Best maintained property! Great property managers and staff that are responsive to requests and questions. Community building activities for families and adults - egg hunt with gift cards for adults and candy for kids, free dinners (at least monthly), movie night with popcorn, goat yoga and more! Really nice gym and 2 pools! Conference room and cabana that you can reserve. Highly recommend!
Great location. Phase to is isolated and quiet, family and dog friendly. Somewhat slow on getting requests taken care of but it is always done right when complete. Great facilities but takes management forever to get anything done. Even with shortcomings its a great place to live.
Nice views and walking areas. Office is nice and the business center is a great place to get some work done. However, their coffee machine disappeared and never returned.Good community for young adults.
Haven’t had any issues with this place. If there were, they were quick to help and solve it. They kept us up to date with emails regarding anything related to the property as well which I liked.
Best places I have lived in the last 9 years. I moved here in ‘17 and the Team is simply amazing. Love the Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager and the rest of the leasing team, super friendly and most importantly love animals. My dog definitely gained a few lbs because she gets spoiled every time we visit the office. The maintenance team is nothing less than amazing as well, they fulfill request in a timely manner and keep this property clean and well maintained. My pawtner in crime’s rating: 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾/🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾. Keep up the good work!
So far this apartment has been fantastic. The move-in was easy, the staff have been friendly, and everyone has responded very quickly to any questions that have come up. Would highly recommend.
I really enjoy living in this complex! The only issue I have had is with trash pickup. A few times the staff has not picked up our trash in the designated pick up time and then sends an email of a picture of our trash, complaining about our trash being outside during daytime hours. They ask us to put the trash back inside the apartment if it is not picked up (after it being outside, in the Texas heat!!) because trash service (that we pay for) didnt pick it up. The big trash bin is far from my building and I wish I didnt have to drive my hot garbage across the complex because trash service didnt pick it up. Other than that, this is a great place to live. Great walking trails, cute dogs, clean and nice apartments.
Super clean well kept community, the maintenance team is on top of everything and tickets are addressed quickly. Great community and amenities. Apartments are spacious and well lit. Beautiful complex
Beautiful location! Big units with very nice and modern fixings. There’s two dog parks, a dog washing station, laundry on site (and in units), gym, pools, office spaces, cabanas, trash pickup four times a week, lots of resident events….
Great place have been here 2 years and 2 diff units to accommodate for my growing family. Great staff, great maintenance, great events, great complex, great experience for the last 2 years of my life best complex I’ve lived in in Austin.
Great location, spacious apartment, plenty to do on campus for my two Boston Terriers and I. Really happy I landed here while I look for a house to buy. With the market the way it is, I could be here a while and that would be A-OK with me.
Moved in in July . And so far very happy here . Nice and quietClean environment. Highly recommend!
Been living here for about half a year and love how peaceful it is. They constantly been keeping up with the property so it stays looking brand new all the time!
Overall, it’s a great community. I’d recommend it to anybody looking to move to the hill country but still have access to the city.Pros:-Safe. There’s barely any commotion, people are nice, and I feel comfortable leaving stuff in my car.-Clean: The community staff is always cleaning, valet trash service, constant building improvements and upgrades, prompt maintenance, clean pool and grill.-Affordable-Good gym: TRX, free weights, cardio, spacious.-Common areas are solid: 2 Pools, cabana, grill, gym.Cons:-The mail room is a nightmare. All of the mail in phase 1 and phase 2 buildings are put into one small mailroom at the very front. It takes me forever to find my package, and there’s no accountability on who grabs what. This is by far the worst experience of living here.-Parking: Pay for assigned spots.-Lots of bugs: It is the hill country so it’s to be expected, but there are a lot of bugs, flies, snakes, frogs, etc. so it’s hard to leave the patio door open.-No dumpster in phase 2 building. Valet trash service only takes trash bags. Large boxes or anything else has to be loaded in your car and driven up front.-No elevator in phase 2
The apartments are really nice but I wish they had elevators to help carry up large items
I loved living in this community! The location is great, the maintenance team is amazing and incredibly responsive, and the apartment is so nice! The staff is so helpful too! I was sad to leave.
