I must say since I moved from NY, Miss Gabriella has been nothing but great to us since we moved in last September. Between answering the phone for the littlest things and making sure every resident is taken care of, the performance is outstanding. Definitely make sure you speak to her when thinking about moving in. She has all the answers and is very helpful for new people who are moving to Austin!
I recommend don’t nobody move there the office staff is rude and disrespectful, they walk in your apartment whenever they feel like.. and they are cutting residents lights off if you behind on rent due to pandemic to force you to move out.. don’t nobody move there until they get new management
Whenever I have an issue Gabby in the front office always resolves it in a timely matter with care and is always apologetic. Theres nobody like her! Time and time again.. She NEVER disappoints.
Pros: The price is decent, beautiful field and walking trail behind the complex, office staff is nice.Please take the time to read the CONS:We were pretty much tricked into signing the lease. Parking is absolutely horrible. On one of our first nights there, we had to park very far from our building. The spaces are small. Maintenance came to connect our washer and flooded our apartment. We were left to clean up their mistake. The walls are so thin. We could clearly hear our neighbors’ normal conversations. We could also smell weed almost everyday coming through our vents. The pool was closed because a homeless person jumped the fence. We never received an email when it reopened and were unable to swim most of the summer. We paid for 2 reserved parking spots ($30 each) because of the horrible parking. However, people continuously parked in our spots. We were unable to tow because the paint was messed up. We requested new painting and that took almost 2 months. During the winter storm, we were without water and never received an email or phone call when it was turned back on. There was a change in office staff sometime during our lease and we were never formally notified. The office NEVER responded to our emails regarding any issues we had especially concerning the trash services. There were multiple occasions that our trash was not picked up. Why pay for a service that you don’t receive? Our water was turned off last week and we were unable to properly clean for our move-out. Lastly, the office staff do NOT wear masks as if we’re not in a whole pandemic. That’s inconsiderate and irresponsible.I’m only giving 1 star because that’s the lowest I can give. The office people and maintenance are nice but honestly pretty incompetent. I hope this review helps others make a better decision than we did.
I ABSOLUTELY love my apartment. And I can actually say that for once. The apartment was upgraded and I ended up getting a great deal before the end of the month.My Leasing Consultant, Jorge Flores, is incredible. He ensured that every need from my renters insurance to any issues with my apartment were taken care of. Luckily, my apartment was much better than I expected. When I tell you everything was cleaned, sealed, and buffed, it was.I have not had any issues, I cannot hear my neighbors, and my apartment is so spacious and comfortable.It is insane how quiet it is considering the proximity to I 35. The neighborhood is great. I work less than 10 minutes away, and I love it easy access to anywhere in town.I notice the reviews about parking, and this is the only issue I have. You must have your guests sign in their vehicles in office. However, if they are closed, then you are kind of out of luck. I wish there were some way to change this, as all the apartments on Wells Branch have this sort of policy.Luckily, over the holidays, they were not towing any vehicles, so I am happy about that. In order to ensure you have a good parking spot you will have to purchase a garage for an additional $125.Otherwise, if you get home anytime after 7, you will possibly be hunting for the parking spot closest to your apartment.... that may not be very close.All in all, I love my apartment, price, amenities, location, and Jorge and Taavia in the office are great!
Nothing luxury about this place except for the name. Even the one star is just for the size of the apartments. The gates never work, the breezeways are always unclean, there was a crime incident in which someone got killed right in the community, the parking is terrible with tiny spaces and very limited spots.....
I live here. I did not get a tour before moving in, and the unit is OK. They say they are luxury but there was paint splatter on my wood floors and on the granite counter tops as well. There is never any parking after 7PM so you have to park in the front (if there is even parking left there). I called maintenance because our sliding closet door came out of the hinge and they came and popped it back in, but didnt actually fix it so it pops right back out. Last, the pool has been closed all summer. I was told around may that it would open soon, but called a month later and they said it would take till the end of the month. It is halfway through july and still no pool. They charge for parking and amenities that you dont even get to use! Its just NOT worth what im paying for here. Not terrible, but not what youd expect.
I never lived here 1st off. But I was wanting to look at a listing I saw online. 1st had to wait 15 minutes for her to get off the phone, then get greeted with just a hi and so I asked her about the listing. She pretty much cold shouldered me and was short as hell with me. While she was looking at clothes on the internet. Completely unprofessional, stay away!!!
Kudos to maintenance team here. I put in a service request for no hot water running at 3.40 pm on Friday. Not only the maintenance stopes by to check before 5 pm but supervisor showed up and was working on the issue after his work hours. Really do appreciate your hardwork !! Hot water is running back again and I am happy with your service. Thanks .
Well, Im very new to the area from Houston and Ive been searching for reasonable apartments in the Austin area. So, I met with the community manager named Crystal and she pretty much not only sold me my apartment but, reassured me it was more bang for my buck and worth it. So far I love my place, property seems ok and like the area as well. A BIG thank you Crystal and Milan apartments!!
I came as a guest to visit with one of the tenants. I was there for no longer then 30 minutes and I parked in the visitor parking spot. Per the tenant that lives there, they were never informed of a visitors parking pass or sticker for the visitor. I was not in any spot allocated to of the paid spots for the tenants, when I came out I found my car was towed and I was charged with $300. Terrible service and terrible expectation set for the tenants that live there. This apartment complex needs to take responsibility for their actions and their lack of communication with their tenants as it pertains to the expectation of parking and visitor parking: what a terrible experience and would not recommend. They will be hearing from me first thing in the morning.
The manager is unfriendly to her neighbors in Wells Branch and to a possible future resident ~ (no longer possible) ~ Even though Wells branch park (which is right next to the apartments) does not restrict the residents from using the park. ~ The apartment manager restricts Wells branch homeowners from even stepping foot in the complex ~ I wonder how the Milan residents would feel if the Wells Branch Neighborhood Association would no longer let Milan residents use the park facilities ~ because they do not live or own property in Wells Branch. (Wells Branch park is owned and maintained by the residents who own property in Wells branch) ~
Gabby was such a great influence and made me feel very comfortable doing our tour. She was energetic listening and putting what we asked for in consideration. i appreciate and recommend her to new movers.
I love this complex, I dont have any complaints of it. like other complex yes you have your ups & downs, overall I think Karen the assistant manager & Crystal the property Manager are awesome. I will recommend Milan to all the people I know.
Worst experience I have had, I’m actually done dealing with apartment complexes after living here. Super small parking spaces and it’s always hard to get a spot. Your friends and family will probably get towed. The tow company is out of control here and I would not be surprised if the apartments are getting a cut. In addition to my friends and family getting towed (invalid tows might I add) my own vehicle got towed while I was there!!! The staff can be rude, the gates are often broken. I have had theft out of my car twice in one year. The dishwasher dents the pantry door because of the design in some layouts. Other residents are loud and my apartment always smelled like pot from one of the other residents in my building. Way overpriced for what you have to deal with.
Currently looking for Austin apartments and met with who I believe her name was, Gabby. She was very friendly and welcoming. I haven’t decided on whether I would like to lease or not but Gabby made my experience 10/10, having this apartment complex in my top 3 choices.
This place is amazing. I just moved to Austin and was extremely nervous but Crystal and Gabby made me feel right at home and the location is awesome!
Very clean, never any pest issues. Up to date. Fairly quiet neighbors, horrible parking.I may have been lucky to have some quiet neighbors but coming from a house dwelling all my life. I never had too many issues with noise. Except for living along the backside near the other apartment complex some days.Management is very responsive which was a great plus.The apartment layout is very spacious, especially with high ceilings for 3rd floor apartments.I lived here for a year. Only had one or two Minor maintenance issues that did take a bit to get taken care of through online means, but a few calls management helped solve the issue quickly.Area has a lot of foot traffic since it’s fairly close to everything.Towing here is horrible. Via the towing company. I’d advise anyone to follow the parking procedures to a Tee and buy a reserved parking space if you do work late or just in general to assure there’s a place to park.

