Hands down the Staff of Elevated Autoworks all very nice and professional. I had my front windows serviced with tint. Brandon was thorough in communicating the price and details of the tint. Overall, windows came out super spectacular and the price was great too! Id definitely would recommend and even utilize other services they offer as well.

I took in my Q50 Sport to this shop to get a chrome delete and painted red calipers. I called multiple auto shops all around Austin to get quotes and found this gem. Brandon and his team are great. Very responsive and friendly. This shop has the best prices in Austin when it comes to customizing vehicle and the fastest. They got all this work done in just 3 days, which is fast. I promise this shop will get you the best prices when it comes to a chrome delete or anything in general. I am very impressed with their work and will definitely come back if I need anything else done.

Brandon was the best Auto-Service tech I’ve ever worked with. Might help that he owns the shop, but 100% honest and absolutely no up-selling. They installed 6 inch lift on my 2019 Tacoma. I had bought the rims and tires from an online site, but he installed them for me after they completed the lift. They completed the install of everything ahead of schedule. If I decide to lift my next truck, this is where I will go. If I ever have any issues after the manufacture warranty runs out, This will be the shop I use. All techs were professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. Overall, great experience. Can’t recommend this shop enough.If I can figure out how to add pictures, I will.

This was by far the best experience Ive had getting work done on my car! The friendliest service, great pricing, and they did a beautiful job installing the 3M ceramic window tint on my new car. It was early on a Monday morning, and I walked into Elevated Autoworks thinking that I was at a different auto shop. After we were all slightly confused, I realized I had spoken to someone from a different shop about the fixing the plastic underbody cover for my car; but ended up at their shop instead. Despite the mix-up, no appointment, and Im sure a lot of other things he had to get done; Brandon at Elevated Autoworks happily took a look at my car and had the plastic piece screwed back in and secured within like 15 minutes. He also performed the service free of charge. (I also want to mention that the other shop I spoke to on the phone that was originally going to look at my car, told me it would take 2 hours and would cost around $25)I was so incredibly grateful for this act of kindness and I hope I have the opportunity to pay it forward. I would definitely recommend this place for your auto service needs!

I was recommended elevated Auto Works. Since it was near my house in South Austin I checked it out. I met the owner Brandon, and right away we hit it off. Hes a great dude I find him to be honest, up front and fair. Jobs performed for me include valve cover replacement, spark plugs and coils upgrade, coilover installation, battery replacement and coding, full breaks upgrade (rotors pads andsteel brake lines) last three oil changes, and powder coated wheels. I am very happy with all the work done so far, and I highly recommend this shop for all your car needs.

Amazing work. Staff was great to work with. I’m pretty sure I was undercharged for how good of work they did. I had a chrome delete on my Tesla. They also tinted my windows. Then I came back a second time and had them paint my brake calipers. Not only was the work excellent and price great but the customer service is what set them apart. When I brought the car back for brake calipers to be painted they redid a few spots on the trim where the heat had already started to make it bubble. They did this at no charge just because that is the type of business they run.

This was my first time stopping by this business. Brandon was extremely helpful, personable, and professional. I brought my girlfriends Lexus in for a diagnosis as there was no engine light for an OBD2 scan. Brandon had the vehicle in an out in no time.It goes a long way for me when someone goes above and beyond, Brandon definitely went the extra mile for me. As soon as the vehicle was on the lift the problem was obvious. He was extremely nice and said he wouldn’t charge me for the hour of labor as it was quite simple.Brandon never waisted my time, he walks with a purpose and doesn’t mosey around. If you want to be taken serious and care about you wallet, this is hands down the place to go! I will definitely be coming back for maintenance work on my personal vehicle!

Let me start by saying that I’m hesitant to let anyone work on my car, so much so that I didn’t use the free oil changes from the dealer that I bought my car from and did them all myself.Upon reading the reviews, seeing all the business they get, and talking/meeting with Brandon I quickly realized that this is a shop I could trust to handle my vehicle as I would. Brandon and Chris were excellent! As a woman, many auto mechanics talk down to me and dont even try to help me understand whats going on with my car. However, I do a lot of work on my car myself, so I do tend to know at least a little bit about whats going on!I talked to Chris initially when I stopped by the shop randomly one day. He spent a good while talking to me about the problem I was experiencing with my car, and answered all of my questions honestly and fairly about what I needed to fix and why. I talked to Brandon later and he gave me an extremely reasonable quote to get the AC job done! I had talked to two other places (one of which was Sun Automotive across the street) and Brandons price and schedule were way more reasonable than both.The shop is clean, friendly, and efficient. They had my car all fixed really quickly! They checked in with me regularly, let me know what was going on with the repairs, and finished when they said they would. Ill be going to Elevated Autoworks for all of my future car repair needs!