Great complex to live in. Beautiful common areas, the maintenance team is on top, and the staff is very helpful.
I am happy with my decision to chose Amli Covered Bridge as our first home in Austin. Apartment is very comfortable and community environment is very good.
Been living here for a little less than a year and I love it.
We have lived here a couple months and love it so far. They have been responsive with any issues we run into.
Well I would like to give it a higher review, but we constantly can’t get anyone to call us back for questions we need answered or that the residents don’t obey the 3 person wear a mask in fitness room, or that it takes the new porter service until mid nite to pick up trash or for maintenance to do anything about our online requests for service.
Great apartments, high ceilings and the amenities are great !
The apartment itself is nice and comfy to stay in, however the management team does not consider about tenants’ feeling at all. Their only goal is to take the most amount of money they can from your pocket. I’m very mad and disappointed.I am relocating to a different state, this was planned back in June. I sent email to the management team back in June, stating that I need my lease to end on October. By renewing a 3 months lease, I am paying $600 extra per month, because it’s a short-term lease. Yet today, I just found out from the management team that I never “officially” give my 60-day moving out notice, meaning that I need to pay extra rent and penalty for not giving my 60 day notice before my lease end, until 60 days from today. This is CRAZY, why would anyone self-voluntarily ask for a lease that is $600 more pricier, if that person is not moving out? How come that the management team is thinking all about how to gain the most amount of money from their tenant, instead of actually consider what the tenant needs?I’m hoping to get in touch with the management team next week to further discuss this issue. Overall, if you are willing to sacrifice your good mood, then you can consider living here. Because the management team doesn’t care about your mood. They just want money.
It was our home for close to three years. We loved it. It is a great community, and the staff is awesome. They made our move-out process so easy.
Okay so as beautiful as this complex is there are some of things they can still upgrade regardless. 1. Maintenance, every resident Ive spoke to said maintenance was great & will resolve same day. This has yet to happen to me. I have entered requests 4 times now and each time it took them the entire 48 hours to come. NOW GRANTED: they have a 48 hour policy, but when several residents all have the same experience would one not think to expect the same. Also, their emergency line doesnt seem to work overnight or on weekends. My first request was a toilet issue and I was left for the weekend with a mess. 2. The trash valet. Okay.... so we think trash valet how awesome right? No. The company they use is lazy and will literally leave trash for days. And then complain about why they didnt take your trash for reasons you werent aware of in which YOU CAN BE CHARGED FOR OR SERVICES ARE REMOVED FROM YOUR UNIT. But where is the warning? Non existent. Everyone leaves their bags tied up on the side or in their bins or tied up in their bins and a bag on the side sometimes and they pick and choose when they take trash. Honestly they are super lazy, I think with my floor they only take the trash when everyone has their trash out and they sneak by between 9pm and 12am so theres never confrontation. Amli should choose a different service from another company who will actually do the job; especially when they are charging residents for this service. I am all for trash pick up but this complex can do better. Also front desk is BOMB.COM I am sure they have gotten annoyed with me but they handle it with grace. Only person I have an issue with one of the women but she seems to be moody typically, and I am not from this area so I dont have the patience for attitude when I am being nice. But other than that everyone else is great. Grounds super clean and I love that it is a community wide thing for everyone to scoop their poop! It is great.Would recommend, but keep these things in mind becuase hidden fees add up. Also wish the trash thing was optional and there were dumpster bins that we had easier access to.
From the start, this place has been great.Anthony initially impressed me with his great communication and quick follow up even despite working around computer glitches. The entire staff has been fantastic.Amli handled this horrific winter storm in a professional manner. They have communicated frequently and taken care of issues quickly. I heard they even brought in additional staff from another location to help all of us through these trying times. While Ive heard of many renters being disappointed with how their apartment communities handled the issues, I must commend the entire staff at Amli for doing their best to keep us back to normal as quickly as possible. And it is a lovely and well taken care of property. I enjoy that its quiet here and love seeing all the wildlife around here.