Me and my husband have been looking for the right apartment for us . We have always heard all the horrible stories about finding a good and safe place . We had the pleasure of having Gabby help us and explaining all the amenities that they have at Milian. She was cheerful and very helpful and answered all the questions we had .
Called and spoke with Gabby and she did a great job informing me about the availability’s and floor plans, look forward to coming in and getting a tour!
It’s a great location for getting to Austin or round rock and to great restaurants, stores and entertainment. Now let me start with the place itself. In five years there’s been four managers, all of whom had no ability to manage even a kindergarten class. The place is noisy all day and night with the demographic that is prevalent there. The maintenance personnel are inadequate. Trash is everywhere on the complex grounds. Police are there nightly. Loud stereos, loud people, fights, drugs and heavy drinking all the time. You are well advised to stay away from the Milan. This place is detrimental to your soul. You won’t sleep well. You won’t like being outside. You’ll hate all the noise you hear from inside your apartment. It’s truly the worst place I have ever encountered. And the current staff is terrible. They will take the side of the wrongdoer every time. Don’t rent here. Don’t inquire here. Don’t even look at the website. STAY AWAY FROM THE MILAN. IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN AUSTIN!!!
One of the worst apartment complexes I’ve stayed at. No parking unless you pay extra and if you can’t find a spot then you will get towed and have to pay another $300. Thin walls with loud neighbors let’s you hear everything. Valet trash but if it’s out at before or after the time they charge you another $50. They paint over doors and hinges so many times so doors don’t close all the way. Balcony door does not close all the way with no seal. When you open the dish washer all the way it hits the pantry door making a scratch that I will have to pay for. If you have guests over they will probably get towed if you don’t fill out the exact requirements they need. Very overpriced for what you end up getting and management can be very rude when you have problems and treat you like dirt sometimes. Biggest regret was moving here.

