My family and I moved from Albuquerque to Austin in 2018. Since then we have moved lot and haven’t come across an apartment complex with such attentive staff. Terry is amazing and always willing to help and answer any questions I have. The maintenance team is so great and professional when coming into the apartment to do work. Neighbors are are kind and the location is close to everything we need. We are so happy we found this place.

Love, love, love!!! The girls in the office are amazing. They are so sweet and too funny. The relationship they have with each other makes going into the office a great experience every time. I love that they know not only me by my name but my kids as well. We are not just another lease to them. When one of my kids were sick they sent a get well soon card that put a smile on my baby girls face. I was shocked but not shocked. Thank you girls. 💗

The girls in the office were very attentive. They offered a tour of their property and unit. The Assistant was training their new leasing employee and they were both very sweet, easy to talk to and took their time on our tour. I didnt feel rushed or like they just wanted to get it over and done with like most places. So thank you for that. Unfortunately after applying i didnt take the unit due to me and my wife deciding to work out our marriage and I moved back home. But I just wanted to thank you girls for the time, advice and just hearing me go on and on. I will definitely recommend The Atlantic Grand Oaks to any family and friends I have in Austin.

I love being a resident here. Finding a really great place to live is not an easy thing to make happen. So many aspects of what makes a place great to me are more than just specific parts of the process.First, Id like to say the sizing and population of The Atlantic Grand Oaks is fantastic. Its not too large, not too small. Not too many people, but enough people to make it feel good. Its a great community of many people and families. I frequently walk my dog and relax in some of the apartments’ many nice outdoor areas. The units are designed and constructed in a fashion that is practical and functional all while giving the entire property a nice vibe. The units are big and every property seems to have a nice space to itself. Great utility storage shed quality built-in discretely on your porch. Everyone has a porch... Its like everyones shared hallway is just the outdoors in this nice way... Some real nice units here because of that. A lot of people like plants in their patios as well. Nice touch for the neighborhood. The building seems to be nice big thick construction. I dont what this building is made up of, but its very nice. Holds up fantastic in all the weather here(heat, rainstorms). I find the noise level inside of my apartment to be fantastic. Audio seems to be contained really well and from unit to unit-- and to outside. I really have never heard much of a peep from any direction around me from the inside, and I really only hear whats going on outside from my windows. The front door pretty much locks any noise inside your apartment from the outside. I mean youre living in an apartment complex/ community youre around people.I love it though. The people here are great. Ive made a lot of great interactions with neighbors just by starting off waving when Ive been out with my dog or walking to/from my apartment. My dog loves to get out and sit near the benches and get some sun. For sure a great dog community too. Some places are dog crazy and this one really isnt, its just some very low-key dog chilling. Does have a dog park if people wanna let their dogs run around... Mine just likes to lay in the sun for a little while and the complex caters to that really well. Love the staff. Super friendly, made friends with them right off the bat. Small office staff, so once you know everyone thats everyone! Its nice too because they live here as well so they really care about the community from within.Just a great all-American community here! Everyone is different seems to be from all over (Im from the west coast myself). A lot of great families around. Friendly people going to and from where they go or jogging or BBQing.Easy to pay my bill online. Always feel great about how low cost this place is to live. Great surrounding area. I know for a fact most of the great people I live with here arent writing reviews. Seems wrong to see so many reviews from people that dont even live here. So here is an honest positive review of how The Grand Atlantic Oaks is a great place to live.Just resigned my lease. - October 2020I wrote this last October, but it still all stands today. Love it more now. Its become a great place for me as Ive transitioned in to ATX. Have had more experience living here now than when I wrote this. The maintenance staff is amazing. The office staff is amazing. My neighbors are amazing. Its truly a great community. Love all the positive efforts put into this place by its staff and residents alike. - April 2021