Apartment is nice.
The apartment was great when we moved in, the people were friendly and the apartment complex is clean and neighbor friendly (or so we thought) but just recently we started getting notices about issues from when we moved over 6 months ago to here. 11/8/2019 we moved in, but on 8/5/2020 we get a notice about a cardboard box not being broke down from 11/11/2019. Then theres fees for trash that they pick and choose to bill people for because not everyone complies to the rules. Our uber eats drivers apparently can never find the place, or when they do and deliver incorrectly, the neighbors steal the food. If i had to choose the staff, Id say Isreal is the ONLY person in the front office who cares and actually helps when needed.I give 3 stars for the apartment itself being modern and nice, but not for anything else.
I was mad at them after my car incident. but now I am happy. they have very nice and good maintenance team. I really love to live here. Very clam, quiet and peaceful place.
They never answer the phone!! You always get a recording. Not helpful when you need to get something answered quickly. I have numerous times where I stated in my message to call me back and no one ever does. This has happened on numerous occasions.
There are car break ins reoccurring weekly. I have personally had my car broken into twice and there are residents who have even had their windows smashed in.Every time this happens we receive a community wide email to lock your car. There should be a more proactive approach by management and corporate to reduce the number of these instances happening now on such a regular basis. Such as investing more in nighttime security. It is too nice of a facility to have problems like this.
I would not consider this luxury living. A LOT of barking dogs, walls & floors are thin enough they you hear every noise your neighbor makes.Staff is friendly but turnover is high, so one ends up dealing with several people through the course of a year.Lastly, be prepared for HUGE move-out fees. Better yet, read contract closely before signing.
My favorite apartment complex Ive ever lived in by far. The facilities are top notch and the apartments themselves are very well made and have thick walls. I dont think I heard a peep from my neighbors the entire time I lived there. On top of all of that, the staff was great too.
I love this community! The upkeep is pristine and the apartments are really nice. So many details that most apartments don’t have. Chris the leasing agent is great with awesome customer service!!
We were really excited when we moved in, but as we are now getting ready to move out we are even more excited to be leaving. There are pros and cons, I wish I could make my rating 2.5 stars. Here’s why:Rates: We moved in with a great promotional rate, our renewal notice was basically $200/mo more. I did ask if a rate more reasonable to our original rate would be possible and was told no. Ironically the two units directly below us have been empty for now 6 months or more for one. I did some math and estimate if our unit is not filled within about 40 days of us leaving, AMLI will lose more money for the 12 mo period after we leave than if we had stayed at a more reasonable rate. Also ironically, I have watched the prices for our floor plan drop to within the rate I was requesting... too late.Amenities: I personally think the amenities are overrated... they are nice, but not that nice. The gym is very basic, the pool is hard to keep clean and they could use a vacuum to get the accumulation in the bottom that seems to be semi-permanent. The package room is nice, but we had a package stolen from it... we did get compensated for the loss. The hot beverage area is nice.Additional Costs: 2 things that ended up irritating me that had I known before moving in would’ve swayed my decision to look elsewhere...1. The parking between buildings is awful, poor planning there... most of the car ports are empty, though... probably because they charge $50/mo!!! Parking on ends of buildings no where near your own building... not bad.2. The conference room is $50/hr to reserve. When we moved in I was under the impression it was free and being self employed with the ambition to grow my business that was enticing. When I logged on the resident portal and saw I could reserve it for $16/hr I did... only to find out reserving it that way didn’t work and has since disappeared from the portal. Thankfully I haven’t really needed it but wanted to check on it for an interview last week and found out it’s $50/hr. Nope. Nope. Nope.It is true the walls are thick and the entry doors are beastly and awesome, but the windows are insanely thin and block out very little noise, cold... etc. We overlook the pool, you can hear every conversation taking place and everything from other apartments across the way, especially during sporting events. Strangely, despite the awesome doorways, you can hear every sound in the hall also. But, we’ve never heard the neighbors who share a wall with us... just the Blue Healer in a neighboring building who barks and barks and barks every morning (or any other time it’s outside) just outside our bedroom window.Staff: when we moved in the staff were amazing, accommodating, cheerful, happy, etc. Well, they all got transferred to other properties or promoted... the new staff is still very kind and friendly, not as enthusiastically helpful... and seemingly annoyed by your presence if you need something. This is a general statement, we’ve still had times of good service from a couple individuals.Maintenance: The maintenance staff is great. No complaints here. The property is beautiful, the buildings are nice, the floor plans are good and it’s in a great location. However, we’re leaving to save on some rent and found a comparable floor plan, better amenities and equally great location not far away.So my analysis is this... if you care about status/image and are okay with average (but aesthetically pleasing) amenities and being overcharged on decent parking and rent, AMLI is the place for you... they admittedly target short term renters in between homes, or at least that was one thing I was told by a leasing agent. This place is beautiful, it’s expensive and the amenities and especially the community are churched up a little. We certainly had many things we enjoyed in our time here...However, if a higher level of amenities for a better value and just as much beauty (but not as new of construction) are more your thing you may want to consider elsewhere.