The guest registration system is scam that requires your visitors to download an app to register as a visitor. Failing to do so, even once is subject to towing costing over $300. Miss keying your entry by even a digit(all the right digits but one out of order) also results in a row. The gate is always broken, the valet trash is inconsistency picked up, and the recycling is never not overflowing. Management is complacent at best (since we are all stuck indoors and can’t go anywhere).
Ive been in the complex since 2014 and I love it here. Everything is so convenient. Every complex has its issues, as expected, but Jorge is the absolute best at making sure youre taken care of! Hes ALWAYS so bubbly, whether you talk to over the phone or in person and is always willing to help! Awesome job Jorge!

I am absolutely grateful and amazed with Jorge Flores customer service. He is always so understanding and helpful when it comes to taking care of us . I’ve seen about 2 other people come and go before he started working there. He has made such a huge difference and Milan should acknowledge what great asset he is. He ALWAYS makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door and having you leave feeling like you do matter.
Since my family and I have moved here I’ve had no problems! The office staff is AWESOME and amazing! Anytime I have a problem or concern everything is address and fixed right then and there! The new parking app makes parking a lot easier for guest. Neighbors are quiet! I’d recommend to both friends and family!

Ive lived here now for about half a year. My neighbors are nice. A lot of families. Its a quiet area and close almost everything. The staff here is great! Shout out to Jorge for always having such a great attitude and and going above and beyond for everyone that lives here.