We have lived here for a year already and signed our lease for a second year only because we didn’t want to move during the middle of covid. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and honestly kind of rude. Our neighbors next to us are always blasting music all throughout the night. We have told the office multiple times and the property manager says “well they have lived here for years are super nice there isn’t anything we can do” other neighbors have complained about them and even asked them directly to turn the music down. They are violent and hostile and the office doesn’t do anything. They just say there’s nothing they can do. The courtesy office has been yelled at by them and the office still chooses to do nothing. The new maintenance men are rude and once screamed at two teenage girls in the pool for touching a floaty. Honestly the entire office staff (except Ayanna) completely disregard anything we say. Work orders have gone undone for months, I woke up one morning to my door unlocked ( not the deadbolt) so I can only assume someone with a master key tried getting in when we never sent in a service request. The office never answers the phone but you can’t go to the office for anything and they tell you to call .. but then they don’t answer. It’s been so difficult living here. The only decent thing is the location and the apartment is relatively nice on the inside. Walls are thin, the neighbors throw trash over the balconies and the office refuses to clean it up or tell the neighbors to pick it up. Also upon moving in we weren’t told that we needed parking stickers for our cars (but they charged us for them) so after a couple weeks of living here one of our cars got towed and we had to pay (obviously) to get it out. So overall. Good location. Decent on this inside they also redid the paint job on the buildings which does look nice. The office however is rude and doesn’t ever do anything about complaints. Covid makes it hard enough to be in the house 24/7. It should be a relaxing environment. It’s not. Edit : not to mention the cockroaches Centipedes, and spiders upon moving in that we can’t get riD of. ( we are very clean and never leave food out) and still they’re everywhere

I thought of you all today because my new apartment community has nothing on the staff and maintenance team at the Atlantic Grand Oaks. I am sad that I wasnt able to stay there due to a new job i received and location was going to be too far. So i just wanted to say that you all are unforgettable. I had a horrible experience with my new apartments today and it reminded me of a time when I was very upset about a work order I had to place and yalls maintenance team came out right away and got it fixed. And Terri and Ayanna followed up with us the next day to make sure we were happy with their performance. I will definitely be back if I ever move back to South Austin. Yall are very much missed.

You can guarantee they will charge you for every little thing, they mess up every payment, charge, and request, and try to skate by with the most minimal service. Gate will always be “in repair” and pool will be randomly closed for no reason. Random beeping sounds that never got fixed. I’d recommend looking for something a little bit nicer.Edit: here is a nice example of a charge they hit us with. This picture, and circle was made by them. Apparently, there is a stain they had to paint over in one of the room’s closets.

I lived at the Atlantic Grand Oaks for approximately two years and am so glad I moved out of there. Lets start with the pros because there are so few of them.Pros: Good size apartments, decent price, nice area.Cons: The management of this company is either incompetent, corrupt, or both. When I first moved in, I gave a check for one of the initial deposits. They did not process the check and told me I needed to pay a late fee for not paying the deposit. I had to provide evidence that I provided a check and a letter from my bank stating the company did not deposit the check. Then they gave me some BS explanation how they dont accept the type of check I gave them (even though when I asked them prior to writing the check, they said the check was fine). That was my first encounter with their incompetence, but wait, there is more!I had issues with my toilet continuously running water. I had made a maintenance request to get it fixed when I noticed the problem. Maintenance came in the first time and did not fix the problem. I made two more requests. They still did not fix the problem despite coming in to my apartment twice. Then I got an insanely high water bill due to the problems with my toilet. I asked management if they could reduce the price since it was not my fault . Im sure you can guess what their answer was. A big, fat no. I had to pay an expensive water bill and wait over a month before they actually fixed the problem. (Get ready for ridiculous water bills by the way, if you decide to move here. These are not uncommon). The last thing I wanted to mention was regarding moving out. When we moved out of this apartment, they told us they would email us a bill for some of the carpet cleaning costs, paint, etc associated with moving out. Well, we waited for that bill, and it did not come. Then one day, I get a notification from a debt collector for Atlantic Grand Oaks stating we needed to pay our bill or there would be legal ramifications. Uh... what? So I had to call them about the bill and then they finally sent it. They said that they got new management, which is why the bill may not have gotten to me. As if that were an excuse for their incompetence and inability to stay organized. Also, who calls a debt collector without verifying that a bill was even sent?Seriously save yourself the money and find anywhere else to live. Do not trust the management of this complex to do right by you.

Had a few small things break but I put in the work orders for it and the next day Andy came in the morning and fixed all of it! Staff/Maintenance staff are all helpful and so nice. We filled out an application and gave deposit then were given the run around for 3 weeks. Then when they lied and said apartment was ready the application they said had expired. Come to find out the apartment was not ready and they were fixing water damage so we wait another week. They offer a 1 month free rent and a washer and drier to use. After we were all approved and were giving them the time they need. Then they said a minor possession marijuana charge has stopped us from getting us the apartment almost 1 month after they said we were approved. The wasted our time, cost us a lot of $ waiting, and just plain lied about the apartment being approved. They are disorganized and have no regard for peoples time or money. The worst experience I have ever had in renting and I used to live in Chicago. Save your time and $ do not rent from here. They cost us a lot of time and cash I would hate anyone to go through this.