Coming from living in NYC, Philly, and Houston, my expectations of apartment living have gone down. It is impossible to find a 10/10, but moving to this community a few months ago, Im pretty pleased with the transition to Austin. I was tired of living downtown in every city I move (crime and noise wise), and wanted some peace/a shorter commute.Judging from other peoples reviews, I can tell they probably all live in Phase 1 (the apartments closest to the main road). There is a separate section privately tucked up the hill called Phase 2 and honestly this is where its at. It has its own pool, its generally quieter, and much prettier. There are little walking/hiking trails and a small cow and goat farm you get to drive past every morning. I advise dropping a little extra to live there if you chose this place. I found these apartments purely from a google search and 1 afternoon to pick a place before moving. So lets start with the bad first. The package room. The awful package room. Ive never seen anything like it. You get an email you have a package. You go type your code into a computer, and the door opens to the entire communitys packages. In 2 months half my stuff has been misplaced or missing, even in the regular mailboxes by USPS. If you order a lot of amazon like I do, this may be a deal breaker. Second, if you dont want to hear noise, you have to pick the third floor (plus some nice high ceilings). Anyone walking on their heels, you will hear it. Dogs, you will hear it. I wish we picked the third floor. Third, no elevator so hire movers because those stairs are no joke.BUT there is a lot of good. Its beautiful. Good restaurants and shops 5/10 mins away in Oak Hill or Bee Cave. Easy access to get downtown when I need to and only in 10-15 mins. We were able to get a 2 bedroom for the price of our Houston apt downtown, so that is a plus. Kitchen is really spacious with nice cabinets, and the sunlight we get all day is amazing. We have a northeastern facing apt. Bedrooms are a decent size, but could be larger based on other apartments in the area. I havent experienced any crime which is a nice change. Overall, Im so so glad we chose to live here.
Beautiful building and location. LEED certified in every way. A huge plus. Friendly, knowledgeable and skilled staff. Very impressive in their presentation and walk-through of the property!