I am writing this review because my husband and I have lived here for over a three years and now has come the time to renew. We were curious about other floor plans and originally only asked to tour one unit, but ended up having Crystal show us not one but two different units!My husband and I are very picky and Crystal was so patient and listened to all of our needs and wants.The staff has always made us feel at home and comfortable! We love living at Milan!
I have been at Milan since 2013 managers have come and gone but when Crystal took this place under her wings things got taken care of she will give her all to help in anyway that she can to make it right, my son and I love living here she is very professional and amazing when dealing with me and my son never had a problem with her she listens and finds a solution to help out we feel at home knowing we can go to our Manager with any issue and she gives her all to help out. Im currently a resident here at Milan Apartments, and I have been staying at these apartments for about 1 year 5 months now. After this amount of time living in the apartments I would highly recommend not moving into the apartments.First off they are advertised as luxury apartments, and you will certainly pay luxury prices. However the apartments are far from luxury the appliances if you get the base version are old and run down. The apartments do tend to have roach issues as well.Even though youll be paying gated community prices the gates usually dont work, and anyone can just drive right in. The bathroom tile always peels, and all they do is repaint over dirty tile to cover it up until it peels again.I will also add that the water bill for these apartments are unusually high, as like most apartments you pay for everyones water including your own. However with past apartments water was only about $30-$50 a month. However these apartments your water bill will easily be anywhere between $60-$80.The apartment staff has a high turn over rate, and genuinely dont seem to care. We had are mailboxes broken into about 3 weeks ago, and to this date the apartment complex has not made any police report. They also refuse to send out an email blast to the apartments that their mailboxes were broken into, and personal information may have been stolen.The only reason I found out was because my neighbor. The apartments just left a note on the mail boxes stating we had to pick up our mail at the post office. Its not until you confront them as to why that really is. I greatly recommend staying away from these apartments as they are way over priced for how old they are, and how horribly they are managed. Make sure to check when these apartments were built because they are old, and not new.Im editing this review August 14th due the issues. Again I express do not move into these apartments. I had to go to the Dr due the abundance of mildew found in my AC closet. My Dr even recommends that I leave these apartments.When telling that to the manager I was told it must not be that big of an issue since we had renewed our lease. Keep in mind weve had 4 maintenance guys come look at our AC and never inform anyone about all the mildew growing inside.Our water bills keep increasing for whatever reason, and they dont know why. Electric due to the poor insulation is high. I have a 2br 1 bath apartment, and our electric bill is up to $175+ a month. Keep in mind AC stays at 75 and we are on the second floor.In essence not only is the rent WAY overpriced for the living conditions of these apartments, however your also going to be paying higher utility bills compared to other apartments in the area as well.New Edit August 21st: Since replacing the water heater they have had to come back 3x. First time due to improper installation causing a leak that got into the electrical and tripped the breaker. 2nd time because the same leak broke the thermostat on the new water heater. The 3rd time they didnt even tell us what the issue was.I will have pictures to upload in the future in regards to the roach infestation. Roaches come out my sockets, which means they are all in the walls for every apartment in my building.The trash dumpster continues to look like a garage sale of old broken furniture. Please avoid these apartments like the plague. Also, if you notice Knightvest owners dont even respond to these reviews no more, because they really dont care what their tenants are going through.
Ive lived here now for 10 months, Ill admit at first I had my issues which is why Im giving 4 stars however they have made continued efforts to better any situation I have had. The staff has been extremely helpful and the new parking app has made it so much easier for my friends and family to make suprising visits. Recommended for sure!👍🏽👍🏽
Jorge Flores P. was AMAZING! Found me the apartment of my dreams, helped me through the entire process and even though I have been here for over a month, the entire staff treats me like a rock star as Jorge has from day one! I love this place and the location is perfect for me.
When we first signed our lease, we agreed to a certain apartment, but when we got there, Crystal said they have no recollection and gave us an apartment worth less for the same price. The water pressure is horrible, yet the water bills are so high. The place is full of cockroaches and the $5 monthly fee for extermination is useless. They came by and sprayed the corners with store bought bug spray that had no effect. The place is crawling with insects and mice! The pool is never clean and unusable. We were there for 6 months and for more than half the time, the gym was closed “for renovation”. When we wanted to leave this horrible place after multiple complaints on pests and no response, we had to pay $4000 for breaking the contract. Crystal is unfriendly and a horrible horrible manager with no talent for hospitality. The only good thing is Jorge and the maintenance staff.