Outside of their carpet cleaning vendors making them look bad and the bathroom grout being black when we moved in, Terri and Monica did their best to make this place a great apartment living experience for us.We didn’t have very many problems but we never liked how high our water bill would be even if we tried to cut down on consumption. The sewage costs were never comfortable.Rent is high but the location is great. After all you are trying to live near downtown without breaking the bank. The gates are broken a lot but we never had our car broken into. There are some buildings that have a lot of noise issues. You can hear the train slightly and there’s a soccer field that has many of games that you can hear when you on your front porch. But luckily we got the apartment right next to the property manager so neighbor noise issues were never a problem with our building. (Building 12)We do have complaints about the move out charges but we are hoping to get these things fixed and simply learn from our mistakes.Best advice I can give you: ask for a move out walk through and video record or take pictures with them so you have documents in case there is a dispute. They are updating everything and remodeling all the units but we did struggle with being sick a lot. I had suspicions of mold in the apartment. Probably due to our carpets being literally aquatic life worthy when we moved in.Sinks leak, cabinets fall off once every other month but this is a older apartment complex and you can’t expect your apartment to be brand new when you move into it.They came as soon as they could to fix all of our problems. The microwave vents, vent back into the apartment which I think should never be allowed in any place simply because that’s a molding possibility. With Austin being high in mold count all year they should take more precautions to make sure that the apartments are doing their best to fight it.We would have stayed if they didn’t up our rent to be so much higher than it already was.

1 year update: guess what we re-signed our lease! As before the ladies at the front office are more than amazing! Also I wanna give a big shout out to the maintenance crew: Keep up the amazing AGO maintenance crew! You are all awesome!!! Thank you so much getting my A/C up and running again!!! Atlantic Grand Oaks is our home!I would like to say my process from the beginning was amazing. Ms. Teri the Asst. Manager, was so awesome and completely genuine. When she gets an applicant, she treats them as a resident, not just another commission check that walked in her office. She showed me the property and the physical apartment layout. She was very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to get me and my children in the community. My move in process was simple and smooth. I got off work at 4 pm and Teri had all my paperwork and keys ready for me. Later on that evening around 7 pm I got a call from Ms. Teri asking how everything was in the apartment and I didn’t want to bother her, so I was like there a some little things that can wait, and she was like “What little things? I need to know so I can put in a work order.” That was such an amazing feeling to have my apartment staff care so much about if their residents apartment is up to par. I can definitely see myself being here at The Atlantic at Grand Oaks for a while. It definitely feels like home. Also, my children absolutely love it here and Ms. Teri too! Thank you so much Ms. Teri! The apartments are in a very convenient location, it is in between 2 grocery stores, lots of restaurants around, and has 3 pharmacies around. It is a well lit and clean community. There is plenty of parking and you rent an inexpensive covered parking spot. There is a nice size pool and common area where you can throw a little get-together. The community center is very nice, kinda wished it was available to rent after hours if you wanted to have a small event since it isn’t attached to the leasing office. They have a playground and basketball court for the kids. And if you have fur babies then they have a nice little parking for them too. One of the other features I love is the huge patio area at your front door with the storage unit, along with the washer and dryer hookup. I am happy to call The Atlantic at Grand Oaks home to me and my children.

Ever since they changed management companies it has gone down hill. I have been here for nearly 5 years and have to say it has only changed for the worst. My heater has been broken for over a year and the repair team constantly makes excuses for it instead of fixing it.Update 9/6/17 This complex sent me to collections for a balance that they over charged me for and promised would be taken care of. My re-letting fees covered all of the charges but somehow I still ended up with a new balance. Very classy guys. This place is not bad. I currently live here. The staff is nice, the apartments are pretty big, and maintenance is fast. If you have pets there is a dog park and a few fields near by. Its about a 5-10 min walk to the grocery store, but the only food nearby is pretty much fast food. The only downside is the weird floor pans. Its not really that bad but it only really leaves room for one type of setup for your furniture. Not really a deal breaker, but always good to know. They are one of the most affordable apartments around, and I have not seen or heard of anyone with any pest/bug problems so far. Dont listen to all of the older reviews on here. This place is great at all and most of the neighbors are really nice. Also there have not been any break ins since i have lived here and you dont have to pay for parking unless its a car-port.

