Two years ago, I had a large dent repaired. Other body shops quoted me $2,500 to fix, and he fixed it for $200!!!! Last week, I had my truck broke into, and my door lock was punched out.  I decided to stop in again to see if they may be able to fix it. When I stopped in, it was lunchtime, and I said I could come back another time. He immediately said, No, I will take a quick look at it.  He stopped eating, had me pull my truck in to take a look. He pulled the dent out and fixed it in a few minutes, and had me on my way even knowing they were booked out until August. I cant say enough about this place. I highly recommend anyone take their car here to get a quote before taking it to a traditional body shop.

Epic - Charlie and team did an amazing job with my 20’ X5. This vehicle is (or was) completely pristine until Dec 23rd when strong winds sent someone’s door into ours and really did a number. Charlie took his time and really focused on getting the best result possible. Making this type of fix happen on aluminum (this metal does not have the kind of dent forgiveness or “memory” steel does) and on a body line is nearly impossible.The Dent Repair Shop is the real deal - if you need help with this type of repair do not look anywhere else.

My wife took her car down after the March 2020 hail storm. The first thing she heard: “My husband’s been pushin’ dents since ‘97.” Yep.By all accounts this place is phenomenal. They know their work and they’re great to deal with. They helped us on a complicated insurance matter, and worked with us to get it sorted out.We tried to give them a little something for their efforts, but they refused. Can’t speak highly enough about them.There are lots of “traveling” hail repair operations, and I’m sure they’re fine. While the areas were tricky to access, the work wasnt done to the caliber the shop thought acceptable, so there was no charge. My car was caught in a hail storm and had seven to eight marble sized dents. I was worried about having the dents removed due to my car having aluminum body panels which are more difficult to repair.However, Charlie did an awesome job at an affordable price. I feel better knowing if it I get caught in another hail storm I have a place to go should the vehicle be damaged.

I walked in to their shop and saw their employees drilling holes in to a customers vehicle. I immediately left. Be careful guys.

I bought a demo new 4Runner in Houston and noticed a big dent in roof when I picked it up. The dealer offered to repair it but I had to drive back to Houston for it. Subsequently, I discovered 3 other dents (front fender, rear fender, and rear roof). I was quoted a very fair price and I was impressed how quickly it was done! Funny part was when he showed me the after results, I couldnt remember/find traces of the dents! I would bring my vehicle here again no questions asked. Called Charlie up Monday morning looking for a quote to fix a few small dents on my quarter panel of my aluminum Ford F-150. Was worried about getting an aluminum bodied truck repaired. If you have door dinges they really do a great job on removing them and make it look as though you never had any. I would recommend them and use them again.

I took a fairly new luxury car into the shop. Charlie looked at it and we agreed that he could probably repair it 95% . As it was in a spot next to trim I felt a good try would work and if it was not sufficient I would take it to a body shop. The estimate at a quality body shop was for $1000.00. Also note that two other paint-less shops declined to even attempt the repair. I was not disappointed. Charlie did 99.5% you can not see the dent repair without a very close examination. He far exceeded my expectations and NO further work is necessary! I would not hesitate to recommend him for any work that he is willing to undertake.

Super-nice people doing top-quality work. I came in with a small but difficult dent and Charlie quoted me a price far below what the traditional body shop wanted. Half way through, I came out to see how he was doing. It looked good, but he was unsatisfied and kept tapping away for another twenty minutes until it looked great.The guys at two of the body shops where I got quotes in advance admitted to me that they would take the car to The Dent Repair Shop anyway, and since I was paying out of pocket they saved me money by sending me here. (I visited the second conventional body shop by accident because I had trouble finding The Dent Repair Shop. Find them. Its worth it.)

Charlie responded back to my email promptly and set me up with an appointment. Upon arrival Josh took a look at my f-150 that has been abused by my kiddos, shopping carts, and upfront parking spots then gave me an absolutely amazing price for about 8 dings and a bigger dent. When I picked my truck up I was absolutely astonished. Not even a trace of the damage I had accumulated remained. My jeep grand Cherokee was hit by what I suspect as a bicyclist while it was parked. There was a saucer sized dent on the passenger fender. I came in to a warm welcome and was offered amenities. Charlie is personable, professional, and a perfectionist. The level of care he took with my jeep was like it was his own. We engaged in meaningful conversation while he worked and he was more than happy to explain how and what he was doing. The quality of work was top notch and there was no way to tell that the dent on my Jeep was ever there. He also went above and beyond to buff out the scuff marks on the door panel. Just bought a 2001 BMW Z3 in overall great condition but had like 15 dings or dents spread around the car. A couple were particular difficult to get to like on the edge of the fender. I don’t often write reviews but I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Charlie’s work today...he far exceeded my expectations. My 1975 280z has been through its share of scrapes and dings and in less than two hours Charlie revitalized both front fenders and pulled a good sized dimple from the driver door, all at a very reasonable price. I just wanted a ballpark. These guys gave me one over the phone, and came under the quote. Professional, fixed me up in about 20 minutes without appointment, and were very affable.

Pulled out a door dent for me quickly, professionally, and cheaply... All while I watched Netflix in the waiting room! I drove to DDS and they fixed my ding while I waited. They did a great job and I was back at work in an hour. It looks as though the ding was never there. Their prices were very reasonable.

Ive owned or been partners in nine different businesses over the last twenty years and recently started my third currently operating business (car flipping) about a month ago. Ive had a horrible time trying to get quotes or basic communication from dent/door ding repair guys.Unfortunately, before I emailed this business I got quotes from two other places on a different vehicle and spent money at one of those. The first one (Dent Busters) I went to the address they had listed on a review site and all I saw was a different businesses name when I drove to that address. I went to the other address listed for them on their Yelp listing and it was a different dent repair business. Unbelievable!I decide to go into Dent Works and the guy that I talked to was worse than a used car salesman and a total pr#ck. Kept changing quotes on me and finally said he could get out three small door dings for $100. I then found out that Billy the guy at Dent Busters used to rent that place but couldnt afford it so he rents a single bay at the other business that I saw business signage for when I drove by.Then I tried a half dozen guys off Crackheads (Craigslist) List and suffice to say the guys without shops are like that for a good reason. A Nightmare on Dent Repair Street trying to deal with those flaky psychos. :OFinally, I email The Dent Repair Shop because unlike almost all the other shops and Craigslist ad guys they actually list their pricing on removing dings/dents. I emailed them using their website contact form at 6:22pm asking if they could remove seven small door dings/dimples for $175 and at 6:59pm Charlie (the owner) replied to my email and said he could but wanted to see the damage before he fully committed to that price. Fair enough.I stop by his shop this afternoon and Charlie wasnt there but he had the foresight to tell his trusted employee Austin (yes, that really is his name) about me and that I would stop by today.I pointed out the 7-8 little door/hood dings and Austin said he could not only do those but 3-4 other little ones for that price. He found a bigger ding that I never saw before and I said $200 can you also do that one and all the others and he said yes. He asked if I wanted it done right that second and I said hell yes.We hit it off talking since were both x-college baseball players and Austin is from Spicewood, TX and Im looking to build a place out there. Austin is like the guy you want your sister to date or marry (me not so much).Honest small town uprbringing nice guy and what most Austin, TX small businesses used to be like before the Cult of Californians invaded and destroyed the little town values and morals that Austin once had less than a decade ago.I highly recommend to anyone to bring all your dings/dents to Charlie and The Dent Repair Factory and ask for his side-kick Austin to help you out. I promise you wont be sorry.