I have live in this apartment complex since 2006 and Ive seen multiple management companies come and go. This is my 4th unit and I love this place. Ive only had 1 bad neighbor in the 14 years Ive resided here. The management company has really made some positive changes. Both the office and the maintenance staff are always pleasant and always willing to help. In Nov 2019, I had a medical emergency and a member maintenance stayed in my apartment until I arrived. The manager and the secretary are not friendly at all, when requesting a service they are always in a bad mood, I have been living here for 6 months and honestly it is a bad service. my first and last year living herenot recommended.
I just wished I had read the reviews before I moved here. Every issue and then some that others have been talk about are true. The gates, the office staff and how they treat you. I’m leaving early because my home has now became a health hazard and I’m tired of tell them to fix it. I can’t put food in my fridge and have to waste money eating out because my fridge is making a pool of water inside. My plumbing is horrible and it smells of mold in my bathroom and cabinets. I withheld my rent because things were not getting fixed and now they are giving me a hard time. I’m no longer upset, but I can not continue to live here. It’s dirty, the staff mainly the office manager Crystal has a dirty attitude, and nothing was getting done, and I have only been here for 6 months. And it was issues since a month AFTER I moved in. Then on top of that the manager knocks on your door and if you don’t want to answer it doesn’t matter because they will try to come in your apartment. I’m completely done with this complex. I wish you all the best but, I rather at this point do my business elsewhere.

Me and my family have lived here for approximately three years and really appreciative with the service from the office that has always resolved all of our problems very quickly. Special shout out to Jorge Flores who always has been very attentive to all of our needs.
First of all this is my sons first apartment he moved in February was very excited we’ll that excitement has come and gone he has has nothing but bad experience they don’t fix what broken so my son light bill is 400$ for a one bedroom apartment and it’s because the ac is broken they try to fix it only by putting a band aid they Have a baby!! And the Manager gives him an attitude when he calls with his concerns this is her job!! Very poor customer service on their part

These apartments are absolutely beautiful. Staff is amazing and always gives exceptional customer service. Any issue I’ve had- which all have been minor- they are always quick to address it and in a quick manner. I highly recommend living here. Customer service is always number one in choosing where you live and I’m quite pleased.

Theres NO PARKING SPOT for everyone. You might have to wait in your car for an hour or two to get one. If not you are going to have to park across the street at the restaurant. Even if you complain to them about parking they will NOT respond.Update on parkingAn announcement for the parking was made. First week or two were great but then it started happening again. Theres people double parking because some spots are too small. They now have some assign space for those who pay for it. But the spot were taken really fast. You can park up front by the leasing office but need to move your car before the open. So for people who get home extremely late will have to wake up just to move it if not you getting towed. I can afford my car to get towed and its hard for me to wake up early enough to move it. So I will be sleeping in my car again because of parking.P.s. I know your reading this, owner of Milian.

So for starters I’ve worked in customer service and have been in management so to see how unprofessional and tacky Crystal was when I applying at the Milan was extremely disappointing. I personally know a handful of residents and I’ve been told she’s gone as far as bribing residents to write a good review, now I see why her property has such low ratings. I was in the waiting process for a week, I had to keep following up with crystal for updates On my application and when my online fees were denied I told crystal I’d be happy to bring in a money order which I did, the office was closed on Sundays so Monday came around and I received a denial letter stating she wouldn’t approve my application which is funny because they were still waiting on paperwork from my previous renter... so sounds like she just didn’t want to deal with me so she just denied my application. I’ll definitely be sharing how tacky and guetto her management skills were, her appearance looked as if she just got off the street and her desk had her McDonald’s trash everywhere. Definitely not professional.
Its a beautiful place to live, but it is expensive. Love the apartments, the maintenance guy was pretty nice. BUT the noise coming from my upstairs neighbors is driving us CRAZY!!! Weve been here since June and they have NO respect for their downstairs neighbors. They have kids and so do we, so its very terrible when all day AND night you hear super loud footsteps from them stomping all the time. I know that now they are loud on purpose and the girl up front did nothing about it when I called to complain 3X. Sometimes my kids cant sleep because they are so loud. You can hear them jumping around and so the walls and the lighting in the kitchen vibrate terribly!! Weve tried talking to them but the neighbors dont care and its pretty rude especially since were paying more than $1,000 for a 2 bed and we cant even have any peace and quiet!!!The guy up front Jorge is super super nice!!! I already have alot of bad things to say about one of the ladies up front, she was extremely ride one-time when I couldnt find out where my package was and USPS said it was with them. She gave me attitude the whole week I was trying to find $80 leggings!!! Other than that I like this place but just wish these people could stop being so damn loud all the time!! I have trouble sleeping and they make it worse!!