I chose AMLI because I wanted to live somewhere away from the noise of downtown. Staff was very friendly when we visited. This was marketed as luxury apartments so it sounded like the perfect safe quiet place for me.Unfortunately my experience wasn’t quite as I expected. I have been a resident for 1 1/2 years I hate moving but I am moving out at the end of this month due to the many issues I’ve faced here. As I reflect on the past year and a half here are a few issues that come to mind:1. The facilities are poorly built. Don’t let the brick exterior fool you. This was a low budget building. Cabinets are made of particle board, room is not insulated very well, you can feel a breeze in the winter time. They require residents to leave their faucets dripping all winter so that their pipes don’t freeze up.2. This is a noisy facility! Lots of dogs barking, you can hear the neighbors conversations through the wall(poorly insulated), if you live on a lower floor you will hear people walking above you.3. The crime is actually really bad here. My vehicle was broken into twice and lots of tools and valuables were stolen. I took some measures to protect my stuff in the truck (hid items, and put locks on everything in back of truck) unfortunately my truck was stolen. AMLI refused to do anything to help. Wouldn’t even provide footage from security cameras. I suggest doing the research on crime here before renting. I’m not the only person this happened to.4. I started renting for $1249 per month, after my lease was up my rent was raised by $400 and I was told that I will also have to pay an additional $500 per month if I don’t agree to sign a lease for another year at the raised rate. I ended up paying almost double per month because I did not renew5. AMLI fines you for everything. AMLI has a valet trash service, you are supposed to leave trash bags outside your door. When I first moved in I was fined for leaving a cardboard box without bagging it. I was also recently given a hefty fine because some liquid was leaking from a trash bag. I had to pay extra for after hours maintenance to come and move the bag. You can’t make this stuff up! On another occasion I switched renters insurance providers and had the new info faxed over. AMLI said that they never received the new Info so I was charged $35 for not notifying them even though there was no lapse in my insurance coverage6. Staff is rude and not helpful at all. For just about any fine I’ve asked them to take off the answer is “sorry I wish we could help but it goes against Amli’s policies, we don’t make the rules”. There are usually 5 or more people in the office at a given time but they don’t answer the phone. The only way to communicate is by email. One time I walked in and 2 grown men were sitting on top of the desk while their phones were ringing. They don’t care!Wow, didn’t realize I had so many complaints until I started writing this, should have moved out earlier! I was going to finish this this review by saying something nice about AMLI but now I can’t think of anything lol.The reality is that the housing market in Austin is so good that AMLI does not have to try very hard to rent out these units. Residents are not valued. They will make their money whether you rent from them or not. They are going to continue screwing people over but you don’t have to be their next victim. My advice is to go one of the many other communities close by.
So far this community has been simply amazing from the get go. Great atmosphere from the residents and their 4 legged companions. Awesome attitude from the front office and their staff members. They are super helpful, knowledgeable, and they have a great amenities offering here in the Hill Country area. Im in the middle of my 3rd week living here at the time of this writing.Bonus: Only a 7-minute drive to work. Im saving 13 hours on my commute a month.Super Bonus: I got in with a great deal (which is over now? but never hurts to ask what their current promotions are) 2 Months Rent + $1000 Look and Sign Deal.Super-Super Bonus: I got my placed loaded up with healthy food and drinks by the AMLI Staff before I moved in so I didnt have to worry about grabbing fast food or cooking with everything in boxes still. (Part of their promotion, cant guarantee youll get the same treatment :P. Again never hurts to ask.)They really go out of their way to treat you like fAMLI here.Initial Meet & Greet:I worked directly with Amber and Jorge. Both are great people and friendly. They showed me my actual apartment not once, but twice, so I could get the feel of the layout and plan how I was going to organize my future home. I looked at several different 1 bedrooms, but decided I couldnt pass up the attached garage option.Follow Up:I got my initial paperwork out, pet deposits, and utility setups completed before move-in day. Again, had no troubles what so ever from the staff. Super helpful.Move-in Day:Came in the morning to get my keys and sign another document. Archer, my Siberian Husky, also got his cheek swabbed for their Poo Prints DNA system. (To make sure residents pick up their dogs poo or else they get fined due to the DNA matching)After getting settled:Notice the 3 outlets on the outside of the kitchen bar didnt work. Stopped by the office to turn in my move-in condition form and let them know. They had it fixed quick and right the 1st time around while Archer is out and about without any issues. They are still super friendly to me and other residents. So it wasnt just a front to get you to sign. The property is very well maintained and they just repainted the parking lot stripes and re-turfed the dog park area. Thats right, they have a closed off private dog park for their residents. It could be a little bigger (hint hint :D ). But Archer cant complain as it is bigger than his old backyard, plus they have a nice half-mile hiking trail the goes from the front of the property to the back. Where their phase II buildings are. Some of their Amenities:They have 2 pools (front and back). Laundry mat facility (my place came with stacked washer & dryer, high-end models at that!) And a Paws Wash Station! Yes, they actually have a dedicated room for washing and grooming your furry friend! Obviously, I moved here for Archer...A Starbucks machine is in the main office building back where residents have 24-hour access to (no cash or coin needed). Downstairs has a nice workout room that overlooks the pool (hello ladies!)They have a lot more that you can check out on their website.Needless to say, Im one happy resident and looking forward to the next couple of years living here.
