I called Derrick mainly due to his ratings on Google and Yelp. He came the next day. My Yukon has lots of interior dog mess and was starting to smell like my gym bag. He did a great interior detail. The shampooing of the carpets and seats makes a huge difference. It looks and smells brand new inside. We already made an appointment for him to clean my wife’s car. Highly recommended.

Tremendous. Car looks absolutely beautiful. I had chicken wing stains on the front passenger seat, gone. Thats heavy duty oil sunk into the seat for a year and a half people and Derrick got it out. AMAZING. I honestly wouldve been fine with the dog hair remaining, cause dog hair gets into carpets and upholstery and we dog owners just accept as part of having dogs. But not only is everything clean and fresh and (most importantly) not smelling of dog, 99.9% of the dog hairs are GONE, too, which is about 99% more than I was expecting. Fellow big dog owners, if youre wanting someone who will take the time and get it really, truly, clean, this is the guy for you!

I do not think this business is still open, because I have reached out several times with no response. IF they are open...then that is really disappointing that they cannot even reach back out when you are wanting to schedule something.

After reading all these wonderful reviews about Derrick and this company I decided to call and make an appointment with Derrick for a detail. I spoke with him and we scheduled for him to come to my work which is in Pflugerville at 915am. Well, needless to say, he didnt bother showing up or calling. Very unprofessional. Honestly I think he didnt want to bother working on a very large vehicle. He called me back and increased the price because it was large, which was fine with me, I understand. He even asked the color of the vehicle. I told him Black and he sighed and said of course it is...I asked what he meant by that and if it was a problem he said no and scheduled it. Well, obviously it was a problem because the guy didnt bother showing up or even calling to cancel. I guess if you have a large vehicle and black dont bother calling and wasting your time.

Derrick did a great job of not only washing and cleaning my cars but he power washed my porch and driveway and got stains out that I had not been able to remove myself. I love the convenience of having Derrick come over and take care of this for me with a great price. I would definitle recommend him!!!

I was looking for a detailer to shampoo the carpets and get some pet odors out. How convenient to find Derricks service that comes right to your door!I went for the full interior detail package, which I will note includes the supreme wash package. So basically youre getting everything except for wax and polish work. Derrick and his associate were both efficient (they were done in about 1.5 hours on my mid-size SUV) and thorough. I normally do my own vacuuming and leather conditioning, so I know when care was taken.Great pricing with no nickel-and-diming nonsense like some of his competitors. Highly recommended!