Milan Apartment you have the opportunity to fix those issue and i will love to see Milan apartment be one of the best place to live at in Austin. I worked closely with appropriate staff and we came to a resolution and they promised me to resolve those issues at hand. Wish you guys the best for years to come.

Weve lived here since July of 2016 . The first thing I can say is never be late with rent they will charge you an arm am a leg 75$ plus 10$ a day after that.. another thing is parking sucks . Were suppose to have gated entry but gates are always messing up . I can say Kelly is awesome .. April can be rude and the new worker is very rude and smart mouthed . My central air unit went out so I called 10 min before closing apparently it wasnt an emergency for my family toSleep in the heat all night I called Kelly the next morning she was on it send the guys out to check on it . Like I said Kelly is awesome but the new lady needs some customer service training .
Milan first of all is a very good place to live, very close to interstate highway 35, close to many shopping stores, schools if you have children still going to school i can recomend living in milan and also close to st Davids hospital . I have lived in here almost 1 year now, manager crystal very professional and a good listener, like her customer services, other employees very good to customers with a very welcoming greetings once you enter the door, if I have any issue for repair, call the office and problem fixed right away. So I would please advice you not to scared by the negative reviews you see, we are all different and there is so many negative haters out there with their own issues, they cannot even say anything good about anybody. No one is perfect. So come and see it your self. I love the place and I love living here and the manager Crystal is one of the best manager you will ever see.

Would give zero stars if possible! We have caught SIXTEEN HUGE RATS since Christmas and the management hasnt done one thing to fix the problem. Unsanitary and unsafe living conditions, truly disgusting.
The apartments look nice, I love the exterior layouts. The office staff are very nice especially Kelly who helped us move into our new apartment. The towing policies are kinda arbitrary. They enforce towing and are really strict with it. If you do not own a parking permit or badge your vehicle will get towed so if you have friends visiting or family make sure they have that permit if they plan to spend the night of visit between 10pm-12pm. The puppy park is really nice and the basketball court is as well.
Before staying here my sister in laws lived in these apartments for 10 years! Every time I came to visit we didnt have issues with parking or anything. We finally moved here after apartment was under new management and love it! The office ladies are very nice and sweet and so are the maintenance guys!! They always wave and thats real nice. So far I have nothing bad to say.

Ive lived at this complex for two years. Our first year was under the old management and they seemed like they didnt care at all and werent very helpful. This new management is absolutely great though. They came in and immediately started fixing everything the old management let go to waste. The ladies up front in the leasing office are wonderful and the maintenance crew is very quick with repairs. All in all Milan apartments are fantastic and Id highly recommend this complex to anyone

Today I went there to look at the apartments. Lady at the office was very rude, I asked to see the apartment, she said I could not, I asked if I could see any unit, she said no again. Unit that they were showing just got rented. Huh? So, tell me how can I consider to rent there if I cannot see the unit? I mean, any unit? Very unprofessional and rude.
Crystal has been the greatest of all the managers that I’ve seen come and go in this apartment complex.
Do not move in here this place is infested with roaches they are crawling everywhere.I have been here for a month and I’m trying to run away. I didn’t know this before moving in but you can hear every crack of the people upstairs as well. The bathroom smells I can not quite figure out what it is but its coming from the plumbing and it’s horrible
I just moved to Austin and my flight got delayed and the manager stayed an hour after they closed so I could still get my keys. So far so good.
I came into the office with a problem in my apartment. I spoke with Austin about the problem and he assured me that someone would come out to fix it within the next day or two. Someone did come a few days later and Austin called me to follow up on the work done. It meant a lot that he would go out of his way to call and follow up on my problem. I truly appreciate the good customer service that he showed me.