Office staff are always so friendly. Professional at all times. Good quality apartment homes.
Rude staff, they never answer the phone and have a bad unprofessional attitude. Extremely loud apartment the walls are so thin I can hear my upstairs neighbors talking. The office never resolved any issues after complaining several times. There is dog poop everywhere. And after a year of living in the apartment 8 of the light bulbs in my unit went out and I was told I had to replace them at my own cost. Which those bulbs are difficult to find and are extremely expensive. My packages also get stolen out of the offices package room. I complained and it was never resolved they just said I have to talk to amazon even though it was proven to have been stolen out of the office room.
Been living at AMLI Covered Bridge since Mid-March 2016. The staff has always been a great help. Theyve been accommodating and friendly, and willing to work with me when small hangups arise. The people in the area are great, there is very little noise. The only problem Ive ever had is the unit above me has a dog that is very loud on the wood-style flooring. Otherwise, working with their staff members, such as Anthony, has been pleasant. They clean the area regularly, they plant new sod when required, and handle landscaping weekly. They also power wash the parking once a year, and the exterior of the buildings. The only con I have is that they have yet to properly place signage for the roundabout. Since moving in Ive had 3 instances where someone was improperly using the roundabout and going the wrong direction resulting in a near accident in what should be a very maneuver. Google Maps, and Waze both refer to it as a roundabout, and there is no signage to indicate proper usage. When there are no rules, people will make up their own. This is one of the few things Im still waiting to see resolved.**Edit: I still live here. Judge that how you will. Many of the things I stated earlier still stand true. They have weekly ground maintenance, yearly power washing and striping, and they did add some notices to the roundabout that get ignored a little less. I will say Ive met so many great and nice people here, and thats my favorite part of living here.
AMLI Covered Bridge.Above all it’s such a great quiet community.Surrounding area:H-E-B is the local grocery store and three gas stations on the way there.Jack Allen a great restaurant to dine in with family.Shops at the galleria in bee caves along with another H-E-B in the area, target, home depot etc.short min drive to and from the highway. So although it may be quiet there is plenty to do around only 5-10min drive.Uber downtown for $10-$20 one wayOfc higher fare price during peak hours.Surrounding of complex:Great landscape. You are able to take a nice walk in a nature filled area with trees, views of the sky and friendly neighbors as well as furry friends being walked. So very dog friendly with poop stations that don’t get to smelly when you walk by.The pool is amazing very relaxing and you can bring everyone for a cook out using their propane grills. There is a fridge to keep cold items cold and a sink/dishwasher, so you can clean up everything before heading home. so no dirty dishes/utensils! There is a lounge area with a fire place so you can enjoy a cozy evening snuggled up. And a huge plus restrooms & shower. Oh and TVs!!Just make sure to bring bug spray and sun screen! They have another club house in phase two so you can enjoy both worlds at anytime! With ac! So it’s an inside verses outside.Interior of apartmentsFlooring is beautiful! No carpet in most. The kitchen appliances are up to date and easy to clean and use! Lots of cabinet space with pull out drawers in most bottom cabinets.Lots of lightning/plug outlets with usb input on some.Oval tubs amazing! In most. Water pressure good. Hot water hot! Closets amazing space! Windows bring so much light in and it’s a plus you can adjust how much using the wood blinds. Fans in every room huge huge plus be summers in Texas are brutal!! Apartment itself is very well insulated so once a temp is set it stays that way. Also what happens in your apartment pretty much stays in your apartment because you can’t really hear any noise from the outside nor nor noise coming from the room. We lived in a two bedroom so our roommate never heard us nor we heard him, our rooms were across from each other with the living room/kitchen in between. We also didn’t hear our upstairs neighbor, unless he was walking really really heavy but other than that no noise complaints. Love the valet trash too life saver with having to make a trip to dumpster.Community it’s selfIs so peaceful, friendly and welcoming. So