The only reason this place even gets a two star, it’s for its location, and for Ms. Terri that should be manager for her understanding and way of listening and assisting you. Living there for only one year was a nightmare. The walls( structure) to this place is the worst! You can hear from heavy stomping, to the intimate private life of the people above you. You can hear conversations, fights, the phone vibrate, for God’s sake!! I complained and recorded several situations that I found vulgar and disturbing, and nothing was done and manager said they couldn’t contact tenants, unless the officer on duty caught them in the act. I was even told that my contract could be broken if officer would go to tenant’s apartment and nothing was heard right there and then. This cane from Ms. Leni, the company supervisor. I lost sleep that I’m probably still trying to recover from! I even told Ms. Monica that I have a daughter with a disorder, and she said that that was not a legitimate reason, that anyone could have anxiety, when what she has is way deeper. She would practically cry to me that she couldn’t sleep. I had so many recordings, but apparently it was pointless. It’s Austin, and common for the use of marijuana, which I respect, but it got out of hand. First tenants left in the middle of the night, not because they got evicted. Rent is extremely high, and depending on the mood Ms. Monica is in, she will allow you to pay late with late fees, which is understandable. Don’t do it! It’s a shame that it’s in one of the most beautiful areas of Austin! So disappointed, but happy to sleep now!!

Worst apartment I have ever lived in. After being here for about three months, I am already counting down the days until my lease is over. I have submitted more than 30 work order requests and there is not a week that goes by without something breaking down. It all started since day 1, when they couldnt give us our keys on our moving day because the apartment was not ready. We had to wait two days until we could get our keys and that same day we found out there was no water in the apartment. They came and fixed it but of course made me miss a day of work. Later we found every single thing that was wrong in here, the A/C did not work (still doesnt) even though they say it is impossible to be cooler than what it is right now because of the outside temperature.. they state that since it is 100 degrees outside, there is no way our apartment would feel cooler than 80 degrees. I wonder how big stores deal with that..The doorknob on the bathroom, and bedrooms doors did not close, did not lock, did not even fit the door frame. The bathrooms wall paint was peeling, and still is. The dishwasher is still not working, first there was not water coming out of it, then it doesnt dry the dishes, and they made us buy three different soaps and dry rinse (which I never ever had to use in any other dishwasher in my life) but it still would not work. We of course got tired of dealing with it, since no one could fix it during the month that they claim they were trying to do it.The Electricity bill went sky high as soon as we got here, even the people at city of Austin noticed. We believe it is the A/C because it does not work properly but it is consuming all this electricity. We are literally sweating in the middle of the night, it is the worst experience ever. The A/C burned down (literally smoke coming out of it) about a month ago and, since it was already night time, they fixed it until the next day. In the afternoon. It was only a result of poor maintenance. Of course, our electricity bill went a little bit lower after that (a little), so we are sure the A/C is the root of our problems.Unfortunately we are still stuck here, but I want to let all of you thinking of moving here: DONT! I wish someone had warned me, I regret moving here everyday.

Update (5/29/19):Far better apartment complexes with much better Google and yelp ratings not even 5 miles away from here. They are also closer to more amenities. Please, please check those places out. Any extra expense is likely worth it. Also ask whether there are any cancellation restrictions on any added options like car ports. This place will not allow you to cancel a carport until you renew your lease. This policy is now eating into my school loans, something they didnt even care to address as a material concern.Prospective residents beware. Management is nice before the signature, but god forbid you ask for any help beyond contractual obligations. Even if its a simple request. They wont do it. Theres one specific person that continually tries to distance herself from customer service via any means necessary. She hides behind her front office, authorities, doesnt answer the phone, and doors. If youre the type that is ok with getting walked all over, this place might be for you. Even if you do what they ask, they dont update the admin paperwork to reflect that youve done so.(original review) Believe the reviews regarding adversarial front office staff. They have no will to go up the chain of command to help anyone, even those that are currently on a cash crunch because of grad school. While thats not their obligation, it is indicative of the short lengths of their efforts after lease signing.I just had a sit down with the management, and while they are justified in one fee theyve tacked on, they are being needlessly unhelpful regarding typical maintenance issues (bulb replacement had to go through the chain of authority, really?). Its really just them giving a hard time because I did so when they began the nickel and dime game. When asked to clarify fees too, they said every apartment does that. So when I brought up a maintenance issue with the same argumentation, they shut me down and said they will not argue the merits of their fees.To be fair, I walked in asking for simple help (albeit curtly but neither yelling nor cursing), and she said I will not get into this with you today (she being the apartment manager on staff). Her assistant claims I called her a smartass, but I asked if she was being one since she asked me if the light i was using was an on/off style. In my world, all lights have on/off switches. So I took that personally. Thats not unreasonable. But in reality, service can easily handle someone like me if it actually answers questions, which they responded with you can read. I have evidence.Customers are not always pleasant, but this was in all accounts a rather dim confrontation. I could have easily been helped, but they chose to be a brick wall. The maintenance staff is cool, but the management continues to not answer my questions as I have posed. They keep jumping around to cover themselves, legally. I asked them to tell me what a charge covers, expense wise, and they just keep saying they dont legally have to provide that or they give me the same 10,000 foot response. Poor, poor approach. If the charge were legit, it would be SUPER easy to answer.