Just moved in, only 18 years of age, never had my own apartment but office lady is rude & has talked to me like if Im stupid. Obviously this is my first time moving in, have a little patience. Cant feel welcome when the office people dont make you feel welcomed. Rather go to some apartments where the office people are nice and cooperative. Found a couple of those, regret not moving in over there.!!
We lived at this location for 3-4 years, we experienced poor management, and have seen this location go through 3 different management companies. the first 2 years it would take months for a service call to be completed. with the new management team that has been reduced to a couple of days and sometimes hours. this complex was going through a remodel and did not offer to remodel our apartment and if we asked we would not get our current rate but the new rate. I believe the security is lacking slightly, my car was broken into 2 times with a filed policy record. and when I brought it to their attention I did get the thank you for letting us know we will look into it response my hope was to have them develop a security strategy like have security roam the complex drive through once in a while to deter any criminal activity. finally, we had to break our lease because we are purchasing a home. they needed a 60 day notice with a $1,000 + (85% of 1 months rent) for breaking the lease. After speaking with the management team we came up with a reasonable solution for this unique situation. I wanted to say thank you very much for helping us out and I would recommend this complex for someone to live in. I found the common areas such as the the pool and gym areas are clean and pleasant place to hang out with my friends and family.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They’re infested with RATS and can’t keep an employee to save this place it needs to be shut down !
We have lived here for only 2 months and Im super satisfied. Great staff and love our apartment. Love the field in the back. Thats a bonus!
Today I found out that this Apartment Milan put me in a credit bureau because I owed them 200 dollars, I paid my rent on time the three years I stayed there Jacqueline the person who assisted us and as soon as we moved in Oh man! we move in an Unfinished apartment I wish I could show all the Videos and pictures. The Apartment was nice the view great however we walked into an Apartment where the the Apartmentcabinets was peeled, a/c unit was leaking bad dish washer flooded the Apartment under us, a bird nest on the porch, Screen door completely off, and a Massive Bee hive right outside my door, also they have gone through several managers while living there I asked Kelly who was the manager for my money back and she would not give it back, Chrystel the now manager after showing her the pictures, took something off my rent two years after living there Our car was towed during holidays we was not happy living there I am getting a lawyer to fight this... Yall Please Make them be through because they are slick! I Pray to God that I Win because they do people Wrong One more thing I paid a 200 dollar deposit, only to find out later that the 200 dollars was because my Credit was not high enough so they will keep it thats not what was told to us so we dont get that money back, ok well what do U do with that money? Thats what I mean about them being slick. We Work Everyday and dont have time for this but when people is money hungry and try and make you pay more I will Fight it now We moved June 15th I ask the lady who much do we owe usually we pay rent water and trash together and she gave me a number I wrote her the check why she didnt inform me of the more they wanted me to pay? I kept asking Chrystel how much it was a Friday she wanted me to wait she kept saying wait, wait, but if I would have waited, I would have been late and she would have charge me a late fee so she could keep it I assume but we going to Court I WILL FIGHT THIS...
I wouldnt even give it one star. The office staff is terrible the parking is terrible you cant have one friend over after 7 theyre going to tow your vehicle so get ready to pay $200 the location is terrible $1200 was stolen from my storge and friend was robbed at gun point for everything he had .....Make sure your girls are not by their self men are always harassing following and exposing /jacking off in their cars do I need to say more ....not where I would raise a family but if you dont see this before you move over in this area Milan apartments will not care actually they will say its your problem. Shame on them
Great location, especially for the price! Nature trail behind the apartments is perfect for my dog and the Office staff has been friendly and quick to respond

I am currently stay at Milan and yes 1 star. For paying over 1400 for a two bed room consider other options first. Do not let the fast excess to hiway 35 fool you. Hurricane Harvey brought water into my apartment at the end of August. They took padding from underneath the carpet to replace because water was coming from a crack in the floor..did not replace carpet and did not clean until 2 days ago..it was cleaned with nasty water, no fans were on, no notice was left and when I asked the manager Kelly if the carpet was cleaned she said she didnt know.. now it smells worse..how did the get the key to get in? Mice problems also.. watch it at night because the lights do not work by the number 4 building. The grass is only watered in the front so it Looks Pretty but we pay for allocated water so my water bill over 100 dollars. More blog coming soon

The absolute worse place to live at. Management is HORRIBLE they tow residents vehicles even though they pay their rent on time every month. They treat the criminals that live there better and let them get away with whatever but treat the residents that pay on time and cause no trouble horrible. DONT move here if you want your car towed and have the sheriffs out every night.