clean! no nasty neighbors or crazy drivers or loud college partiers. Dogs are friendly with no barking at night. Hardly any crime or violence. The front office staff is amazing. From Stephanie, C who together call all the shots, to the amazing consultants like Isreal, Miriam and whitney who say hi and smile, to the maintenance, Rusty, Luis, Nate, Angelina, Christian, Ray who keep the place in tip top shape. They each have their own unique friendly personality that helps create a bond with each and every tenant from many backgrounds. They always plan something fun, creative and special, for the community to get together to get to know each other. So overall great community I’d recommend. If you made it this far you should just totally move here already haha 😆
I want to mention that this review will cover all aspects of the community and on our experience. Please note that some features we did not appreciate may be what you are looking for. This is my honest review of AMLI Covered Bridge. Overall, AMLI is a nice clean community. I have rated each section with * Features: This complex is VERY nice. They really try and shove the LEED certified bit in your face. I get it, the complex is super nice, clean, and well built, but you dont need to remind me every time I speak with you. Pool areas are decent but could use more cleaning and more enforcement on the smoking in pool areas (it is a Breath Easy space with no smoking allowed). The gym is small but has some well used equipment but still a bit of everything (i.e. battle ropes, TRX, machines, free weights, benches) and may be cramped at peak hours. The dog park is small compared to the amount of big dogs that live here. They did build a second park in the back phase... it was also small. Hard to accommodate for the big dogs past 4-5 at a time. Mail is general and they use Luxor package room. A very nice touch around the holiday season. ****Unit living: Like I stated before the building is built very well. we usually never heard anyone except the guy that live above us played electric guitar with an amp. I brought it to the offices attention but I am not sure what happened past that since it was not followed up on. Inside features are top notch (i.e granite, stainless steel appliances, wood floors) with great finishes. My big con would be that not all units have a washer dryer and you may have to rent them. Which can be annoying considering how much they charge for rent. *****Maintenance: The Maintenance team has always been super nice. We actually have never had to have them come in to fix anything. Nathaniel will see me outside with my dog or walking around and will greet me and sometimes talk a bit. I would assume they would get everything done in a timely manner. *****Management: I mentioned everyone is super nice in the leasing office. Thankfully we have not had turnover since we started our lease. The big complaints I have are with how obsessed they are with having to enter your apartment. I feel like I am back in college dorm living with all of our checks/inspections whatever they feel like calling it. below is the list of inspections/checks that this property has done during our lease. They state it is quarterly... however every other month is not quarterly. Every time i bring it up to staff/manager they give me the same canned response, We are LEED certified and need to check the apartment quarterly. This may work for other people, but dog people with anxious dogs will understand this is extremely frustrating. **Move in 11/14/17Fire inspection 11/2817 (notified 11/16)Maintenance check 5/10/18 (notified 5/8/18)Maintenance check 7/18/18 (notified 7/17/18)Maintenance check 9/28/18 (notified via paper on door EOD 9/27/18)Community Events: We have lived in many communities. They would have cute events like Saturday cartoons and cereal and pizza party. AMLI Covered Bridge has had a few events but have mostly all been during the work day. Example is sweet Treats! at 3pm.... Where do you think we all are? The one event I really thought was cute, fun, and engaging was the Earth day event. They had a cute little table with succulents so you could arrange a succulent garden. It was perfect. **Rent: If you have checked their website you can see super high prices. They are nice, but they are inflated rents. We will not be resigning due to the fact that we can get a larger first floor at similar quality for the same price or cheaper. *Over all if you want a nice, clean and quiet community, AMLI is it. We just could not get over the small annoyances that became larger ones.
I thought it was really thoughtful to provide us with a wrapping area for presents as well as supplies. Thank you!
Good residential area
