entire boat was covered in compound from the attempted buffing job. There was black streaks that I just wiped off with my finger. All the chrome had water spots. Spots on the seats that came off with a wet rag. It actually looked worse than when they started. I received an invoice for $672.23. I sent Andrew the owner pictures of all the flaws and he said it was because the boat was in the middle of a field and is not the environment to detail a boat. The boat is right next to the house with a cover on it. If they can not detail a boat that is outside then they should not accept the job. Especially charging that kind of money knowing the job wasn’t 100% . Andrew was extremely unprofessional on the phone and it’s obvious a deal wasn’t going to be made. He tried to take 10% off and called it “inability to fix”. I spent over a hour cleaning off the compound and all the spots. The canopy was left on the ground and the cover was just thrown back on. One of the worst experiences I’ve had to deal with. This place is a joke.

Absolutely worth it. I had the boat detailed with them and the detailed worked all day to make sure everything was as clean as possible. I was quoted way more by the dealer and was told they’d have to remove stickers and branding but boat beautiful got it done without any of that extra work and for a fair price. Highly recommended for anyone in the austin area

I’ve been using boat beautiful for 4-5 years now and they never disappoint! They are always on time early in the morning, work all day on the boat and never seem to miss a spot! Boats are always looking great when they are finished. 10/10 recommend for any boat detailing needs.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I had them come out to detail my Nautique G23. I could not even tell they had been there. Multiple friends commented that they thought my boat was being cleaned and that they could not tell. When I complained to Boat Beautiful, they came out to detail it again with the same results. Extremely disappointing. This place is way overpriced for someone to come wipe down your boat, which is about the extent of what they did. No detail work. Also, good luck ever getting off of their calling and email lists.

You don’t realize how messy your car is until you get it detailed. We are very happy to have a car that looks like and smells like new.The pricing, scheduling, and communication were all great and what you’d expect from a well-run organization.

I hired both beautiful to detail my 2000 Malibu SunSetter. They did an incredible job. Robert was very meticulous with the work and took a lot of pride in his work. Very pleased with my experience using this company. I would highly recommend them!

I just moved to Austin and love keeping the toys kept up! This is your company to use! They don’t just clean, they detail and do a great job. I recently had my motorcycle ceramic coated. I don’t have to wash it, I spray it with water and wipe it down. If it’s not too dirty all I have to use is a blower to get the dust off. Long story short, if you like toys and want them to be taken care of, this is the company to use.

A pretty big waste of money for anyone who knows the basic concepts of detailing a boat. The guy who came out missed a bunch of spots on my g25. I know it’s a big boat but if you do things correctly then it shouldn’t be a problem. His orbital pad slung wax all over my trailer and they didn’t clean it up(using too much product there sonny) so after all was said and done half of my boat looked good. I would expect these results from hiring a middle schooler but not a “professional”Word of advice for anyone looking to use these guys is to buy a orbital buffer from chemical guys then use a 3 step maguires Marine detail kit and do it yourself.

Andrew and the guys at Ceramic Coat Texas are awesome always awesome work. Full ceramic coating on every inch of the boat saves so much time in cleaning and makes my boat look better than newer every time.

G25 came back after the clean And if I had to rate the clean itself it would have been a 4/10.Was not impressed by their lack of attention to detail.Kim was nice over the phone and took her 2+ weeks to call and get payment for the original service.Then a over a month later Andrew ( the owner) called me and was extremely unprofessional on trying to collect payment stemming from an issue with my card. I was more than willing to pay I had even missed their call from an unknown number and returned it immediately to get Andrew (the owner) accusing me of dodging paymentThe clean was not worth $500, Kim was great but never followed up, and the owner Andrew was Unprofessional. They did not even wipe down the trailer. That was the first sign for me. Will not be calling them back

Shady business practices, tried to charge customer 3x market rate without consent. Management and customer reps did poor job of handling the situation.

Owner is unprofessional. Take your boat ANYWHERE else. These people cut corners any chance they get.