Not good place! Be aware. If you want to be stuck with high water charges due to their leaking issues, faulty electrical issues and people constantly stealing things off your porch. Go right ahead! Also they will encourage you to add a covered parking spot that’s not properly lit. When you no longer need it for whatever reason you will not be able to take it off the lease until you renew the lease.

Lived here in 2010..when it was the crossing..people in the front were not only rude but disrepectful. I was a victim of a threat with intention to cause harm..they would not let me move into another apt nor break my lease..though at the time i didnt know it..it is allowed. No empathy at all...weird that after all these years it is still happening.

I give this property two stars for location ONLY! Excellent location, premises maintained okay, dog poo literally everywhere you walk.Staff changes very frequently.Maintaince takes on average over a week to respond to service request.1. 2 1/2 wks to change a light bulb.2. 3+weeks waiting for eclectrical outlets in kitchen to be repaired...still waiting.3. 3+ weeks without a working microwave...still waiting.Management nods and says, Ill get someone on that but nope.Pool is disgusting, water is so polluted it doesnt even ripple.Just do your research if you are considering this place.

SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY. GO TO ANY OTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX BUT THIS ONE.This was our first apartment ever, so we had no idea what to do or expect. Before your official move in date, theres a walk through of everything whether it works or not: the sink, dishwasher, carpets, etc. Let me tell you, they DID NOT give us new spanking carpet. Since we had to move in right away, needing shelter, we basically signed our souls to Satans armpits.Forwarding, we renewed our lease in July 2016 since we didnt want the hassle of packing, moving and unpacking again. My grandparents recently passed away within 2 months of each other in December 2016 and January 2017. Because of the situation, I had to move to out of state. ASAP.First of all, the cancellation process and fee was ridiculous. I had proof of my grandparents death and couldnt void a single fee they charged me due to our contract. I wanted to talk to the landlord, but instead these armpits in the office would put up a show.I had to pay two months in advance (thats the amount of time they let you use to move out) AND 50% of your apartments market price in ADVANCE. So my total was like.... $3k+ and they expected me to pay that amount within 10 days. (Ended up splitting the payment, but thats after begging for negotiation)The manager told us that you dont have to do anything else after that, but leave us your keys. So I did. I had to leave before my official move out day, but in the end, they ridiculously found ways to charge me for what a mess Ive left behind. Ill admit, I left some furniture behind. But they charged me for carpet stains that were originally there to begin with!! (Remember how I told you guys we didnt get new carpet?)Anywho, the final charges ended up being $1k+...If you dont know what lies ahead of you in life and or you dont have money for scumbags to leech off of, then save your time and effort. Run away from this place.

The first package i had delivered to this apartment came up missing in the office. verified delivered by USPS the apartment told me they arent responsible for packages they sign for in the office.my AC stopped working at the beginning of summer (summer before last) and i had maintenance in and out multiple times trying to fix the issue with no luck. it had frozen pipes and was draining so much water onto our apartment floor that they had to get a carpet person out to replace part of our dining room carpet and extract the pool of water around our water heater/AC filter closet. the next summer (last summer), same AC issue except this time we have an infant in the house and she cant sit in a 90+ degree apartment. they sent the same people back to fix the issue and after it wasnt fixed i demanded to see the part they claimed to have replaced because the AC still wasnt working. no one ever produced said part. they sent a new guy (chris i think his name is) a day or so later and in about 20 minutes he used a VOLT METER (volt meter is in caps because with electronics the first thing you should do is check power and switches) and discovered that my relay was actually fried and replaced it, my AC started working again, no more freezing or flooding.our blinds in the living room fell from the bracket they were hanging on, the ceiling lamp chain in the living room and master bedroom were broken on the inside and rigged together so that they would still work. today im having the master bedroom toilet/sink, dishwasher and the bathroom fan all serviced at once because none of them work or are in pieces still waiting to be fixed. in the case of the dishwasher, i had a maintenance person at our apartment day before yesterday to fix it because the spray arm has literally fallen apart. the maintenance guy just left it all broken on the inside of my dishwasher and said it was fixed, then left.also, there is north and south bound train tracks hidden behind the treeline on the east side of the property. the woman who signed us up for this apartment failed to let us know and so every couple of hours a giant train rolls through that is very loud. if you suffer from PTSD or tone sensitivity i suggest you familiarize yourself to its sound before moving here. it can be very loud and sudden at times and can trigger episodes.which brings me to my conclusion, nothing about this place has made me feel comfortable, relaxed or at home at all. from the office and maintenance staff, to our actual apartment, just all around our experience with this apartment has been horrid.(current resident while leaving this review, sadly)UPDATE(12/30/16): The response from this apartment does not highlight the amount of times I had them come back for the same issue. Also, using % to represent the number of service requests is misleading due to the simple fact that it only shows proportion, not the actual amount of service requests that were required to have issues resolved.

