Extremely dissatisfied with our haircuts. We have tried this place out 4 times and got extremely short cuts everytime even though we were very specific on how much we wanted trimmed off. This last time my husband ended up with his head shaved it was so short. You could see his red spots on his scalp. I was almost in tears when he came out. My hair was shaped on one side and a long chunk left on the other side. My bangs were cut so short that they are at least 3-4 inches above my eyebrows. We will not be coming back to this salon.