My car stopped at the light directly across from Elevated Autoworks. I walked over to the shop and Chris stopped what he was doing and immediately walked with me back to my car. Super professional group of guys! Easy quote process, fast tint installation, and fair price. I will be referring this shop for anyones auto tint needs. Chris at Elevated Autoworks saved the day! When driving home from a dinner pick up, a key got lodged into my tire causing it to lose air pretty rapidly. As a nervous female, already frantic to get my heavily pregnant sister her dinner, Chris was such a comfort and help. I met Brandon (owner) when my battery died at the Shell station he shares a parking lot with. He jump-started my car and wouldnt take a thank you tip from me.I came back a few months later for an oil change (charged me 20% less than I normally pay), then the following week for a brake job on my 2013 Sequoia with 170K on it. Obviously, this last job was the test to see how things went with his work. Two months of driving post brake job --- and I wish I had done it months earlier. SMOOTH braking now and the price was beyond reasonable. In fact, I asked Brandon to check his pricing TWICE because it was SO MUCH LOWER than the other quote I had gotten. (I was sure he had made a mistake and had only quoted me parts).I trust Brandon, which is always a difficult thing for me to do with auto places. Warning, he is a little optimistic on how long it will take him. EX. 2.5 hours is typically 3.0 hours. Not a problem for me as I always bring lots of work to do and just enjoy his comfortable waiting room.

I called several places to get a quote on getting my car windows tinted. The only person to get back to me within two days was Brandon at Elevated auto. I did call around to find a better price, but the only real conversation I had was with Brandon and Elevated Auto.He was able to fit me in, due to a cancellation, the next day and when I showed they were professional and courteous. They offered snacks, water, and even a breakfast burrito.The work was done within the stated amount of time, and they were prompt on keeping me updated.I was very impressed with the service and would recommend anyone who needd work done on their car.

I was referred to Elevated Autoworks by Dr. Beemer. I took my Lexus nx200t f-sport in for 50K mile servicing. I was very pleased with the experience they provided, and the quality of work they did. Brandon went over everything with me beforehand, then called to tell me what the charges would be in advance (nice touch). They are competitively priced, experienced & professional. I will definitely be back in another 5K miles to get my rear brakes done and get my windows tinted (yes, they do that too). 5 Stars!

How could I not write a review! I stumbled upon elevated auto body when I was on my way home and ran over a big pile of glass in the road. I quickly pulled into the gas station and was told their air for tires didn’t work. Only to go to the next gas station to let me know their air compressor didn’t work. I started to panic because my tire was starting to deflate completely. I looked over and that is when I saw elevated auto body. Chris greeted me with the warmest welcome and got right to work helping me. He was an angel in disguise. He was so kind and very professional. I stumbled upon a gem. I was driving for work, and all of a sudden I heard something dragging under the car. I was close to Slaughter and called Elevated. I’m so glad I did! Brandon was awesome. He looked at my car right then, put the clips back on the piece that fell, and didn’t even charge me! I didn’t know that car places even did that anymore! I’ll use Elevated from now on 😊

I pulled into the gas station next door because my car was driving kinda weird and smelled terrible. I parked by the air machine and was ready to put on a spare tire because my back tire had blown out. Chris witnessed me struggling and comes out to ask if I need anything. He explains that the gas station air machine is a bit finicky and works half the time. He asked me to pull around to the second bay and Trevin comes out and helps put my spare on. At this point I am extremely flushed because car stuff freaks me out. Honestly if Chris hadn’t have helped me I would have had the most difficult time trying to do that alone. I thank you guys so much. I wanted to cry. My car is crummy but I really really highly recommend your business to anyone. This place is so so so nice. Thank you again. Seriously. Absolute angels.

I usually never leave a review, and if I do its after I have had multiple encounters with the business/product/etc. That said, Brandon and the team at Elevated Autoworks are second to none. I have used this shop multiple times now... from lights install to a roof rack to basic maintenance (replaced a shattered window, fixed electronics on window that would not roll down, changed brakes, oil, etc) you name it and they can do it. They also complete everything in a very timely manner, and if something unexpected happens they will reach out and let you know before proceeding.Their customer service is hands down the best in the greater Austin area if not the state of Texas as a whole. Elevated has become my go to for all vehicle needs and is truly a one stop shop for auto service.20/10 highly recommend.