The apartments are nice, the people at the office are very friendly and I believe they work very hard. As for my upstairs neighbors they are they neighbors from hell. I hate that it reached this far but I have no other choice. They harass me by constantly knocking on my door different hours of the day and night. Over the weekend at 1am in the morning while I was asleep they knocked on my door. Because I didnt respond they thought I was not at home. I stood at my bedroom window to see the guy neighbor putting things into my cart and pulling it away.I did make a police report and had ADT installed. They have gone overboard with their games to harass me. I will like someone to do something about it and I will like them to give me back my things. I want the guy neighbor to stop harassing me, I am not interested in him.On top of everything they wake me up every morning by making loud banging sounds. I dont respond to these people but they will call security on me if I put my tv on at night. Also, I never go knocking on their door even if they are making noise. The security guy has the nerve to tell me, its time to sleep and to take off my music, while I am watching tv! Why I cant watch tv in my own apartment? What am I paying for?

Expensive! High pressure tactics used to get you to rent, usually costing more money, the longer it takes you to commit. Unit I was shown was run down and poorly prepared for new tenants. I walked away!

For 2 years I lived in this complex, I say I lived because until today I stayed in this place November 21 and 2020.The first thing I want to say is that the Attention of Ariana and Terri is the only excellent and professional thing about this place. The rest is a total disaster, the technical service and for repairs within the apartment is poor, not because of the people who provide this service but because there are very few and the demand for work is very high and the parts are never available for replacements which I imagine is the responsibility of the management of this place. The access gates to the complex in the 2 years were very few days that worked, it was totally strange to see that they will work, so the whole complex was exposed to strangers accessing on 2 occasions we were victims of theft, they opened the car of what wife and they took some things and others from the balcony of our apartment the fuel was number 225 of building 2 they took our daughters bicycles and a skateboard. The pool area was always neglected to use the grill area in 2 years it was only possible on 2 occasions because the grills never had propane gas for use countless times personally I go to theOffice to ask to solve this problem since in summer we wanted to enjoy an afternoon in the pool and have a BBQ but onlyHe succeeds in doing it 2 times in 2 yearsIn February of this year 2020 we received in formation that the bathroom and kitchen area of the apartment that we occupied would be remodeled so we had to give access to the people who would do this work and collect all the things that were in this area to carry out the I work without any problems, and that the work would be done within a maximum of three days that we had to comply with all these requests since if we did not do it and delay the work of these people we would have to pay a fee of $ 500 to do a whole new job. work plan for these people. We complied with all their requests but to our surprise it was only one day they left everything half done it was a Wednesday we waited until Saturday I went to ask the office what had happened that the work had not been finished that we had three days living uncomfortably in our suitable since we could not use the kitchen, we only used a bathroom the smell of glue was very strong our daughters had to send them to their grandmothers house since the smell of glue was strong and they could not sleep in short the answer that I They gave was that people were presented with a problem and they could not finish the work and we had to wait until the following week, nor was there an apology, no one compensated our food expenses during the days it took to make the remodeling the manager at that time was rude With me and my wife to date I have not received any apology. It took several days to finish the renovations which were made with very good materials. Low quality paint peeled off theKitchen and bathroom furniture, less than a week after the installation, they had to place a door in one of the kitchen cabinets which they placed 6 months later at the end of August 2020.The oven in our kitchen has been broken for about a month and a half until today that I am moving, it was not repairedIn short, our life experience was not the bestI hope you take into account the rating of this complex so that you can make your decision to live here.Richard Sosa
